I absolutely love this hostel and had the best time here!

My stay was wonderful. Lovely view of the river and moutains, outside and inside seating for meals, fully stocked kitchen, spotless bathrooms. Comfortable dorm bed.

This was my first time staying at a hostel, and it exceeded my expectations. It was much cleaner and more comfortable than I had anticipated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great location right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The building is slightly old, but the rooms and areas were all very clean. Your bed frame comes with a lamp and 2 outlets.

Was struggling to find a spot to eat between McBride and Kamloops. Stumbled upon this gem by chance and it far exceeded our expectations.

First time (getting of the highway because of slow wide load traffic! And glade we did!

Absolutly wonderful place :) we ended up staying longer than planned originally because both Cindy and Laurie just made us feel so welcome.

Location is good, 10mins walk from MRT. The room is also clean and comfortable. Self Check process is nice.

Great Hostel. Stayed 1 night in May. Wasn't too busy. The hostel doesn't have designated female only dorms but upon request can and did assign me to a female only dorm.

Perfect location, great views, close to stores and restaurants. Exceptional staff. Comfortable beds, bbq area, picnic tables, car parking, swimming pool with loungers. Fantastic value.

Great service and very reliable cleaners, super reasonable price for long term stays. Right between the University and downtown so perfect for TRU trades programs.

Hassan is a great guy, really well put together, always polite, professional guy. AJ has always got good tunes playing, sits there all cheerfully, makes just the right amount of small talk ;)

The best thing about Jericho Beach Hostel was AJ! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and kind. The hostel is good; however, as a mature (ok, old) traveler all the stairs are a problem.

Excellent service 5 Star from Lesley. We arrived with no notice and she fit us in perfectly. This building is older. Nothing fancy but clean, comfortable and great quality bedding.

The "Affordable" Choice for Peak Season, with Some Trade-offs.
We stayed here in mid-February 2026, and at CAD $300/night, this was actually the most "affordable" option in Whistler.

We would definitely stay here again. It is a little south of all the activities, about 5 miles from the village. It is in a well maintained area of condos with a few eateries nearby.

Stayed in late September. Great hostel in the heart of Fernie! Very large and functional communal areas, kitchen has everything you need. Will be back.

Fantastic hostel, great staff and cool bar with one of the nicest patios you can find. Located in the perfect spot with easy access to everything you could need in Fernie.

The rooms are in great shape, and I loved that there were two doors, one to parking and the other facing the pool. The staff were good, but somewhat invisible.

Hosts Marjinder & Nowneet, are wonderful, they went above & beyond to assist in my reservation. I will definitely stay there again. The rooms, are very nice and well kept, and very clean.

I’ve been living at the Spanish villa for last 3 summers with a forestry company. This place is great. The staff are very accommodating and kind, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and amazing, comfortable bed. We were able to check-in early with no issues and the lady managing the motel was amazing and prompt.

Not your typical lived-in and funky hostel. This place is clean and bright, with a clearly corporate mandate. Overall it gives the feel of a Scandinavian minimum security prison with corny art.

Great location, lots of parking, great kitchen, very clean. Ski storage room provided. Stayed four nights never saw anybody sitting at front desk. Check in by email code.
