Poor airconditioner in this room, beat up, louvres are missing and unit is to small for the size of room. Everyone knows you need cooling in this area. Barbecues need more cleaning. Great location walk across road and you are at the beach. The pool is great for a late swim after supper.

We stayed here July 20-22 for my bachelorette and it was a nightmare… luckily a few of us went up the night before because even though check in time was 4pm our rooms weren’t ready until 5:30. We had 15 girls getting ready in one room for our wine tour. Shower in one room didn’t work, drywall coming apart and dirty rooms after waiting till after checkin for it to be ready. Staff over worked, 2 cleaning ladies for the whole building. The next night the property management company had a lady on site her name was Deborah, (we didn’t know she worked there) and even though I understand we should not have been popping a bottle of champagne outside. She proceeded to watch me go into the pool area, take the cap off and shake and pop it, and as I was going to retrieve the cork she started yelling at us and when we apologized she continued to yell at us and freak out in a very passive aggressive manor. We watched her freak out on multiple people. She then proceeded to knock on people doors whose vehicles were over the “parking lines” and actually tried to enter some people’s vehicles by pulling on there handles… she actually broke my sisters door handle… like I said I know we were wrong popping the bottle outside but we did apologies. I have never been spoken to like that after we tried to apologies. Whatever happened to treating a paying customer with respect?

Updated rooms are very nice great location. Beds a little stiff. But loved my stay.

5/5 The staff is wonderful the manager Joy is simply Amazing I will definitely come back… I wrote this two 1/2 years ago. Now tho im changing my rating to 2/5… my family and I have always made a point to go to this Resort the staff has always been friendly we have been going there for close to two and a half years every time we go on vacation we always go to Shoreline but this last time I have to say I will never go back to Shoreline resorts the person at the front desk her name is Leslie. She was rude didn't know what she was doing with more then one thing! and it wasn't just with me! I witnessed her being extremely rude on the phone with a lady who was over seas looking for what im assuming was the guest that was no longer there. I am absolutely disgusted of the way she spoke not only to myself but how she handled that phone call while I was standing in the office I found her extremely abrasive rude and when she didn't know what she was doing she called on somebody who doesn't work there to help her… I am so sad to write this for this resort as I love everyone else who works there honestly they treated my family like their family. But I do not have to spend my hard earned dollar at a place that will treat their customers are even their potential customers like that we will not be coming back! On a side note… if you don't care about how rude people are or how your spoken to, and are looking for a clean and quiet place to rest your head for a night this is your place!

This place is a dive. If you are a smoker it’s the place for you. They want a $300 deposit for smoking in the room. Yet the first room we were given had been a month to month rental and according to the manager herself had been smoked in. Every ashtray out side the rooms was heaping with buts. The manager her self was an obvious heavy smoker who tried to argue that smoking doesn’t kill. So if you want an old run down place to stay in that enables smoking it’s the place for you. Not me, never again!

Shoreline was fantastic! Seconds from the beach, within walking distance of all amenities. Everyone here was very friendly!

I loved the place. It was close to the convention center and close to the water I loved the lil kitchenette and the hardwood floors. The only thing I was not comfortable with were the pillows, but that's just me.

In a great location right along the shoreline however the name of "resort" is somewhat misleading. The is an old motel type property with small rooms and old furniture.

Very close to the water. Walking distance to downtown, KVR and more. Quiet at night. Our suite was clean and the kitchen has everything you need.

Friendly accomodating staff. Fantastic location. The one bedroom suites are ideal!

It's right across from the beach. Friendly staff, nice rooms and a nice pool. It's right beside several wonderful restaurants and there are always lots of neat little vendors up and down the beach. Also it's right near The Beach Store, which has the best ice cream selection I've ever seen.

Got a better room and rate for our group of 6 than we did online! Super helpful and friendly staff! Location was perfect for things we wanted to do, near beach restaurants, canal! Room was clean! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Canada fun. Was loud and roudy but enjoyable. Lake is wonderfull. So much to do and float the canal. People were great rooms clean. What more could you ask for.

The location was very good… it is a fairly old facility but adequate… my only complaint would be that the walls are paper thin and I could here the couple talking next door at the crack of dawn…

Right on the beach with a helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms, full cable and separate Internet per condo. I loved staying here. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service. Perfect location, right across the street from the lake. Close to amenities.

The shoreline is just that a beautiful location on the shores of Okanagan lake. However… the staff was rude and argumentative. I was given a filthy playpen for my baby. The beds slid on the floor. I will not return.

The service is amazing the people are amazing and the rooms are amazing and its an awsome view of the okanagan lake :) I love it here.

Looking for a place to stay. Was the late evening and came upon Shoreline Resort in Penticton BC. Joy, the manager was awesome. So friendly and and up beat, could see she really loved what she was doing. And really loves animals,. Made the decision right there and then. Just wanted a room, but the room had 2 beds, kitchen, Wi-Fi and cable Felt like home, and muffin loved it too. And as a great bonus, really reasonable. Out for an early walk on the beach. Check out was a breeze and staff on frt desk in morning were just as pleasant. SO if you are in Penticton. And need a place to stay where you feel like your at home and the staff treat you so well, you will be like me. Stay at the shoreline resort. Great place, great managers, Clean rooms and to top it off cross the street and your at the beautiful okanogan lake, and close to many amazing restaurants and loco, landing for kids and many more fun activities! I would strongly encourage people to stay here :)
