British Columbia Hotels

Have stayed many times at this hotel in the last five years. Great staff and a good restaurant downstairs which serves breakfast.
You can also choose between free breakfast or valet parking.

This is a very special hotel and quite unique with its incredible attention to detail and desire to meet the needs of their clients including us! Our room was amazing and wonderfully decorated and

Such a great place to stay — cozy, super clean, close to everything, with tasteful and elegant touches.

Thank you to Elon and Marika for having us. We were able to get the last room available on the day of showing up as were at the tail end of our camping road trip and didn't want to camp through a

Liked · We loved the location! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the kitchenette in the room.
Disliked · The hotel is in need of major upgrades.

Great ski hotel.
Pleasant staff and great location.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Coast Tswwassen Inn. We stayed in the 1-bedroom suite with a full kitchen. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.

A very nice property. Received a complimentary upgrade to a suite — nice surprise! The room was very spacious and nicely furnished. Good beds and bedding.

I definitely don’t regret spending almost a week researching reasonably priced hotels in Vancouver that were still clean, comfortable, and worth the money.

We recently travelled back from an Alaskan cruise. We wanted some downtime before catching our return flights, so we elected to stay by the airport at the Holiday Inn Express Richmond.

This was my first time staying at a hostel, and it exceeded my expectations. It was much cleaner and more comfortable than I had anticipated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great location right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The building is slightly old, but the rooms and areas were all very clean. Your bed frame comes with a lamp and 2 outlets.

Was struggling to find a spot to eat between McBride and Kamloops. Stumbled upon this gem by chance and it far exceeded our expectations.

First time (getting of the highway because of slow wide load traffic! And glade we did!

I absolutely love this hostel and had the best time here!

My stay was wonderful. Lovely view of the river and moutains, outside and inside seating for meals, fully stocked kitchen, spotless bathrooms. Comfortable dorm bed.

Helen's House is very convenient for a brief stop over in Vancouver. It is in a quiet street within walking distance of the Skytrain station which is only a few stops from the airport.

The private bathroom. A very hospitable host.
The room is located in the living space of the host.

Clean well kept room, friendly staff, quiet tucked away space for a busy location. All around very nice experience, will definitely stay there again.

Boyfriend and I traveled quite far to stay at the Apple Tree Inn and we had a pleasant time.

This place was everything and more! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with excellent customer service and very detailed instructions on how to get to the parking garage.

The hotel room was spacious and inviting, ideally suited for our needs. The hotel itself radiated charm and comfort, and the exceptional customer service left us feeling truly valued.

Cannot fault this hotel. From a bubbly drink start to check out finish, it was great to stay there.
The staff were amazing — friendly, helpful.

Incredible location! Walk to everything or take the water taxi to Granville Island. Reception was awesome as they welcomed us with a drink and reserved free electric bikes for the following day.

Cambie Hostel in Downtown Vancouver.
I stayed December 5-7, 2024 at this amazing hostel in Downtown Vancouver, and it truly exceeded all my expectations.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The shared room was a bit cramped for 2 full grown men but it was easy enough to navigate.

Was a great experience. Great location in Richmond. Close to everything Chinese food, groceries, restaurants, malls, etc.

Great stay. Great staff, super friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need, comfy, clean, beds, great hot showers and fluffy towels.

I really like this hotel. Been there several time now. Usually just short stays 1-2 nights. It is very quaint (not a big hotel) with old world charm. Great service. Nice bar and restaurant.

We just returned from another wonderful, relaxing 2 night stay at the Wedgewood Hotel. As usual we were greeted by very friendly and attentive staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at L’Hermitage! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

We had a most amazing stay at L’Hermitage.

Wonderful hotel with some of the nicest people! We were staying a couple of nights after a land/sea cruise, walked from Canada Place and were promptly greeted.

I spent a weekend at the beginning of May at this hotel with a friend, and overall we had a fantastic experience. The location is incredible — just steps from Canada Place and the SkyTrain.

My room was very spacious and clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable (very soft, fair warning if you prefer harder mattresses and pillows), the shower was absolutely lovely and spacious.

First stay at Smithe House — very good experience. On the positive very clean, well equipped and more room than a traditional hotel.

We booked a team building rafting event with REO this summer and it was great.
The included meals made everything easy for a group.

We had a great time on our family trip (2 kids aged 12 & 14). It was easy to get to off the highway and the route was clearly marked.

The owners have done a nice job upgrading the place. Across from the train track but I left on the A/C so not an issue. Small, cute, clean. Fridge in the bathroom is Very odd.

Wonderful room and service. Common sense will tell you that when staying at a hotel that is near the tracks (most of Revelstoke) that you need to use ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Go here, this was an amazing place to stay for celebrating our 40th anniversary on our road trip. It was calm, peaceful and we felt so welcomed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the Shiraz Villas.

Beautiful setting in the mountain hills with a hot tub and a cute cabin. Taken care of well, everything was clean and stocked up. Definitely recommend for travelers traveling through. Awesome place.

Absolutely perfect! Location to town, excellent for birdwatching — we clocked 38 species around our chalet. The hot tub was spectacular as a finish to days of hiking and exploring.

We found A Vista Villa at the very last minute, and I honestly couldn’t be happier that we did.
From the moment we arrived, Josée made us feel completely at home.

Josee was the best hostess we have ever experienced. Sunny personality, accommodating, great recommendations, fabulous cook, simply delightful. The rooms were comfortable.

Fantastic place! We stayed in the deluxe family suite with high ceilings, a huge deck, and mountain views. The Lodge had a beautiful lounge area and served a continental breakfast.

The room was really nice, very quiet, bed is a bit softer than what I prefer but nothing that disturbed too much. Bathroom had basic amenities and the floor was heated! They have a sauna and a spa.

We absolutely loved Sundance Ranch. The horses are so healthy and beautiful. The Ranch paired us perfectly with our horses, it was hard to leave them.

Just back from our first stay on the Sundance Ranch having travelled from Ireland. We had a brilliant time on the ranch it exceeded all our expectations.

Very, very easy to check-in. Our hostess was extremely helpful with recommendations to visit/experience the Vancouver area.

I had a really lovely experience with Windsor Guest House. It’s a beautiful heritage building and my room was charming and perfect for me, with a bathroom included. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet location and you will have silence after 10:00pm. All the guests are very well behaved and the common areas are exceptionally clean.

We stayed two nights here and really loved the experience.
Our room faces a great mountain view. It is so pleasant to wake up to such view.

We traveled in an RV and stayed at the Wells Gray Guest Ranch for 2 days in June 2026.

I recently shared a very special weekend at Wells Gray Guest Ranch with 11 other Hikerbabes—Vancouver Chapter. It was my first time to Wells Gray but it won’t be my last.

Staying at the Douglas Guest House was a very wonderful experience! Very clean professionally done up rooms in a terrific quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was a nice send off to start the day!

Terrific experience while staying at this gem! The ease of booking, communication, location, cleanliness all top notch! Was sent off with a nice light breakfast to start the day!

Absolutly wonderful place :) we ended up staying longer than planned originally because both Cindy and Laurie just made us feel so welcome.

A wonderful, clean and cosy hostel perfectly situated in downtown Nelson.

Nice hostel, easy check in and a nice location. Bed was comfy and good shower (a shampoo dispenser would be a dream though)

Great Hostel. Stayed 1 night in May. Wasn't too busy. The hostel doesn't have designated female only dorms but upon request can and did assign me to a female only dorm.

Perfect centralized downtown location with secure card only entry. Very clean and organized. Independent bathroom setup with toilet/sink and showers separate.

You got everything you need. Great location. Generous and nutritious breakfast included. I enjoy every bit of my stay. The free park walking tour is truly amazing.

We've had a great time. Situatie quietly. The house is cosy decorated, kitchen is complete and all the rooms have a private bathroom. The hottub and terras is great.

We had the best stay at Auberge Kicking Horse. The house truly was a home from home. We stayed as a family of 5 and had every thing we could need.

Great place. I camped and still had access to the shared kitchen, washroom, and shower. They even provided me with a towel when I arrived. Nice, friendly staff. I would certainly recommend.

Arrived late at night with my kids and we were greeted by the host and shown around. We settle in our room for the night. I found it too warm and couldn't sleep.
