Worst customer experience ever: arrives at 4:15 and my room wasn’t ready. The room was dirty. The rug was discusting and there were pop corn under the sofa-bed. Request to make the sofa bed at 6h15 and they never come. After several attemps, one person show up. Looks like they didn’t talk to each other since someone else came into my room at 10h00 while my family was sleeping. Really? I made a request a 6;15! Never had a bad experience like this in my entire life.

Clean and tidy room. I love the good smell of the hotel lobby. Excellent cozy suites (with fireplace).

Had a great stay everyone went above and beyond. The location is great and close to everything. Love the fact that there is 3 hot tubs one being inside. I have stayed here many times and will continue to choose the delta. I do think that maybe it is time to update the rooms but the mattress was so comfortable.

The staff is not accommodating guest needs. I have reserved Delta by Mariott hotel for one night when travelling to Whistler. I have chose this hotel due to its outdoor pool and hot tubs. The pools have limited capacity 20 people maximum every hour. When visiting the pool area multiple times I have noticed that the it is not even 50% full. I have asked Carolyn at the front desk few times to let me in earlier due to my early wake up in the morning for a hike. She did promise to call me and let me know, however, she never did even after I checked the capacity off the pool again and noticed that it’s almost empty. I waited for the whole evening for the pool but the staff did not seem to care.

My experience at this hotel was amazing. Immediately felt at home by the first front desk agent which was originally from the Edmonton Delta hotel. This agent was very friendly and kind and had upgraded us from a room to a suite. Later that day, I had asked for a late checkout, which front desk agent “Adam” was very accommodating towards. It was 1130pm and Adam still managed to make us feel very welcome with his excellent customer service and friendliness. The suite is also amazing, but I cannot stress enough the excellent customer service that all the Delta hotel staff provide. I would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone.

Amazing rooms fully stocked, with a large fridge and cook ware, a stove and dishwasher. Certainly expensive, but good if you can share it with enough people. Parking was an extra 30 dollars. Nice hot tub and swimming pool too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Might go back, if it's not 500 dollars a night.

Beware. I booked directly with this hotel months in advance. The confirmation did not describe a cancellation policy so I discussed it with the staff on the phone. I was told that a 15-day warning was required to avoid any fees and terms of cancellation. I dutifully canceled 25 days in advance. When I requested the cancellation I was NOT told that the entire stay would be forfeited. And this information was not included in the email that followed the cancellation. The credit to my credit card never came and so I called. They informed me that the cancellation policy was actually 30 days in advance. In order to receive the credit, I would need to prove the 15-day cancellation policy. Apparently, they do not have to prove that they sent me evidence that there was a 30-day cancellation policy. This is all convenient on the part of a large quite profitable corporation and further proof that the customer does not come first. I now do all my stays at Airbnb where the cancellation policies are upfront and honest. I have no problem with a strict cancellation policy as long as the person renting the room keeps me in the loop. Update: The hotel listened to my concerns and credited me for the stay. I raised my review to 3 stars from 1 star. I still feel that all cancellation policies especially ones that retain all your money should be prominent.

Room was a one bedroom unit with a small kitchen. The unit was spacious and lovely. This was perfect for a family of 4. Pull out couch was a little soft. Pool was warm and a good size. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic and close to everything along the village stroll in Whistler. Parking included underground.

Great location in Whistler village. Very helpful and friendly staff. When we arrived early to check in, the accommodated an early check in request. We were able to park early and wander around while our room was being prepared. When our room was ready, we got a text message letting us know. The air conditioned room was an excellent retreat from the heat wave. The pool was also very lovely.

Great location, right at the entrance of Whistler village as you turn right off the 99. Close to the Conference Centre which was perfect for me. Clean room (small though) with a nice size tv, a desk, kitchenette and bathroom. Would stay again, but I've stayed at nicer, more interesting places in Whistler too.

Really good suite hotel. Great staff. 35$ for valet parking but worth it. It's in the Whistler village, so close to all activities with it comes late night noise from the pubs. Still loved the place. If you are a bookworm, there is a library right outside. If you're a tipsy type, options are there on the other side. If you are an adventure type then there are options everywhere!

Awesome location in the middle of town and the best selling point of this hotel is that our room had both a washer and dryer in our room. For people traveling on a tour who are usually very time poor and don't want to waste their day doing laundry, this was so convenient! Fantastic!

Now you are talking. Absolutely fabulous suite with all amenities. Whistler is another place in the Canadian rockies that shouldn't be missed and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are very good also. If and when we go back, this will be the hotel of choice.

I really loved the layout of the rooms! The daytime staff were really friendly and helpful. Later pool hours would've been a bonus. An FYI, there isn't room service but there's a Starbucks nice and close. I'd stay again forsure!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! My husband and I spent $5500 to stay in what we thought would be a lovely hotel on a dream holiday, only to discover it was dirty, things were broken, and the service was poor. The knob on our dryer was broken and we were told someone would come and fix it, but they never did so we spent our trip using a fork to try to switch it on. The power outlets in the bedroom didn't work so if we wanted anything plugged in or to charge our phones/laptop they all had to go in the usb port in the lounge area. Worst of all, our room wasn't cleaned properly so I got an infection that meant some expensive medical treatment and I wasn't able to ski, as was the whole point of the trip. The doctor was horrified but the staff just didn't care about anything. If Hotel Impossible came in with one of those forensic kits I'd hate to see the bacteria they would discover! Don't risk it!

This will be the only hotel in Whistler we will be returning to. Had an issue with noisy room but the hotel crew changed our room fast. Good service. Clean and well maintained rooms.

Nice and well maintained facility. They put us on the Building 1 at the end of the hall which faced some club near by. Couldn't sleep. Asked them to change the room and they did quickly. Have had a few other issues but every issues (parking, key card issues…) Were resolved quickly. I would stay here again.

Self Parking is $30 extra per night. (this is the going rate in whistler) Note. Delta has an secured gated underground parking for guests with key fob access only. Guest service's staff was very friendly. Room 2211 — Single king bed with couch bed. Pros: — clean and tidy — has kitchen Cons: — There was no view out the window — noisy at night from king bed side (you could hear outside traffic) Amenities: Indoor outdoor pool Gym (very small) Change rooms Pros/Cons: — didn't get a chance to try because only stayed one night. However upon checkout, you can request for a guest pass to allow access to change room for later on the day after I was done snowboarding. Overall : I would recommend Delta. Price I paid for one night was just under $400 in late March. I think the secured gated parking is what I thought was better compared to other hotels in Whistler.

Excellent service, well located. With it's own small ski rental store (this could be a plus, you can storage your skis there) and shuttle service. Limited breakfast options. Nice and big bedroom, facing to the mountains it's the better view and quiet.

Stayed in a suite for 5 nights. Service was poor, however the hotel was busy for spring break. Coffee is available at the front desk via a coffee machine and it didn't work for 4 days of the trip. The pull out bed inside the room was in very poor condition and two exhausted 12 year old boys couldn't get a nights rest on it, they opted for the stone floor instead. The staff did bring two roll away beds eventually that were much better than the pull out couch. It was the only place available for our trip that accommodated 8 people, and I would only stay again if it was the only option.

Very good hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the pool/hot tubs are amazing. We will definitely be coming back. Minutes away from the slopes and all the nightlife.

Nice hotel with nice staffs! Room was spacious, clean and comfort. With a average-sized gym. Def wonderful location. One drawback is parking might be limited.

We stopped by Delta while out skiing in Whislter and sightseeing in the village. We didn't stay there, but stopped in to look around. Very nice place, great location. Would definitely look there for our next vacation.

I stayed here in mid-January and had a decent time. Adam checked me in, and it went seamlessly. My room was comfy. And, the shuttle to/from the slopes was nice. It was conveniently close to the bus depot for shuttles going to Vancouver. I liked the location since it forced you to explore different parts of Whistler Village as opposed to being right on the slopes. Plus, there was a museum and visitor center across the street in different locations. There was nothing absolutely great or bad about the place. Overall, had a good time.

Nice quiet room. Spacious enough. Well appointed and a decent coffee machine to boot. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Outdoor pool is great, especially when it's snowing!

This room was perfect! We had our own gas log fireplace, central heating, Kitchenette, clothes dryer and washer, dishwasher and dinning table. Everything about this room was perfect. We stayed for a week and couldn’t be happier. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

Came here or MLK weekend. It was very nice. We didn’t get in till eleven o’clock and the concierge pointed us into the direction of a Domino’s Pizza. The restaurant in the hotel delivered up to the room which was perfect for breakfast. They also had ski rental and storage on the main floor. All in all a good experience.

Well appointed one bedroom suite with a great layout. Ample room to entertain or relax on your own. Views of the village from most rooms. Great pool. Only ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was just okay, but good bacon!

The toilet was cracked and the usb phone charge was faulty the door on bathroom had an inch gap at top badly fitted. The sheets were stained. And then at 9am there was a fire alarm gone off and the staff were not very sympathetic to us as we had to leave 2 hours early. And nothing in the way of compensation for all this. Ended up leaving all our bathroom stuff. Electric tooth brush shaving stuff etc. Yes never again will I use them.

Maybe 3.5. Great location for the village. Check in was easy and they gave a little toy package that the baby liked. Slightly dated rooms. Terrible parking directions that could be simplified with a picture. They offered the option to check out by sending a text, but didn't get the email response with the bill.

Location is great. Quiet since it's not right inside the stroller but it's still only steps away. Our mountain view was mediocre, trees in the way and since it's the start of fall no snow on the mountains. I was pretty happy overall with the cleanliness of the room, however our bed sheet had a hole in it, and looked too small for the bed (the mattress was visible on all sides). Our room had a kitchen we didn't end up using but it was stocked full of anything you would need to make a meal (dishwasher included! ). There was also a washer/dryer in suite, however the dryer only ran once and wouldn't start again immediately when something wasn't dry so we didn't bother with it after that. I would return again overall.

There's so many good things about the stay. From contemporary styling to an impeccable neatness. But what really stood out was the hospitality from all staff. And I really mean, all staff. Made me feel that all staff wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. The table side manners, outstanding.

Nice hotel right in the heart of the village. Two restaurants attached (Hy's and Brickworks) to make it easy. Great staff all around. — 1 for never being able to get a hold of the invoicing dept.

Glad we picked this hotel for our stay in Whistler this summer. The location is very convenient to the village. The pool had three hot tubs, on of which was inside. We stayed in the suite which had one queen size bed and two twin beds with a sofa that offered another twin size bed. Since we stayed a few days we took advantage of the kitchen tools (pots, pans, utensils, etc. ) for breakfast and for a few other meals we cooked ourselves. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My only gripes I have is the elevator is very slow, so many of times I got frustrated and took the stairs, I was on the fourth floor so when I was carrying something it was inconvenient. I felt being charged $30 a night for parking was a bit ridiculous, but it was in a secured parking garage under the hotel. We will stay here again for sure and urge you to as well.

Super impress with the staff and the accommodations. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I had an issue where the hot tub was a bit over chlorinated and it ruined my suit. The manager quickly and politely dealt with it and compensated me. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, very central in the village. Rooms are nice, though a bit dated and a bit small. Giant king size bed is always appreciated with fluffy pillows and a fantastic mattress (really love the mattress! ) The service is great, I'd say a 4.5/5. The only thing is, for this price, I'd expect turndown service and chocolates on the pillow, that sort of thing. Otherwise, highly recommended for a long weekend stay!

There for a conference. Booked ahead for 3 nights but realized on the first day that two was all I needed. Notified the clerk on day 2 I wouldn't need the third night. Was told cancellations were not allowed and that my company would be billed for the room anyway. Not impressed! Further, the buffet meals provided were very ordinary for a hotel of this type. The food seemed overdone.

The upgrade from a studio to a suite is totally worth $20! The suite with full kitchenette is very spacious, even more than an one bedroom apartment. I give 5/5 for room value. Most of the area in the room is clean but some hidden spots, like the window bar for example, were missed and quite dusty, so cleanliness is 4/5. Others to mention are convenient location in the heart of the village, helpful and friendly staff. Nice place to stay and come back.

The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. Great amenities and staff was very friendly and helpful. They were great with our dog. The only downside is we were directly over a nightclub and it was extremely busy and loud all night. We got very little sleep.

Great hotel newly redone rooms with super web friendly desk area with piles of plugs, usb charge, HDMI. 4 1/2 star property so lots of comforts, without snootyness. Laundry in suite for 1 and 2 bedrooms. Pool and 3 hot tubs, restaurants, kichens, 2 flatscreens, secure underground parking. Not ski in out in winter but center of whistler village. Close to grocery, coffee, dining, kids play park, library, etc. Would highly recomend Delta especially now they are part of the Marriot family.

When I first arrived, I was greeted by the guest services and directed me to check in. The people at the desk were really friendly. They quickly got me my room and I left. I went it in room, and sat a nice room for me. It is really spacious and clean. There isn't anything that I don't like.

The hotel is fine. It's a good location with good service. However, they do lock the HDMI inputs on their TVs and the Wi-Fi can be spotty. Some of the dishes and silverware had did stuck on them too.

Upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. Nice and spacious, though had an issue with staples sticking out from the floor and scraping my friend's foot.

I called the day of to change a reservation do to a family emergency, the woman I spoke to was very understanding and changed my arrival date waving any fees!

Absolutely brilliant stay here! Extremely good value for money, staff are delightful and make your stay in Whistler an absolute pleasure! The room was great with washing machine, full kitchen and king size bed and views of the mountain. Would recommend and stay here again!

Modern rooms and friendly service! The hotel has the feel of a small boutique property whose staff are very welcoming and extremely friendly. We stayed at this hotel from a friend’s recommendation in November during opening weekend of the ski/snowboarding season. Upon arrival, I stepped away briefly as my then boyfriend checked-in and mentioned he would be proposing to me that weekend. The staff was very excited he chose that hotel for such an occasion that they provided a complimentary upgrade to a top floor, one-bedroom suite with views of the Town Plaza. Situated along the Village Stroll, the hotel is within minutes of the Olympic ring sculpture and walking distance to most of the town's attractions. Location is ideal for couples or families wanting to be close to all that the Village has to offer, but situated on a side near shops and condos that make it peaceful and quiet at night. (It’s a manageable five to ten minute walk to the ski lifts. ) Rooms are beautiful and have upgraded modern décor, generous sized bathrooms with great lighting, and are extremely clean. The bed was the most amazing I’ve ever slept on. Parking is available in a secure garage which also has a bike wash station, great for mountain bikers in the summer! I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Whistler!

We use this as a base for our Winter activities with my family. Nice place and Beautiful people.

The interior design is a bit cold, it kind of reminds me of an airplane :) location is not bad, it's a bit out of the way at the end of the village but still close to lots of restaurants. The pub next door is great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They let us use the fitness room showers later in the day after an event and had already checked out. Great service!

Went there for a school trip and stayed there for a few days best time I ever had I toatty recommend this hotel and amazing rooms and all the staff were amazing to I love this place but the best part of all FREE Wi-Fi! :)

From the moment we arrived until we left the hotel staff was amazing and polite. The room was very nice. I will say that we paid extra for a mountain view room and all I could see were the surrounding shops and a small snippet of a mountain top. Not what I would call a 'mountain view' room. The a. C. Was quite loud. On several occasions it woke me up in the middle of the night. Also once it switched off, it would get really stuffy and almost muggy in the room. That resulted in me getting a runny/stuffy nose throughout the night and it cycled. Also paying $30 for parking is a little absurd. Paying customers should be able to park on hotel grounds. My fiance and I took this trip to relax, not so much for the mountain sports so issues with the room were a bit of a let down.

Good: Staff was very friendly, the location is excellent and the rooms comfortable. Bad: Parking is 30$ per day extra. The breakfast is a disgrace. Either wait for a long time for it to be made in the restaurant next door or order to your room and get dry bagles.

Great Hotel Staff and location in the town area of Whistler. The only issue that I have was the AC was nosy it seemed that the Hotel was still doing renovations etc.

Nice rooms and facilities. The room AC units are incredibly noisy and the rooms were warm at night even with windows and doors open. We will choose to stay elsewhere next time we visit during the summer season. Edit (August 12, 2014) Manager offered a complimentary 1 night stay, but we refused and he refunded 1 night stay instead. We were satisfied but PLEASE fix the AC :).

My family and a couple of friends stayed at the Delta for one night after spening the previous night camping in the rain. Our room was not ready when we arrived so Brian (assistant manager? ) upgraded us to a beautiful newly upgraded suite. He then called us after settling in to make sure the suite was working for us. Everything from the room, service, pool, hot tub, helping us store our bikes, staff calling us by name and employees was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend staying here and will be back in the future for a longer visit. Thank you so much.

We stayed here for a week for our leadership conference. The staff were wonderfully helpful, accommodating, friendly. Never once did we feel that when we asked for something, that we were putting them out. In fact, it was a treat to have the repairman for the air conditioner, leave a lovely chocolate bar and bottle of water with a note. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others.

First, I'll tell you about the positives: The location is ideal. You're a stones throw from every restaurant in town. And a 2 minute shuttle to the slopes. The staff are exceptional. They really take pride in their work. Everyone, from the front desk, to the ski rental, to the valet, to the shuttle drivers are outstanding. For a ski resort, the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, there was one big drawback: The rooms are rather outdated. They did have signs in the lobby showcasing their upcoming renovations, but unless they add square footage to the rooms, they'll still be on the very small size. But who cares when you spend the majority of your day on the slopes.

My husband and I stayed at Delta Whistler Village Suites in February 2014 and absolutely loved it. From the moment we stepped in the door we were treated like long lost friends. The rooms were perfect for our stay and I don't remember having a bed as comfortable and I am very fussy. I would love to know where they get their pillows as sleeping on them was a dream. Did I mention the amazing view from our bedroom window — to wake up in the morning to snowfall was just magical. This was our first time in Whistler and we will be returning next year. Thank you to the awesome staff at Delta Whistler, staying here was the icing on an amazing holiday.
