Great location great room.

Room is perfect for us. Fully stocked kitchen. Kate at the front desk is awesome. So nice and friendly and smiling. All hotels need a Kate at the front desk.

Very close to the lifts, easy access to the village shops. For the rest of 2018, the on site restaurant is undergoing renovations so you will have to leave the building for food options. The rooms are clean and updated. Maintenance was prompt for a very squeaky bathroom door.

Clean spacious rooms with a lot of amenities (oven, stove top, full cook wear set, plates, cutlery, etc) and in a great location right in the heart of Whistler Village. The staff are very friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

Second time here and this hotel doesn't disappoint. Very spacious rooms and located just a few steps from the lift. We will be back here for sure.

Great pool and hot tub. Rooms are a bit out-dated but they are working on renovations. Staff is really friendly and helpful (my wife forgot her wedding ring in the room after checkout but luckily the cleaning staff found it and returned it so we could pick it up the following week. Now that's honest service! )

Staff were wonderful and were able to get us a great room even though we accidentally booked a day too early. Anne was sweet and found us a nice room with a sauna. Could use some updating… its a little tired looking… but overall a good experience and everyone we came in contact with were very pleasant.

Amazing costumer service! If I could rate it more I would! Wrote a card for our anniversary and called about how we were liking our room! Absolutely recommend again and again!

Great accomodations. Close to gondola and low land. Hiking biking trails.

Cozy and good value for the cost. But a little old and dated. But would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, where you have a kitchenette and two bathrooms, living room and two floors in the room, the hotel has a pool and jacuzzi.

Great location. But needs some refurb in some 6 pers apparts. Needs a shower in each room. Get those big baths out and replace with a 2nd shower. 5th & 6th pull out single beds not good. Heavy table a pain when trying to put beds out.

Small but quaint. The staff is friendly & helpful. Short walk to both Blackcomb & Whistler gondolas.

Accommodations are very nice and appear clean. However in my room was visited by 2 rodents. I reported the sighting to the front desk and requested they put traps which they did. One rat was caught that night. And another one the second.

Big fan! Love the place — you can't get too much better on location either… Various units range in size but all are clean & well maintained. After a great day of skiing, it's a short walk home to a great hot tub (or heated pool) where you watch people skiing down the hill. The staff is super friendly. Stays busy year-round. Mostly caters to time-share crowd. Secure storage for your outdoor gear (skis, boards, bikes, etc)

Nice outdoor pool area. Friendly front desk staff. Our loft room was well appointed. Good value.

Location x 3, friendly staff, Umberto's trattoria, outdoor pool, underground parking. Very good place.

Location was a beautiful drive up and rooms were quite homey. Service was very polite and courteous.

Good price, friendly staff, great location, LOVE the big jetted bath tub in the room I stayed in. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful place to stay right at the base of the mountains. I find their rooms affordable yet very accompanying, with an awesome, novel layout. Only one real bedroom, but with a foldout couch and trundle bed to provide more sleeping area while saving space. Pool and hot tub are nice, never tried the attached restaurant.

The room was fantastic. Full kitchen and upstairs loft bedroom with bathroom. An added bonus is the sauna located in the room upstairs! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous, even with our very touristy questions. The pool is outdoors along with a hot tub but both were very enjoyable. The pool was kept very warm and myself and the two kids had no qualms when taking a dip while it snowed/rained on us. 10\10 would recommend!

Cozy room; can't beat the proximity to the gondolas! Wonderful restaurant attached. It can be a bit noisy on the weekends, so pack ear plugs just in case.

Best place to stay at Whistler. Location, type of rooms, service when needed, and one of Whistler's finest restaurant, Trattoria di Umberto.

Nice and close to everything. Friendly staff. Some things in the rooms are a bit outdated. Wifi was less than 1 mbps. But overall a great location and comfortable for our whistler vacation.

Never got to actually stay there. They charged my credit card even though we cancelled our reservation a week in advance. Had to make 8 phone calls after finally getting a refund back 40 days later! Had to pay interest on my credit card and they shorted me $7.89 on my refund. Will NEVER EVER stay there.
