The Pan Pacific was located in a prime location in Whistler Village. The room was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. They did a great job making you feel welcomed to a clean and friendly environment amidst all the new COVID protocols. We stayed for our wedding night and were upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite on the 7th floor. Robin Choi the housekeeping supervisor went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a memorable one!

Best place to bring the whole family… they are amazing in providing everything needed for all the grand babies! And special treats & little robes for each child! This is our second time coming here with our whole gang and we will definitely be back again!

Our favourite hotel in Whistler! Brought the family up to celebrate my husbands 40th and appreciated the kindness of the hotel staff. Very clean, spacious 2 bedroom was perfect for our family of 5. Kids loved swimming in the pool. Thank you again! We will be back :)

Thoroughly enjoyable stay! Excellent hotel. Spacious suite, with large living area and a romantic fire place, several rooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and sizeable windows to see the best views. Plenty of parking. Friendly and very helpful concierge. Great location to Whistler Village — restaurants, bars, shops of every kind, including a bookshop, even a library, a cinema, and several well stocked supermarkets. Two ski hire places on ground level, with professional staff and outstanding demo skis to hire. The best proximity to the ski gondolas. Superb heated outdoor pool and two spas, great for relaxing after a hard day of skiing. We’ll be back next year!

Very nice hotel. However, the parking is priced ridiculously high. It was almost 30 dollars per night. I stayed two nights, and my total (for parking) was 58 dollars. Movies are 25 dollars, which is also simply unjustified. The room was very nice. However, some of the sliding bathroom doors did not work well; the person inside of the washroom would get locked inside and require someone to help slide the door from the outside. All in all, it was a good time. However, due to the aforementioned issues, I am unable to provide a five-star rating. My reply to Thad: consider lowering the prices of parking and movies, too. Thanks for the reply.

I'm going to state: We did LIKE it here. … however, we just weren't that impressed. Clean sheets. Plenty of towels. Very close to everything; you took the elevator down and could quickly get out to the village. Great for summer time. Short walk to lifts, we stayed at the Crystal during the winter but this was not much further away, we would definitely consider it if we can get a deal. For the price, I definitely would have expected more. A larger patio would have made the stay exponentially better (since there were 4 of us but only 2 of us could sit outside at a time. The breakfast was good, again, nothing great. B/B+ continental breakfast (fresh & dried fruit, sugar cereal, plain bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, lunch meat). The pool was nice, but could be chilly, and we went on an absurdly hot weekend. The pool is in the shade in the afternoon, and since it is higher up, the area has a very nice breeze… which is AWESOME but the pool was chilly (not heated in summer) so it was too cold to stay in for too long.

Awesome hotel. Easy check in, amazing. Rooms. First hotel which actually enough robes and towels for all 5 of us. Super super clean rooms! Love it.

Rubbish place. Went for a suite and got a room with fold out bed from the wall. Tiny balcony where you could not fit one chair. No electrical outlets by the bed. Tv faces opposite direction of bed. Sleeping in the parking lot in a van would have been more comfortable. 1 star… only because I have too. However, hotel staff were awesome!

Our stay at Pan Pacific Whistler Village has been amazing! Our family of 9 was very comfortable in the three bedroom suite. We really enjoyed how close it is to everything! We can't wait to come back!

Hands down my favourite hotel in Whistler or anywhere else for that matter. Great service, great location and the beds and pillows… heaven sent.

Would recommend this again and again, great staff, clean rooms. Bed comfy and huge, quiet at night, nice kitchens. Knives could be sharper as I couldn't even cut my lime. Pool and hot tub were nice. I like that the continental meal is included as Whistler is so expensive to eat. It's not great food but not terrible either. Suggest adding more hot items. Even premade oatmeal with various toppings would be good and simple.

5star experience! This was my second time staying here, and here are some highlights: Dogs are allowed! They do charge a $25 pet fee though. Very spacious room, separated living room area with couch and kitchenette. This was just a standard room too! Free breakfast. The food was just ok, but it was in their bistro which had a great view and it was poolside. Beats those holiday inn breakfast rooms lol Literally right in the village across from Starbucks, earls, the keg, shoppers drug mart! A few minor negative points: — u have to adjust the shower head slightly away from shower door otherwise water is gonna leak onto your bathroom floor. — toilet paper feels like 1ply… it is 2ply but very very thin 2ply.

I forgot a item of value, knew exactly where I left it, called the hotel right away and it took them over 24h to get in touch with their housekeeping. Item was never returned to me and when calling back the gentleman said, “my item is not their responsibility. ” The honesty of their staff is their responsibility and I know for a fact exactly where my item was left and let them know right away. I am 100% certain it was stolen during cleaning. Now waiting for management to contact me and police file to be reported. Be Warned!

Spitzenmäßig. Bestes Hotel seit langem! We were there in 09/2017 and received complementary upgrade. Best Hotel since a long time. Super service, super quite, cosy fireplace, coffee machine and ful kitchen, comfortable beds, small terrace with mountain view and super clean.

Nice location, good food in the breakfast buffet etc. — all good! Only issue we have was regardinh the maintanance. Ventilation system in the bathroom didnt work. Was reported in the morning, supposed to be fixed over the day till we were skiing — non if that happened, people at regustration desk didnt know anything about it.

Excellent, large family friendly rooms. Breakfast and Apres Ski happy hour included. Skis can be stored in lockers at their sister property so you have ski in ski out.

Great location in the middle of Whistler village. Short walk to the slopeside sister property that has lockers where you can store your gear. Large, clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Shuttle service to take you around the village. Free apres ski drink. Free hot breakfast buffet. Two nice hot tubs, pool, and sauna. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed here in April 2010. The staff and management were brilliant in all aspects of guest care. The little extras made it the best place to stay by far (we have stayed 4 times at Whistler at various places) my family and a couple of freeloaders will be back in 2019 and can't wait! Beautiful rooms, but the furniture is starting to show its age. My sliding door would bang into the wall. Location is fantastic and the food is delicious.

Great service. Free apres ski with free drinks for adults, hot chocolate, cookies, and snacks for kids. Nice outdoor pool and hottubs. Great location. High quality free buffet breakfast. Spacious suite. Ski equipment valet.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely cozy and clean. The location is perfect. Mentioned it was my husbands birthday while booking and had a lovely chocolate treat and signed card from the staff waiting in our room! Nice touch.

Excellent, roomy suites, and great customer service. Enjoyed the included breakfast, and while there is a good amount of choice in the breakfast buffet, it's the same buffet every day. Recommend some daily specials for greater variety. Would recommend the Pan Pacific Whistler Village.

It was a nice hotel. Pool was great. What really got me is not charging my credit card at time of check out. Instead I have the charges show up 2 months later without so much of a phone call or email. I thought I had paid and when these new charges came through they maxed out my credit card limit. I wasn't expecting the charges and I just finished a big purchase. No remorse what so ever when I talked to the person at the front desk. I don't know how you do business but this doesn't just seem right. I know they're my charges but I expect them taken in an appropriate amount of time after or call to let people know.

Centrally located in Whistler Village. Helpful hotel staffs. All suites. Very clean. Near good restaurants and activities.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel and in the 6 year gap we still found this to be an excellent choice when staying in Whistler. The Lower Suite we were given was spacious, clean and looked out over the main entrance giving decent view of the area. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of food and the pool although small provided a welcome place to relax at the end of a long day. Parking (for a fee) was available and provided easy access from there to our rooms making unpacking a simple affair. Everything in Whistler is close with bars/restaurants/shops/Gondola all within walking distance. Staff were friendly with a fast check-in and advice given on places to see on our route North when leaving. On our next visit we'll choose here again.

Location is great and the rooms are huge and wonderful. It's a very clean hotel with good personal. Only thing that wasn't satisfactory was the parking. There is a big confusion about outside and inside one and a big price difference. Unfortunately the front desk personal didn't know about the rules of parking and could only tell us park in hotel area ($28+tax) or public for $20 / day. Anyway we enjoyed staying here.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I've stayed in many hotels in whistler, and pan pacific by far has exceeded my expectations. I'm running a half marathon this weekend. Pan pacific up graded my room to a one bedroom suite, which is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. Everything is so clean and stocked. The staff signed a card and left it for me congratulating me on my achievement. It's in the most perfect location, next to earls. Thank you for making this weekend getaway even better!

Excellent property. All suites. My go to choice when staying in whistler. Dog friendly which is great for me and my 2 dogs. Spacious suites with nice views and kitchens with everything you need. Walk outside and straight into the village. Wonderful, helpful staff and on site spa. Highly recommend ***** 5 stars.

We requested early check in and were able to get our room a few hours early, which really help smooth out our day. At check in I mentioned one of us was celebrating a birthday, by the time​ we got to the room, they already had a birthday card and chocolate there. Service was impeccable and professional. I couldn't​ say a negative thing about our stay. Didn't try and of the food outlets though.

Large, clean, updated rooms. Light accent colors throughout. The view overlooking the village square is awesome. There's a bustling scene in the foreground, then as you look back, there are huge mountains everywhere. A really nice contrast. Service was excellent. Staff was really attentive and nice. Will be back!

This is the best hotel on the Village Stroll. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are amazing! The day spa was great for a sports massage!

Excellent location, beautiful suites! My husband and I took our first trip as a married couple to this hotel in November 2015. A bit partial as we stayed at another hotel a year earlier when we got engaged in Whistler, but had a wonderful experience! Upon reserving the room we noted it was our first trip as a married couple and were wonderfully surprised that not only did they upgrade us to a one-bedroom suite with views of the mountain, but were welcomed to the room with a personalized note from staff and bottle of champagne! Overall architecture and interior design is gorgeous, rooms are beautiful and spacious with upgraded amenities. The kitchen had stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and living room was very cozy with a fireplace adjacent to the picturesque mountain view. The balcony fit two adults comfortably, and best of all (especially in the winter) a coat hook near the door was a functional yet convenient feature. The location is perfect for anyone hitting the mountain whether it be summer or winter as the lift is steps away. There’s naturally more foot-traffic in the area, but room seemed to drown out the noise from the village when winding down in the evening. In-room dining was delicious and served hot. The Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub is located at the base of the hotel and had excellent breakfast with a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for one night during an off-peak time. We were very kindly upgraded to a one-bedroom suite — without even asking for it. The staff were so helpful — pointing us in the direction of some great restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall, our stay was excellent! We'll be back. :)

We had a very nice one bedroom that looks like it has been recently renowed. Courteous staff and a good spot in the village.

Beautiful rooms with a great location, close to the heart of town but not atop all the noise. Short walk to Whistler gondola, ski valet service and storage at mountainside is priceless. Daily buffet breakfast was very good, main dishes were changed daily, waffles were great. If you want to eat in your room you can take your breakfast to go. Starbucks, a drugstore, movie theater, pizza place and Earls restaurant are just downstairs. Short walk to the grocery store and anything on the village walk. We reserved a one bedroom suite but got upgraded to a two bedroom suite upper floor at a nice discount. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We didnt take advantage of the daily happy hour apres or hot tub but I plan to on our next visit.

This is by far my favourite place to stay in Whistler. The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the village and the services was exceptional. When we arrived they upgraded us from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, the rooms are spacious and are full suites. The bonus is it comes with a free breakfast which is very convenient when you have two small children. I can't say enough great things about this Whistler Hotel. We can't wait to go back.

This hotel is in great location in the central village; close lifts, restaurants etc. Facilities are fantastic with a great pool/hot tub deck that is very large with space for kids and adults. Rooms are fully fitted out and very nice/clean. Good breakfast in the morning + evening hosted reception which is great. Highly reccomended spot for both famillies and private travel.

The four of us have stayed here on a number of occasions. The staff, location and pub are great. Love the wat they treat you with care and kindness. We showed up late to check in one night during CrankWorx last year, tried to get into the Keg for dinner, they told us they were book. We called the front desk and they were able to get us in. Strange but good.

Best hotel in Whistler for families. We stayed in a two bedroom suite, lots of room for us and 3 kids. The kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. Free breakfast buffet every morning, plus the kids spent hours in the pool. Our skis were stored right by the Gondola in their sister hotel, just a two minute walk away. Very convenient, super friendly staff and free Internet access so we could do a little work while away! We'd highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here on our next trip to Whistler.
