The suite is just perfect for any getaway in whistler. The location, the amenities, the view and the hospitality of hotel staff and front desk staff were superb. Special mention to Meg, who made every effort to accommodate our requests. This is the place I will stay again when in whistler.

Had the best time! Deanna our concierge was on top of everything we needed. They stored our skiis for us so we didn’t have to lug anything to our rooms. She made our reservations for everything we wanted to do including our dinner reservations every night.
I highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly return.

Spacious rooms with lots of little extras like welcome chocolates and a choice of pillows on request. Great for families with the kitchen facilities. Central location and steps to the chair lift.

Absolutely blown away by the room and level of service at this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels across North America and none of them have come as close to this one. From the kitchen fully equipped with utensils and cooking tools, to the Aveda products in the bathroom and chocolates upon arrival, the management in this hotel has done an outstanding job at paying attention to the small details in ensuring your stay is a comfortable one. I also appreciated the text messages from the hotel manager to check in to see if there was anything they could get for me — I thought that was a nice touch. All in all, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly and the rooms are spotless — not even a speck of dust or dirt. Well done! I will most definitely be back.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Whistler. We had a 2 bedroom Mountain view suite which offered enough space for the 4 of us. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the room and balcony was nice indeed. On the less positive side was the very weak air-conditioning system — one unit is clearly insufficient for the suite and the lack of a separate washroom. There was no possibility to take breakfast in the hotel but we did not really miss it given that we had a well equipped kitchen. Overall a very nice experience.

Located in Whistler town, this boutique hotel was charming and very customer service oriented. We stayed for 1 night in one of their 2 bedroom suites and it as perfect for the 4 of us. We definitely got use out of the hot tub on the balcony as it was a relaxing way to end the long day of ziplining and hiking. They offer free 1 hour bike rentals, partnered with affinity bike rental across the street which was nice. Valet was $32 for the night and they kept our car on the second day we checked out at no extra cost. They also kept our luggage before we checked in (since we arrived a couple of hours before check-in) and also after we checked out. Overall it was a very nice stay for an inexpensive price!

Went here for my honeymoon and everything was perfect! Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff surprised us with roses and champagne in the room! We had a private patio with a hot tub, jacuzzi bath tub and two fire places (one in BR and living room). Our stay was a dream come true.

Very nice hotel with large spacious rooms, and everything you require for your stay in Whistler. Well located next to the mountain gondola also. Would recommend for anybody traveling that way into the mountains.

SUBERPB service and awesome rooms! Went here during the bike festival and if you go to the rooftop garden area, you can see the cool stunts! Aweaome hot tub at the roof, very peaceful. Great location, literally in the heart of the village and about a 3 minute walk to the gondola! Totally recommend staying here!

The suites were big enough for a family of five. Nice to have your own kitchen and one of the best locations in Whistler. Right in the middle of the Village.

I've stayed here a couple times now and love it, the suites are a great size, always very clean, the beds are very comfy, some of the washrooms have heated floors which is so nice. I love having the suites with the patio to people watch and have my morning coffee. All the staff are very nice, good at suggesting places to eat and giving directions. Couldn't ask for a better location, everything is at your doorstep. I will definitely be back again.

Sundial Hotel in Whistler, BC is top notch! Highly recommended for its very competitive prices, well appointed suites, stellar location and incredibly attentive staff. Won't stay anywhere else while in Whistler! Located right in the center of the action you are close (literally 50 yds away) to Whistler lifts and gondolas a 5 min walk to Blackcomb lifts and gondolas plus you are right in the center of action that is "Whistler Village" where you can find eateries of all kinds, boutique & high end shopping, small grocery store, pharmacy, as well as various bars and clubs which line the walking street. Not to mention the Olympic park at the end of the village walkway which had a sizable ice skating rink, a gigantic mound of snow (bigger than an Olympic sized pool) and 20 feet tall which we used almost daily for sledding (sleds were provided or you can bring your own) and snow ball fights with my boys and the icing on the cake was they had a 15 ft X 20 ft gigantic TV which had the Olympics playing non-stop making the environment charged with excitement! I was most impressed with the staff at Sundial; Justin, one of the onsite managers seemed to always be on duty and took care of us, ensuring our every need was met during our stay. He even solved a complicated, time sensitive trip to the Vancouver Airport when all shuttles, taxi and bus options were exhausted. He saved the day and ensured we made our return trip. Can't save enough good things about the Sundial and their staff.

The location is fantastic and view from room was amazing. The bathrooms were strange, two bathrooms with showers but only one toilet. I would have opted for more toilets.

Awesome people. We arrived to the hotel close to 7:30 am and they held all of our stuff for us and took it to our room, in an organized manner, while we went snowboarding. And once we got back, Katie at the front desk had upgraded us to their suite room since we were four guys so we can have more space. Service was awesome and everyone was polite and courteous. Will definitely go back. Thank you. You guys were wonderful.

Cozy suites, loved the roof top hot tub and excellent location. A reasonable room rate in November, prices rise during peek season. Will stay here again.

We love it here! We’ve been coming here for our Anniversary every other year for the last 10 years. I’d say it’s hands down the best place to stay in Whistler and the private hot tub on the roof is the best.

A wonderful place to stay. We rented a 2 room suite, and were very satisfied with it. Very clean and well maintained, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. We will be back.

Great hotel. Centrally located with spacious rooms overlooking the base of the mountain. I checked out of the hotel and forgot my watch in my suite. When I realized my mistake I called the hotel, the staff were gracious and honest about it. My watch was returned to me.

So far my favorite place to stay in Whistler. Right on the bottom of the mountain, we got a good deal here and the rooms have a great layout, have a modern mountainy in interior. Feels very comfy, friendly and homy. I didn't try many of the amenities.

We have been working with Sundial Boutique Hotel in Whistler for 2 years and the management staff has always been outstanding to work with. They are always prepared and their exceptional attention to detail is always an asset when shooting Google Maps Business View tours. We also stayed here on our honeymoon! The rooms are well appointed and the views of the mountains are always spectacular.

The staff here is always welcoming and informative every time I have been here. The rooftop patio is an experience that everyone should have! Love that it is a 30 second walk to the lifts too. This is one of Whistlers best hotels.

The Sundial Boutique Hotel is a great hotel. What can I say. It has the best location (one of the closest to both gondolas), spacious luxurious suites, a roof top hot tub (some units even have private hot tubs) and fantastic staff. Highly recommended.
