Older hotel but a decent place to spend night on the way to lower mainland.

Got to watch indiana jones pretty good, spider at the bath tub though.

Nice hotel good price point Liz at the front desk is a hoot.

Friendly reception. Nice size for the rooms. Great location.

The room was decent. Bathroom fan obscenely loud considering it had no impact. Shower was a bit dirty, looked like some mold on ceiling corners, bathroom door was dirty. Simple wipe would have cleaned it. Tv was very low quality. Decent bed. Continental breakfast was pretty sad. All around, not impressed, but its not an expensive place. Cleaning and a decent fan seems pretty some though.

Would never stay here again. Manager was yelling at his staff, room was freezing, fridge unplugged, expensive for what you got, plumbing was loudest I have ever heard and bathrooom run down (paint splattered all iver tub). A total let down. Only stayed due to snow storm.

Clean motel. Friendly, professional staff. Coffee, heat, aircon, and refrigerator in each room. Lots of blankets on the beds so you can tailor your sleep as you wish. Hot, high pressure shower good enough to blast dirt off an elephant. Beautiful setting beneath Mount Hope conveniently on Old Hope Princeton Way. I enjoyed my stay here and will return next year.

Owner/manger was very unfriendly… seemed to have the wrong attitude of: customer is always wrong and to be 'dealt with'; and, running a hotel would be so much better if there were not any customers! Also, the room was a bit dingy, and the toilet was not clean.

Staff were friendly, but the main issue I had was the room was freezing. It was electric baseboard heat and I can understand trying to save money, but if you know you have guests coming preheat the rooms, it took hours before I could be comfortable.

The worst service given by the hotel… The guy at reception treats customers has shit and does not know what customer satisfaction is all about. His service was awful…
He is very rude and arrogant after getting the money.

Well, there's only a handful of hotels and motels to choose from in Hope and you have to understand that you're there just passing through. Regardless, the check in person/owner was polite, room was clean, had a full size fridge, updated flat screen tv, free Wi-Fi, cooling unit, and bathroom had been updated. For this area, it's a strong star but in fairness to the 5 star scale integrity, I have to rate it a 3 comparatively to say, the Fairmont Vancouver which would be a 5 obviously. But good economical choice for the area!

Clean beautiful rooms. Continental breakfast was ok. Located just off the TransCanada Staff was good and helpful.

Awesome relaxed atmosphere. They allow cash deposits for people without credit cards, a great selection of channels, and an easy to handle atmosphere. How a motel should be.

Great location, clean and affordable! We forgot our travel pillows the morning we checked out and returned later that day. They had them bagged and tagged for our return!

Not a bad place to stay if you happen to stay in Hope for a night.

I would recommend the heritage inn to anyone from out of town or in. Convient location, very tidy and friendly staff. We only stayed for the weekend but will definitely be back. I really appreciated that it was right on the main drag of Hope everything was close by, my daughter and I were able to walk to the store.
