Absolutely disgusting room! Full of bugs! Blankets burnt. Room not clean at all. Old coffee in maker. Dirty bedding, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, dirty everything. The room stunk so bad. Drunk people everywhere. People asking us for smokes such a terrible place! Lady at front desk told us that there’s nothing she can do if we don’t like having old coffee in the maker to go to Tim Hortons and buy one. No refund or money back! Do not stay there!

Asked for clean pillow cases. Woman was very rude and stated it was the oddest request she ever had. Shower would not shut off and toilet seat broken. Black mold starting to appear in shower ceiling. Face cloth had a 1 inch fraid hole and the other while clean had stains giving it a dirty appearance. Room appeared to be clean but run down and repairs/maintanace was done by amatures. Very poor workmanship. Spend and extra $25. And stay elsewhere or for same price like the Windsor. Very clean and friendly staff/owners there.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Canada. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Excellent Professional Customer service, beds were super comfy, room was so clean and tidy. I would recommend this place if you in for quality time in Great white North. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Out dated decor. Plugged sinks. Leaking pipes. Very old but you pay for what you get.

Good service and clean, but the beds were quite aged and the paths and stairs weren't shovelled or de-iced (I ended up falling).

Was just ok at best. Wasn't any shampoo. Or soap rooms were nothing special for the price.

We had a family function in hope a few week ago and I booked a block of rooms. As the function got closer we had some cancellations etc, Rani and her team was very accommodating. Rooms were clean and stocked with the necessities. I would highly recommend this hotel in Hope BC. Thank you Rani, we will be back. Regards, Shannon :)

Absolutely the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at! Never again!

Worst ever customer service! I totally won't recommend anyone to stay in this absolutely poor service hotel! The lady? manager doesn't really know to value their customers, even asking little things like having new sets of clean towels she will give you all the reasons not to provide you one eg. There's no housekeeping and they're closed now (9:45 PM). Also, they advertise that they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi, but they actually don't have! They will tell you to go to the city's recreation centre if you'd like to go swimming. The hallway is totally dark and no lights… Definitely, not coming back to this place ever again!

Room was clean but smelled musty and smaller than I expected for the $100 a night. Needs a major update. Bathroom was a little dirty like they cleaned the mirror with a dirty rag and the toilet seat was broken in a few spots. Their website boasts an indoor pool but upon asking later after we checked in they said there was no pool even though their website clearly advertises and shows photos of it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good for a one night stay but I'll probably check out a different one next time I'm in town.

This hotel is a dump. Our room was so dated but not only that it was filthy, so much so we used our own blankets. Also way over priced for what you get, stay away.

Friendly service, clean rooms. Free parking just beside ur room if u stay ground floor. They have small pool and a hot tub. Close to mc donalds/a&w/ tim hortain. Only con is its close to road and you could hear the cars. Other than that its value for money.

Besides the holes in the windows screens, everything was great and clean. Could also use a do not disturb sign as well.

Don't waste your time on this hotel. I have been waiting for a refund check since December that the owner and the manager said they were gonna send out and never did. This hotel is NOT to a franchise standard in anyway at all. They do not care about their guests and the staff wear grubby clothing at the front desk.

We showed up midweek after midnight and were greeted by a very courteous receptionist. The room was impecable and had everything we could possibly need… iron, microwave, mini-fridge, hair blower, coffee maker. It was a wonderful and easy stop-over. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were scrumptious. For the price, this was a great layover for a long roadtrip. I would highly recommend it and will definitely return.

I found this Motel perfect for short stay, Staff and Owner were excellent folks, sheets and rooms were clean and bed was super confy, best place to stay in Hope at such a cheap price.
