My boy friend and l are staying here monthly as he is working here for awhile anyways the manager is so amazing so happy to do whatever u need so friendly l will tell everyone how much l love it here and so thankful we are staying here.
My man and I were riding his bike all day and decided around 1am to get a room for some rest. We were a little apprehensive and almost decided to keep driving simply because we didn’t want to bother any motel operators at such a late hour. With the chill and wildlife at risk we decided to knock on the front door at this motel. The woman that answered the door was half asleep yet so so kind and very helpful. She got our keys within minutes and let us know we could call her if we needed anything. She was very pleasant. The actual bedroom itself really impressed me. The towels and bed were the quality I’d have in my own house and it was very clean. We got a great sleep. The next day after we left, I realized I had forgotten something behind. In a panic, I called to see if it was still there. It was! And Colette was so personable and friendly and within an hour she priority shipped it from Hope to Penticton for me. Now THATS customer service. We’ve told our friends about this place and we already dubbed it “our spot” whenever we’re passing through. Thanks Coquihalla Motel!

I needed a place to stay for work so I checked in for a month flat rate after the manager replied to a looking as I made on Facebook offering me a room. Upon arriving the manager apologied the room was "a little messy" (it was awful) due to her not having time to clean because a fire in a camper they had out back a couple hours after checking in as day turned to night I quickly learned the room was INFESTED with cochroaches and I discovered a NEEDLE in the room, the manager had mentioned it was a STAFF MEMBER last staying in the room. So I spent my night in the back seat of my truck, complained to next morning to her but did not muster up the readiness to return to the condemned room and get my belongings til the afternoon. At this time I discovered my Xbox had been stollen from my locked room to top it off. Now the manager is ignoring my calls and messages and refuses to put me in touch with ownership. NEVER STAY HERE! If the owner somehow reads this before management deletes this please message me we need to chat (I have tons of pictures and videos)
