Clean and manager is friendly. Wi-Fi didn't work very well. Close to everything.

Fairly clean. A little run down, but not too bad. Very friendly. Had to take our blankets in because our small dogs were not supposed to be on the bedding, even though we paid extra for them to be in the room.

Rooms are fine, but when the internet doesn't work/keeps bumping you off, the place doesn't rate even a 3-star. In this day and age, the internet needs to work — and fast. I've been bumped off at least every minute since I signed in an hour ago. Nonsense. Check out time is 11 am; the TV channel selection is good and the TV works; there are extra blankets and pillows right in the room, and the bathroom is clean; minimal extras.

Walking distant to Hope town centre. The room is clean and quiet at night. Wifi signal is strong and speed is fast. The regular check-in hour is 2 pm. I arrived 4 hours ealier in the morning and want to take a rest before starting my adventures. The hotel manager was friendly and spent extra efforts having a room cleaned and letting me checked in by 11:30 am. I recommend all overnight visitors who plan to explore Hope and surrounding attractions.

This is a great stop over hotel. The owners keep the room clean. The beds are comfortable. This isn't a place where one would stay for many days but as a place to get a snooze in between travel days it's magnificent. Yes the hotel needs updating but they've done well keeping up appearances with minor upgrades like fresh paint. The owners are very nice and accommodating. I only give it 4 stars because the carpet was quite stained and really should be replaced. Anyways for the purpose of spending one night I highly recommend this business. Oh and the price was right!

It was cheap and the attendant stayed up until 12:30 so that we could check in late. The room itself was a bit dated and the appliances have seen better days, but it wasn't bad for the price. The shower temperature varied randomly between scalding and freezing cold, but the bed was comfy enough.

Very friendly service, incredibly clean rooms. One bed was stiffer than the other. But I got the comfortable one :-) I would stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights and didn't have any issues. It's relatively close to shops and there's a good restaurant right behind the motel. The bed was comfortable and clean, so was the bathroom. The little fridge was clean and functioning too. Their Wi-Fi was surprisingly strong but the AC is pretty noisy so I'd recommend turning it off before bed. Overall, it's a decent and affordable place in Hope.

Beds were very firm. Wifi was weak. It did all it promised and was a solid place to stay for a night. Nothing fancy.

Nice room, nice price, the people are warm and friendly. The restaurant behind them is a good friendly family place. In front almost is the dairy Queen, you can see the Frazier river, easy walk to everything in town easy drive to other places in the area.

I agree, this is the best little budget motel. Extra care in everything! Bonus is air conditioning, great view, restaurant next door, and genuine friendly service.

Rooms in good condition, helpful and friendly hostess at desk, only complaint is odd smell in room.

We have stayed at this motel 3 times now. We love it, and anytime we need to be in the area, we'll continue staying here. The concrete rooms are quiet and extremely clean. Most amazing showers I've ever had! Nice looking and comfortable motel. The owner is extremely friendly and always greets us when we arrive. 5 Star Service!

Definately best motel in Hope. Concrete building. Nice service, nice location. Restaurant next door. Subway and DQ is close. Will come back for sure.

Very Quite and comfortable place to stay in concrete building (not wooden), so no noise from upstairs nor next room. Mr. Lee, Manager, is friendly and was helpful in evry way. Restaurant is next door and quite convenient for 3 meals.

Clean rooms, good location and good friendly service. Location in the middle of the town and restaurant next door.
Very clean, very good location, in the middle of the city. No breakfast but the restaurant "Rolly" is directly at the building angbaut (easy, but good, inexpensive dinner + breakfast). From the motel, (upper floor) overlooking the Fraser and the mountains. Owners very friendly and caring! — Has also partially still smoking.
