FAIL on all levels. Disgusting! I was pressured into signing a lease. False pretenses! VERY DECEIVING. Shame Shame Shame! They even make the photos look different than real life, Photoshop! Stop using excuses and lying to tenants, fix the problems! Winter is coming, will there be ANY heat this winter? Space heater is ready.
Jennifer, Dwayne, Catrina, Carling, and Marie should all be removed immediately. Killam REIT appears to be blind to their horrific level of incompetence. If you are thinking of moving here… think again. I just moved out and it was the WORST experience of my life. Incredibly rude staff who don't care 1 ounce about the tenants. The building is falling apart. The ceiling in the parkade looks like it is going to give way soon. Huge chunks of the ceiling are falling and Killam REIT just says oh we rent that to Impark it's not our problem. Well your tenants park here you should care. You should also allow tenants to have an assigned spot, the greed for parking revenue is obviously apparent, again a glowing example of how much disregard you have for the people who actually live in Grid 5. I could go on forever about the thin walls, constant noise, no package acceptance at office, high crime!, lack of email response to problems, constant broken elevators, dirty laundry room with broken machines, photo shopped management photos in advertisements, this place should be featured on an HGTV show called "Canada's Worst Rental Accommodation". I can't wait to see the management's response, it's surely comical at best. Lies lies lies liessssssssssss.

The only word to describe this GRID 5 apartment building and ALL of its staff and management is… SCARY. They are all INHUMAN. Absolutely inhuman. Carling is by far the worst, extremely backstabbing. Don't believe ANYTHING she says. If you signed a lease here like I did you can break it. Call the tenant board, they are well aware of this company's deceiving practices and tactics to lure in tenants. Pathetic on all levels!
