The Ansen Place is truly an outstanding experience—a place of rest with a wonderful and attentive staff.

The Ansen Place is perfect for both short and long-term stays. The units are spacious, quiet, and well maintained. Fast communication, easy check-in, and secure parking made everything smooth.

Loved this spot! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful and the private room we had was perfect for us! Not to mention that it's downtown and close to morning cafes and evening restaurants.

Bizarre that someone comes into your room when you're sleeping to turn off the AC at 7am. Only hostel I've been to that restricts the use of AC (7am to 7pm it's off)

Airbnb / hostel type situation. Good location for walking to the market/downtown. Lovely restaurant across the street.
Parking is limited and on the point where two one-way streets meet with a school.

Stayed for two nights in a private room and the owner is very helpful with food and tour ideas. Rooms are basic, but aircon is good and room has a ceiling fan.

The price is good for what you take. Basic and clean room, in good location just some minutes to the bus station/restaurants.
I did not even used the A/C as the fans were more than enough.

Simple clean and comfortable room. Hot shower. Ceiling and standing fan. Window screens kept out mosquitos. Location was a 5 min walk outside town center.

Really enjoyed staying here, it states budget room, but super value with 2 large comfy beds, fridge with small freezer, hot water, mineral water provided, plus a great laundry room, cheapest we found

I was a bit skeptical at first about this place. But this place is more than I could have asked for. Mike is really amazing and one of the nicest hosts I've had in cayo!

The room is not very pretty, but it is clean and comfortable. The owner lives upstairs, so service is easily available (if you need it).

We had a great stay at Yim Saan Hotel. The hotel was comfortable and well located, but what really stood out was the incredible service from Dani.

I highly recommend this place! I’ve stayed here a couple times and the staff is amazing! Dani was extremely welcoming and helpful!

Close to town, clean, and our host was accommodating (held our luggage all day the day of check out) gave us a good run down on arrival and answered any questions we had.

Loved staying at this place! Close to town but with enough distance for some good privacy and solitude. The cabin was incredibly cute and spacious.

Only golf I’ve found in Belize but the course was great, greens a bit rough, but considering how friendly the staff was and how reasonable the prices were, it was a great experience.

We had a very comfortable room with nice beds. The host is extremely friendly and kind. The way we booked it there was no breakfast but we found some excellent cafes in town.

I stayed here for two nights and everything was tip top. Pretty good value considering the accommodation prices in Belize. Big units, very clean, good internet, everything worked well.

LOVE this place — signage getting here was super helpful, and there’s a surprising amount of space for such “tiny houses”. We’ll be back!

We went to St. Herman’s cave tubing and had a blast. We were having trouble finding it, they helped us right to it. Came back after spelunking and had supper. Small, cute, easy going place.

Great quick food and alcoholic beverages right on Hummingbird highway. It's not a hotel, but a great place to stop for a quick meal and cold beer.

We rented the upstairs for 2+ weeks. It's spacious, well equipped with kitchen supplies. Water is drinkable, clean house and has everything you need.

Very nice rooms, good neighborhood, comfortable room with lots of space. Overall 10/10. Pool was relaxing as well.

Clean, Comfortable and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast especially the fruit platter and the fresh juices. Very quiet locale.

I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I came here to say that the front desk was very responsive to my inquiries about my booking through Expedia.

I recommend going here because it’s family friendly and it has two pools one for adults and another for small children.
