If the option was given to choose all the review options I would. My family was treated very well by the Castellanos' and their staff. From the moment we arrived until we said goodbye we were treated as family. When time ran out on us and it was time to checkout and the children didn't get a chance to swim, Mr. Castellanos allowed us to stay beyond checkout time so the children could swim. The food and the drinks and professionalism of the staff was second to none. The protocols in place due to COVID-19 were very strict and we appreciated the care that went into safeguarding us. We will definitely be back.

My mom stayed here over the weekend and she was ecstatic! If there was a 10 star that’s what she would give. The staff was very pleasant. The food is very good. The room and the pool is very clean. She had a very great birthday weekend and we’ll visit soon again. Thanks for accommodating her for her birthday.

Great awesome place. Nice restaurant. Friendly and kind staff. Decent food and reasonable selection of food. English speaking. Awesome pool area. Awesome big spacious rooms. Hot shower, tea and coffee making machines in rooms. Filtered water provided to refill. Only flaw for me was that it was a taxi ride into town or a 20 to 30min walk into town so was a little frustrating if we needed to get money out or wanted a quick bite to eat or buy some cheap snacks at the local markets. Air conditioning and fan in our rooms. Clean and tidy.

The room spacious and had amenities such as a coffee maker with coffee and a mini fridge to chill your drinks. My stay there was great and the staff was courteous and helpful. Great experience.

Very good hotel, highlights if pool and restaurant, although the latter could have more vegetarian options.

Beautiful views, good food at the restaurant mostly clean rooms. The staff was courteous. The pool was a weird experience. The girls have to have their hair up and everyone has to shower before getting in.

Environment is great my kids and I loved it. But needs to improve on the food quality… corn tortillas with salsa… tortillas were soaked with oil could have been better, Quesadillas were not as good as I heard off.

I always love going to Rolson excellent managers and the staff are always giving you that superb service. You havent visited Cayo if you havent come to Rolson.

Very social oriented environment. The place can host any sort of event. There is a good view from the balcony of the surrounding town and hills.

Today I had lunch at the Rolsons Hotel, I ordered a beef taco and I was wowed. I only at 4 and struggled to eat the 5th one. I the the food 4 stars. The service was great. The waitress was sweet polite professional and attentive. Came to check on us frequent. One down fall was the timely fashion they took to prepare the food. I'm yet to use their full facility to see how they are.

Rolson is a very nice place for family and friends!
If you want to have a night out for cocktails, mexican food, good laughs and the building of awesome memories come one over.

Mini fridge, coffee maker, coffee plus milk, complementary water bottles, safe, AC, fan, digital alarm clock, shower with steam extractor, quality toilet paper, and daily room service.

Will definitely visit again. Comfortable beds and nice pool. It is not too far from the activities downtown. The food and drinks from the restaurant was great!

The waitresses are awesome and the manager is very friendly! The service is all great! The food is all very delicious and the rooms are very nice. Also the view is great while eating at night or day viewing entire San Ignacio. I always stay at Rolson when ever my family and I are in Cayo. Never regret staying there once and will continue staying there when in Cayo for any occassion. Keep up the wonderful service!

Nice amenities, although AC didn't seem to do much in our room. Staff is super nice and helpful in organizing excursions. Located on top of hill with nice view.

This review is purely based on the customer service and restaurant and hotel. We waiting one night for 3 hours to have dinner from start to finish. Everyone in our group at at different times and my dinner even came cold. The next night we thought we would give them a second chance and had an even worse experience. It took over an hour for my food, and others in my group with a similar order had theirs in just 20 minutes. When my food finally came out my enchilada was cold from the inside out. I expressed my concern to the waitress and she was quite rude and only took a small percent off the price of my dinner. What food we did eat ended up making us sick to boot. The entire staff was rude to our group the entire stay and there was never anyone at the front desk to answer questions or help with any issues.

We went for our anniversary dinner and everything was delicious! We were stuffed to the gills and still found room for the banana chimichanga desert. We'll definitely do that again ;)

It is the only place in pleasant atmosphere, good service and a beautiful view of the city.
