What a special place! A beautiful spot with the most wonderful staff. Great adventures to ATM cave and Tikal also horse back riding, canoeing nature walks and an absolutely fabulous massage.

Chaa Creek is AMAZING! Incredible staff took care of us, from planning our excersions (WOW! ) to delicious food served with joy!

Nice hotel in a great location with a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant was also quite good, even though the menu wasn't extensive.

And right next door to Cahal Pech Archeological Reserve.

We stayed in the Regal Queen room — quaint, spacious, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. A welcome drink at check-in set the tone, and the on-site restaurant gave us several great meals.

The staff at this hotel were the best I’ve ever experienced. There were always so many people available to help, advise, or simply greet and chat. Amazing food service, concierge help and guides.

Our stay at Ka’ana Resort was incredible. The grounds are beautiful and the accommodations are luxurious. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They were very friendly and helpful.

This is our second stay at Ka’ana. Again, the grounds are immaculate, although the pool deck could have been swept off more often since it was so breezy.

I could not speak more highly of our stay at Vanilla Hills. It was so peaceful and beautiful. My husband and I found ourselves wishing we had more time to spend at the resort.

We had such a great get away at Villa Cayo.

We stayed for 3 nights and the problem is we can only give 5 stars. Absolutely stunning view from the front of the Villa for morning coffee or watching the sunset.

We went here for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and we were not disappointed. We split our time between Sleeping Giant and a beach front property (Jaguar Reef Lodge — a sister property).

It was amazing! Food, customer service and entire stay, was amazing! Jennifer was very very helpful, a lil description of her, 5ft lil thick, short shoulder hair wavy length and well communicative!

Bungalow rooms are very cute. AC is almost works too well. Very easy to walk downtown, plus a supermarket right across the street. The pool is perfect for lounging.

New owners working to improve facilities, but definitely coming back.

Thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at The Banks in April. The location is breathtaking and well planned out, with modern, clean, very spacious rooms.

The location was great. The atmosphere was nice, very homey, yet very luxurious. It made you feel very comfortable. It was also very private which I loved. Our room was perfect for couples.

Just checked out of Magnolia Hall today and my husband and I had a fantastic experience! The location was easy to find and the hotel itself is beautiful. We loved how intimate the setting was.

Can’t say enough good about this treasure in the jungle! Hand made beautiful furnishings, fresh tropical flowers in each room. Flower petals on the bed. Delicious breakfasts!
