Was a beautiful family holiday and the team went over and above to make it memorable ❤️ They were all lovely and plenty of amenties, activities/themed food morning for everyone!

A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Our room was large, spacious, and beautifully styled with modern décor.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The location is very convenient, right in the city center, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Causeway 353 Hotel is at the heart of Melbourne, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, clubs and much more. Parking is just outside and transportation is just within 5 minutes walk.

Been to this hotel several times and each one have been great. The rooms are clean and the amenities provided are good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is in the city so it’s much easier to catch a tram and stroll around city and other various stuff restaurant, grocery and southern cross railway station is just at walking distance.

Clean and tidy, great price and fabulous location. The kitchenette is handy and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Clean, modern and easy. Has all the amenities you need. Washing machines and dryers on most levels.

The room is small but it so comfy and compact for our stuff and 2 people. The location to T2 departure also quite close by walking. The main problem here is there's no lift.

Route to the hotel was very confusing as there was no pedestrian walkways to the hotel (maybe bcs of roadwork). Room was clean and comfortable for 1-2 people.

Took our daughter out for a meal on her birthday. Dan was really accomodating especially when helping us serve the cake. Meals were great. Overall really enjoyed the night. Highly recommend.

Had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious and everything came out perfectly.

Great location and the cleanest apartment, I've ever stayed in. In addition to this the chocolate's were a lovely surprise. The only downside was waking up to the garbage truck at 6.30am.

We have stayed at the Mansfield apartments on two separate occasions. These are the cleanest most welcoming apartments we have ever stayed in. Chocolate treats were a beautiful touch.

Should upgrade the TV and give more than less than half of toilet paper roll.!
Missing water bottles as every normal motel and hotel.

Good, budget Motel. On arrival was promptly supplied with a key. Room was clean. No fuss, no hassles.

The staff were super friendly and incredibly accommodating.

Never realised how good the basics can be. Was just a room for a quick overnight stay, but it was neat and tidy, great hot water for a shower with plenty of pressure.

I had a great stay at YEHS Hotel Melbourne. The service was impeccable throughout my visit. Alice was especially helpful and made everything smooth and easy from check-in onwards.

Craig’s Royal Hotel is an incredibly historically significant hotel and a true architectural gem in Victoria’s crown.

We stayed at Craigs Royal Hotel mid week and enjoyed it immensely. The heritage building is in truly remarkable condition with all the conveniences you would require.

Great location for the historic Eureka Stockade area, we had a car so easy to get around Ballarat, supermarket 600m away.

The staff were lovely, facilities were amazing and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Room was a bit dated but was clean and quite. Not a massive walk to the shops but a bit out of the town center.

1. Friendly atmosphere in reception.
2. Room was very spacious and comfortable.
3 Wi-Fi and TV are okay.
4. Ample parking.
5. Need to water ferns which are dying outside the restaurant.
