Photos do not match what you get. Worst motel ive ever stayed at. No breakfast although meant to be included. Didn't realize that a bathroom door wasn't included. Argumentative staff member, did not feel I could approach staff to complain about room since he was rude at check in.

My family and I absolutely adore the staff here. Neina, Kim and Cam always make us feel so special.

Unreliable, over priced, The rooms are very small, old features, tiles all cracked in shower, not the best service quite rude, Meadow Inn advertise 24/7 surveillance in their car parks next to the rooms, had our truck broke into during the night, rabbit stolen and missing possessions with no compensation. Do yourself a favour and stay across the road at Ibis much nicer.

Meal was good Drinks are not cheap girl at the bar inexperienced and the tables in the restaurant are sticky as in everything sticks to it.

A great place to stay, good and cheap food, heaps of parking for trucks and friendly staff.

Awesome bar meals, courteous bar staff, and that Natalie and Chooky really rock at karaoke. Love their style of hosting; the jokes kill me and they are oh so generous to the patrons.

Meal was delicious but climbing steps to get to bistro to order meals, then going down to get drinks means probably won’t go back unfortunately.

Was there with friends for dinner 9th July. Service was absolutely appalling. Numerous times had to wait for bar service as server wasn’t there. Waited for bistro service for far too long despite being the only customers waiting to order. Rude barman stuffed up friends order and then said he ordered wrong. None of the staff were friendly and appeared like it was an inconvenience to serve customers. I’ve never seen a place so unorganised. Won’t be going back again despite the food being ok.

Tonight I had my brothers birthday party at the meadow inn hotel food was good and service was amazing. The waitresses neina and shaye were amazing and gave a good service.

Was very hot in the room the air conditioner was no good and did not cool it down at all it was that hot that you couldn’t sleep there we must of had 3 cool showers to keep cool outside was a lot cooler will not be back.

Service was good, place is clean & staff are very helpful, plus chairs are comfortable. Excellent choice & variety of food which was delivered hot.

Poor food, parma was below average. We ordered 3 parmas got the first one and got the next two 20 minutes later first one was finished by then. Also a male bartender tried to hit on my friend who is also a guy. Made the whole night uncomfortable and I won’t be back. Would not recommend either.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean room. Very plain but has everything you need. Beautiful meal and great menu.

This place never changes. Same staff same people and always a heap of cops both inside and in the car park. Always on some mission to catch a crim. If they don't find who they are looking for they just harass anyone they don't like the look off. There is always drama so if your looking for an eventful night this is the venue.

Terrific place. Bright staff are cheerful helpful. Food cannot be any better great prices cannot fault the place.

Let's be honest here, it is a bit of a bogan pub. Stopped off there whilst we waited for our dinner reservations. The wine is not amazing but the service was great. Staff were friendly.

As a party of 4 we attended the Mother's club lunch.
The food was very good and the service was efficient and friendly. The bistro was decorated nicely and the little gifts to 'mothers' were a lovely idea.
*The only annoying thing was the speed at which a staff member removed the plates from the table — — 2 in our party hadn't even finished eating before she was trying to remove them. Undue haste was not appreciated at a time like that.

Great place for family with young kids for lunch or dinner. There's a playroom next to the restaurant where the kids can play and parents can keep an eye on them. The food is mediocre which you expect from pub food. I've ordered the seafood plate and it was average. The kids meals turned out better, my kids ordered pasta and burger and both were very good.

Great service and friendly staff. Rooms were a little old but they served their purpose. Beds were really comfy. I'd use them again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! worst hotel/ motel I have stayed at. Booked online rooms weren't ready. Noise from cars off highway so loud. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Don't waste your money.

Was frequently coming here for meals, staff are ok to deal with, serve a decent size meal, to varying degrees of quality. Was served a microwaved from frozen pork belly though, (I've done this at home so I know how it comes out). Has a large pokies room, and betting facilities, so if this is your thing then you will enjoy it here. Rooms are cheaper than the ibis hotel across the road, and easily a higher standard of quality, so I'd definitely recommend staying here if you need a room in this area.

Staff member bundled our booking and we had to move last minute. However other lady in their team was so kind and helpful with out luggage.

We stayed one nights accommodation and where welocomed by a huge whitetail spider not the cleanest place to stay but staff are very nice.

Great Family venue, good food, good prices. And pensioners discounts. 500 metres from M80 ring road loads of parking and accommodation.

This is a great day out for lunch or dinner. The food is great and the staff are very friendly and attentive. There's kids play area and the pokies if you want to lose some money or win some.

Such a great family bistro. Affordable prices. Great kids game area to keep kids entertained. Gorgeous fireplace for the romantic couple or families enjoying winter dinner. Also friendly staff that are very helpful.

Lovely meal. Proper delicious vegetables not all broccoli and cauliflower like so many other places. The lamb was to die, really excellent. I will be back. First time I have ever completely cleaned my plate. Compliments to the chef.

Food was good, nice service, great location.

Over an hour wait for a meal rare steak was charred to a crisp some of the meal missing no apologies for the lateness had to demand a free drink for the lack of service extremely disappointed with the entire evening will never return and have advised others to never go there. Very poor attitude on staff and management.

Great rooms well maintained and very tidy/clean, very helpful staff, breakfast included was great. Only slight problem was the noise from the main road but it was very minor and the rooms kept out most of it at night.

Excellent price for the room which was clean, good sized with adequate appointments and breakfast pack included. Accomodating staff, dinner in bistro was as described on menu and also adequate, maybe could have some less expensive menu options and compendium in room.

No issues with establishment as such, can only comment on the one meal I had, which I didn't much enjoy. No issues with service, one lady behind the counter serving drinks did not have much of a personality. Service with a smile makes a difference, and is free!

Great customer service. Even though little slow in serving but staff were very excellent with customer service and problem solving.

Good location, though can suffer from traffic noise. Rooms are comfortable but are a little shabby. Not bad for budget accommodation.

Love the graziers pie and souvlaki. Good playground for kids and great offers using shop a dockets!

Went here for dinner and I must say the worse food ever. Ordered crispy pork belly it was cold and soggy. Thank god maccas was across the road. I only give one star because it wouldn't let me post my comment.

Worst meal from a bistro I have ever had. Chicken parma yeah chicken snitzel from coles and charged for real chicken with not even a sorry kiss my arse. Super disappointed.

Very friendly staff good access but was given a single bed room instead of a double for my wife and I. Not a big issue it would have been nice to have been told this was the configuration we were getting.

12Noon Lunch Sun 24 Sept 2017. Our table of 4 : cold (not warm) plates : cold (not warm) chips. Extreme difficulty getting gluten free — service person said "not another of those fad people" : 20 minutes to place order for just single course! : cold soggy pork belly. 2 reasonable but grissled porterhouses. Cold (not warm) coffees. After 30 minute wait for cake, had to cancel. Paid double for drinks. Bill added extra $5.20 for some reason. Did not get full Entertainment book discount : All round : terrible food, terrible lack of service, took 22 minutes to pay bill and in the end, paid too much Actually zero stars.

I went to the Inn for a wake and the service we received was unintrusive and discreet. Drinks were good and so was the finger food.

Only dropped in for dinner and a drink. The service and meal were good and the beer was cold, no complaints.

The location leaves a lot to be desired, nestled in a district that attracts the sort of people that you would cross the street to avoid.
Next, you enter the lobby – I have seen suicide attempts that adhere to more health and safety measures than this delapadated lobby. After waiting 45 minutes to be served and after getting to the room opening the door and finding what looked like a scene from some bi-racial water sports party filmed in the 1980's all the manager could offe…r was another room that was apparently 'partially clean'. I refused and asked for a refund we got as far as to being accused of lieing about the price of the room and having to prove it by showing my bank records. The manager then decided there was a late cancellation and we would be moved into that room — while she contacted the cleaners to clean our original room and give to the poor person thats just lost there room.
After an hour of back and forth some could relate to a tennis match with the Williams sisters on a warm day we got to our second room. The carpet was filthy, the room itself looked like something you would pay for by the hour. The bathroom looked like it was crudely put together by what seemed to be a talented chimpanzee and as I navigated around the patches of mould I was hoping nothing would attach itself to my feet.
We where hoping after all this we would be compensated with a free meal or a bar voucher perhaps — we were wrong.

Went there few months ago for dads birthday. my kid loved the free arcade machine and enjoyed the prize machines. food was good enough for a pub style bistro a female manager, I think the bistro manager or hotel manager was extremely friendly I forgot her name was but she was tall looking lady.

Workers are lovely, needs to upgrade the park for the kids. But food and beer prices are awesome.

Rude staff (susan). Sign says if you are not asked if youd like garlic bread. You get a garlic bread free. So when I was asked if that was all id like to order and told total price for my $12 fish chips n salad…
(which was overcooked and salad consisted of a bowl of lettuce. A tiny qtr of tomato with no pulp. A slice of onion and a bit of slice carrot and was warm) I said "oh you didnt ask me if id like garlic bread. May I have my free garlic bread please and she bluntly said its not free. And she hadnt finished taking my order yet. Umm yes you had lady… you told me total and you were handed cash… that sounds like you finished taking my order.
My partner called her over while she was walking around and asked her if the fire in dining area was real or a gas log fire as he and mate were debating… she answered him bluntly and rudely and said "anymore questions? " bit rude. Liven up. Be friendly. Smile interact and be nice. Its not hard.
Fish was served with no lemon no tartare. About 20 cold chips. Warm shit salad (bowl of warm lettuce not salad)
I work in hospitality and ALH need to check out their dumpy meadow inn. Deadset dive… staff who dont seem to like their job with no custmer service skills at all.

One of the best pub/club meals I have eaten for a while. Melt in the mouth seafood. Great deal too! Buy one meal get the next for $3.00. There were a number of people in our group and quite a few others celebrating birthdays and sure one or two meals were late but well worth the wait. Staff were excellent.

Lunch for son's birthday. Service excellent. Cashier efficient and friendly. Food good. Atmospheric good.

Not a bad place to stay at for a weekend. Only cons are the PowerPoint in the room being loose on the wall and the shower temp is so sensitive you need to be careful not to burn yourself. Highway was only noisy during the Friday peak period and there was only one night were there were people talking loudly outside. Would stay here again with someone for a weekend visit. Comfy beds as well as a working TV, fridge and heater/AC. 4 stars…

Don't bother going to this place. It's crap, poor customer service and the place smells terrible. Go at your own peril. "Legal" Extortion We took our families there, the service was crap. Ordered drinks, and after they were poured was told they only accept "cash" to which I replied, "Okay were is the ATM to get that from? " I was somewhat surprised to learn the bartender had an EFTPOS machine right next to the till for this. He said, "It get worse… we charge you $2 for the transaction everytime you buy drinks" I asked to see the Manager who would rather defend the hotel's policy and risk two families who were about to spend $200 on meals before they walked out. The bartender then said, "Sir, now that I have processed your 'cash-out' you'll probably be more upset as you need to go to the ATM in the foyer which will give you the money once you simply swipe your card" By this stage I was quite outraged, and the Manager then watched our two families and her wages walk out the door NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN. 5 Minutes up the road is The Excelsior Hotel on Mahoneys/Edgar Rds. The service was great, the food excellent, the place clean. The kids had a ball in the playground and best of all, you won't get 'rorted' for a $2 fee through your card as it's a normal transaction just like buying milk at the supermarket. Lucky we didn't eat at the Meadow Inn, as afterwards we read the reviews about the crap over priced food.

Service was poor, menu was overpriced. Had to seat ourselves, get our own menus and the staff were not pleasant to engage with. We left after looking at the menu.

It's a typical pub. I had a perfectly competent chicken parma. The staff were nice. The dining room is fine for a pub, and it does have a nice spacious feel. There's a large playground and kids games room.

Nice place with friendly service and good variety of good food on the menu. Would recommend.

Decent rooms for the price, bathroom was a bit dirty. The restaurant/bistro was fine.

Meal service was slow but everyone was friendly.

So disappointing, I have had meals here and they have been fair. However I booked the "family room" for Christmas night and the mirrors were filthy the toilet was not flushed and was not clean at all. The web site photos portray a low budget but clean motel, this was not the case. Very disappointed, they really need to look at getting decent cleaning staff. Would never book there again. (Not to mention filthy un clean pillow cases, thank god we had our own. )

Food was good, large portions.
