Good value budget accommodation clean and comfortable.

A great place to stay. Well secured carpark, great rooms and the staff are a pleasure to work with.

This was such a horrible stay. The staff was very rude and I didn’t appreciate that. The rooms included holes on the wall. I will not be coming back. Enjoyed the TV that’s about all.

Arrived late two wanderful people to greet us and get us settled in. Car is behind a huge locked gate. Room is huge air-conditioned TV. Large bathroom. More then enough room to swing a cat as they say. Two people could swing a cat each in there n not touch. Queen bed well made n presented sing bed too. Room was spotless. Of a trip from qld to Vic this place was the best we stayed at.

My partner and I had an event in the area to attend for 1 night and quickly booked and took a risk on this motor inn due to it being close and cheap. Didn't expect much but when we arrived the gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and lovely. The car parking was secure and my mind was at ease knowing our car was safe. We walked into the room thinking it would just be a tiny standard old room but it was better than that. It was a nice clean and big room so we werent cramped and limited with space and the bathroom was spacious aswell which was a plus for me getting ready for the event :) the best part was the price! Very affordable compared to others in the area. Will choose this place again if we are in the area for whatever reason.

Come here all the time when visiting this end of town a good base to work from, amenities are good and more than enough places to use all close if desired, always a pleasant stay.

The room is clean, the boss is very good, it's raining outside we have no umbrella, borrow our umbrella.

I make this my base whenever I visit Melbourne. The hosts are accommodating and the rooms are comfortable not to mention the secure parking.

I have stayed there many times when in the area on business. The staff try hard and it makes all the difference.

Stayed 7 nights with 5 children and we really enjoyed our stay. We were so comfortable in the room we were in, room service everyday and the owners were so hospitable and friendly. Definetly will stay again in this motel for our next visit!

Good location at the entry to Melbourne, but a bit expensive for an average motel room. Rooms are equipped with necessities and clean, but mostly upstairs.

I recommend this hotel for good seats offered and the friendliness of the owners and for the excellent home cooking, I thank the owner for his willingness to seek dialogue with me that I don't speak English thanks again

You are going to be pleasantly surprised when you see the rooms, they're big and CLEAN, only surpassed by the 2 lovely people at reception. I also had two GREAT meals there as well, and they brought it to my room. Not bad for the cost. In a very handy location too.

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely place, the Motel managers are really sociable and friendly, The restaurant is quality.

10min walk to woolies, hairdresser, maccas, bingo.
