Considering the location of the room right on Sydney Road extremely quiet. Room really clean and with everything you could want. Great customer service Price a little high but would recommend.

The check in lady was delightful and pleasant and we asked for a late check out which wasn't any problem. Our room was preheated so it was nice and warm when we got inside our room. The furnishing were relatively modern and the towels in the bathroom were thick and fluffy and the beds were very comfortable. Magnificent hot showers. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed in the new townhouses, wow. Great quality, awesome cleanliness and fantastic value. The friendly and welcoming nature of the staff on the phone and in person could not be faulted. Will defiantly come back when next in Melbourne. Slept 5 in comfort (could have housed 6 + easierly)

Great location, a very clean, modern and quiet apartment. Everything was provided and I loved the smell and quality of the toiletries that were paraben/cruelty/CDEA free. Perfect for our family stay in Melbourne and highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Massive rooms, stylish design and furnishings. Extremely clean and well kept. Worth every cent. Lovely helpful owners who went above and beyond for mom while I was in hospital with an unknown release date. Lovely; relaxing place to come out of hospital back to for the night before travelling 8 hours home. Car locked under our own remote controlled car garage leading directly into the apartment. Mom went through 3 different hotels getting no sleep and having extremely unhygienic, dirty rooms before finding this gem. Highly recommend saving the headache and sleep deprivation and picking this place first. 10 ☆ (stars! )

Great service, immaculately clean, quality and comfortable beds. Attention to detail and most of all great customer service. Always stay here serval to time a year. This is the place to stay if you are working in the area.

Con: the a-holes at the nearby intersection that insist on letting the world hear the noise of their shi**ty rice burners, attempting to give off the impression that their hunk of sh** is so powerful and their genitals might be impressive (but both are thus likely to be quite the opposite).

We were meant to be here for only a 5 night stay which turned into 3 weeks already due to home renovations and we just extended our stay. Wayne, Carol and their staff have been exceptional and go out of there way to make sure we are comfortable. We were very fortunate to receive the new townhouses to accomodate our family. The house is set up with everything we needed. From large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, meals living, bathroom and outdoor entertainment area and so much more. We would not hesitate to recommend The Best Western Fawkner to everyone. Thank you once again to Wayne, Carol and all the staff who are amazing people with great customer service.

Pulled in without a booking. Very friendly lady in reception. Room was lovely. Facilities all modern. Great bed, shower, pillows (really good) & nice thick towels. Room very clean. You can hear a bit of traffic noise (hey it is Sydney Rd) but it is flowing traffic. Very handy to where we need to go. 10/10

3 nights stay turned into 5 weeks due to home renovations. The staff Wayne and Carol were exceptional and went out of there way to make sure I was looked after as I have disabilities. Great central location for us, excellent size family room plenty of space for 3 adults & 2 kids. Having small kitchenette also was a bonus to cook our own meals & save more $$$. Very well priced for a 3 night stay & host excelled in customer service will definitely return in future.

Got a free upgrade to a bigger room as refurbishment was happening to other rooms. Friendly staff, enjoyed the stay.

We called while driving down from Sydney. We were told they had a room available and that they would hold it for us. When we arrived, at about 10.30pm, the room they showed us was next to renovation work that would make it impossible for us to sleep past 7am in the morning. They should have told us that when we called. It took us hours to find another hotel on no notice. Wayne, the manager, let us down. This was, at best, incompetence and at worst racist. My wife is of a different race. There were very few cars parked and they looked to have other rooms available.

Recently renovated, good service, convenient location for quick stopover.

The stay in tne BW Fawkner was very nice staff are great and very polite. The road noise is loud due to the storm we had. Breakfast was delivered on time and outstanding value. I would recommend anyone to stay there its close to the airport and easy to find something to eat of an evening.

What a fantastic gem. My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Best and Western Fawkner Airport Motor Inn. The room was very clean, roomy and had great Wi-Fi connection. The breakfasts are an absolute winner. Although on a busy highway, we did not notice it at all. Slept well throughout the nights there. Great location, clean and good size room, great breakfasts, and great service. Thank you sincerely Wayne and Carol. We will refer our friends and family and we will definitely be back.
