Nice room with comfy beds, bathroom is a little dated and in need of a reno. Indoor heated pool is awesome. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here and absolutely fantastic service from mangerment and very family friendly. Highly recommend and will stay here again. Room clean lovely and spacious.

Super friendly staff. We had a pet friendly room so our dogs were welcomed too! Breakfast was cooked and brought to our room. Really cannot fault our stay. The room decor is dated, but has everything you need and was clean. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

We booked this hotel for my parents to stay at when they came to visit us from Melbourne. This hotel has a friendly vibe, Kaylee who served us at reception was most welcoming and accommodating. My parents have been allocated to room 42 and its spacious, the view onto the grass outside is tranquil and beautiful, especially to my stepmum who is a free-lance artist. Easy parking right outside the room. Will use again for sure.

Loved it, awesome, reception staff were super friendly and really professional, 5 star service, check-in/out fast, room was clean, heater was on (really cold out) and electric blanket was heaven! Bed was soft, had a great night's sleep. Can't ask for much more.

Room fairly clean. Pool good. Over powering bleach smell upon entry. Our room was next to the laundry, which would be fine if the hot water system didnt go on and off all night making horrible noises! It sounded like it was going to take off! A 3.30am wake up on a Sunday morning is never a good time!

Great location and ideal for an overnight stay in Ballarat. Clean and airy rooms. Plenty of good eateries nearby. Perfect for a family too.

The service was very nice. The place was awesome. Just that the aircon in the room was not powerful enough to keep the big room cosy enough at 0 degrees! Everything else was pretty good. The request for crockery n cutlery and a microwave was happily fulfilled :) checked out few hours late — no questions asked :) the stay was good. Thanks :)

Rooms can be hit and miss. Some are recently renovated, others look like they haven't been touched in decades. 250mb free Wi-Fi a day is not very much, and purchasing more data is very expensive ($10/gb). Some rooms also get bad TV reception so entertainment options are considerably limited given the lack of internet. Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are helpful and nice, and the breakfast provided in the attached dining room is excellent.

I have stayed at the Bell Tower a number of times. People are nice rooms are spacious. Showers are good. Bed is comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. All in all a good experience…!

Came up from Melb for one night, rooms very dated, bathroom reno looked unfinished, some bulbs missing. Shower water flowed all over the floor poor drainage. Windows dirty and place smelt dusty. Pool was very old. Very quiet and rooms very dark if you like that. Yucky carpet would not walk on it with bare feet.

Recently needing to host my contractors for a 10 day project, I was amazed at how easy the Bell Tower made the bookings and the adjustments required, not to mention the pricing was awesome and the staff amazingly helpful and friendly. I will be booking again and again with such professional and wonderful people in Ballarat. Thanks guys!

Presents well from the street but dont be fooled by this MOTEL! Extremely dirty, tired old rooms. Unkept with mildew in the bathroom, dirty fittings and fixtures, cracked ceilings that are falling in. This is not three star accommodation.

The night I stayed there was lots of tightly packed industrial vehicles (trucks! ) that the staff allowed to park inside (from guests). The spaces in front of our room were occupied by a big trailer parked sideways. I do not feel respect to the customers when the motel tolerates that happening in their facilities. Woken up very early when all that people left at a time. Once inside, the room was not bad. Internet is not exactly free as advertised, just an initial tiny package is free, then massive fees apply. It would be a nice place with the right management.

29 of us stayed 3 nights and all have highest praise for — comfortable clean accomodation, great meals, friendly staff and best value especially for groups. We will be back.

Best accommodation in Ballarat! im a regular traveller, I have really enjoyed staying, not only becauses of the fabulous rooms, but also the delicious food and the lovely indoor pool. Great experience =).
