Good luck to the new team. I'm so sorry you had to deal with the fires over the Australia day long weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First trip in our new caravan, decided to stay at Caravan Park and inject some money into the community.

We stayed one night here in twin king room. The room we had was way bigger than what I thought, very clean, modern, freshly painted and great view of the beach and carnival.

We had a pleasant stay and would like to specifically commend Ian at reception; he was exceptionally helpful and ensured our check-in process was seamless.

Was a beautiful family holiday and the team went over and above to make it memorable ❤️ They were all lovely and plenty of amenties, activities/themed food morning for everyone!

This hostel is so fun and entertaining, they have so many events and things to do! The bar staff are top gs! Always greeted with a smile by the top dog sammie at the door!

Nomads is a great hostel in Melbourne with constant events and activities to do. The staff all round are cracking always willing to help with anything and up for a laugh!

Great little place to stay/base yourself for the Australian Open of a Melbourne City centric holiday.

We enjoyed the most wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. Check in was easy and staff we encountered were lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was beautifully presented and exceptionally clean.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at these apartments. All needs catered for. Rooftop pool with great views is the star of the show.

Great little place to stay outside the city, about 20/25 mins train from Newmarket into cbd, and trams about 30 mins out.

I had to recover from an unexpected and serious injury. These services apartments were the ideal place to hole up for rehabilitation and physiotherapy while I regained the ability to walk.

I was a bit nervous with the digital check-in, etc as I had never experienced that at all but it was great and easy to use.

Easily one of the best hostels I have stayed in. Rooms were always neat and tidy, and bathrooms and kitchen areas were always very clean as well. Really loved all the events hosted, too.

Great stay and there was nothing to fault. 2 bedroom apartment was in the 14th floor which helped with the noise from trams/trains. Well equipped and comfortable apartment.

Our date night at Como Melbourne was absolutely fabulous.

Room service and food excellent, even a bottle of sparkling on arrival to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Facilities also great with access to pool, sauna and gym, plenty of fresh towels.

Allawah was lovely. My maisonnette room was clean and comfortable, with everything I required.

Great location, of street parking was abonus, the room was an adequate size for short stay although ensuite was a little small but we managed. Meals and staff at the Wine Bank brilliant.

Perfect place to stay for a night or two! Very clean and cosy rooms that have just had a makeover. We've been coming here for 3 years now, our go to when visiting Bendigo.

We have eaten at the restaurant at the Lakeside multiple times and it is always delicious high quality food. The kids meals are huge and there is a big variety of food on the menu.

Really lovely room and friendly professional staff. Our room was huge, decent sized balcony and all of the room inclusions you’d expect.

Great value for money. Keyless entry was easy, as was the communication with our host. The room was clean with everything we could want, and the split system kept us warm on a chilly winter night.

A beautiful place to stay and a short walk to the South Melbourne markets and the roof top bar is fantastic.

We stayed 4 nights here and it was excellent.
The service was very nice, the pool is always warm kids enjoyed it very much. The food restaurants exceptional and the rooms are designed beautifully.

We are staying here now on a powered site, this place is impeccably clean and well maintained, all services we need plus so much more, TV entertainment area, kitchen is so clean and well presented

Best location ever, loads of trees if you want to be by the river or one row back. People are beautiful and amazingly helpful. Facilities super modern and clean.

Just a short walk from town. Perfect stop for travelling. Amazing quality of rooms and furnishings with lots of little extra touches. Definitely recommend if staying in Sale.

It was a good affordable andcomfortable stay. Great location, quiet, nice bed.
Downsides were the shower which had poor water pressure and small.

Was very pleasantly surprised to find I had been upgraded from a studio room to a 2 bed apt which was so spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped.

My experience and observations confirm no customer is invisible and all get kind, friendly service. Staff have been selected and trained to engage and provide hospitable service. Tasty food too!

Had a meal at the Western on Saturday with our sone, their wives and our Grandson. All the staff were friendly and made you feel very welcome.

Just a great weekend away. The hotel is a classic and Anthony was a perfect host and couldn't have done more for us. His breakfasts are legendary!

Wow amazing pub! I seriously don't think I've had better chips in my life before anywhere! It was so crunchy and tasty. I had lamb souvlaki was great and even their salads were amazing.

The food and service are amazing, the staff on Australia Day weekend were flat out and still amazing🙏🏽 helpful and really accommodating.
