Absolutely appalling! when a Female Staff Members knocks on your Boyfriends Door just before 5am. She's Drunk as a skunk. Walks in and tries to KISS HIM, during the Pandemic mind you. No respect for professionalism let alone social distancing. Thankfully hes been transferred to another Motel via Hutt St Services, because all Management could do was say "he will handle it", which he didn't do much of, as she remained on the front desk. Had that been a Male, he would have been arrested and lost his job IMMEDIATELY. Absolutely disgusting conduct and clearly no self respect let alone respect for Customers! beyond livid!

Booked for 5 rooms for a pre wedding night. Had been in lots of contact with the hotel. Check in was 2pm we arrived at 3pm with 11 adults and 4 kids to be told 3 out of our 5 rooms were not ready. We then had to all be in two rooms that were ready while it was boiling hot. Our rooms were finally ready by 4.45pm. Not acceptable and very disappointed.

What part of this setup is boutique?

Budget accommodation, very central and reasonably priced. My room was clean and everything was in working order. Not a five star hotel, but in my opinion much better value than sharing a dorm in a backpacker hostel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bware: never stay at this motel. For the price and location I wasn't expecting anything flash and was happy with basic, wasn't expecting something that feels like it needs to be condemned. Thankfully I was only staying one night, I looked for somewhere else to stay but being school holidays nothing else available. The issues: * When I checked in there was a lady (appeared drunk) sitting on the lounge near reception talking to herself. I realise the facility has little control over this, the following morning the same lady was working behind the desk so appears to be an employee. *Despite prebooking/paying through lastminute facility hadn't allocated me a room and 'weren't sure if they had any rooms available'. Reception stated 'don't worry we will have a bed for you'. I must have given her a funny look because she then said 'we will try our hardest to make it a room with no one else in it' Ended up with four singlebeds instead of a double, but didn't care it was my own room. * Room hadn't been cleaned at all after last guest, there was dirty towels on the floor in the main room, foot towel in bathroom covered in pubic hair and urine/toilet paper in toilet and on toilet seat. * Reception refused to give me a new room * Housekeeping (im presuming that who they were because neither of them introduced themselves) entered my room using the master key without knocking or gaining permission.

Not the Hilton, but was clean. It can be noisy but hey you're just off Hindley street. So what do you expect. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a cheap place to stay.

No Wi-Fi even in the reception. No toiletries. Dirty blanket. But staff are very helpful.

The first room we were put in had a really bad leaking tap and the TV wouldn't work. The second room we got moved to the TV wouldn't work either as it didn't have an Arial and had a heep of stuff all over the roof and the floors throughout the whole place are really bad. Not even a mug, kettle, microwave, bowls or cutlery! Can't open the blinds either no cords or anything. Will not be staying here again thats for sure $70 a night, is not worth that by a long shot.

For the price, it's good, close to the clubs, food, buses, can't ask for much more at that price.

Although the motel is in a really nice location but the state of the room was simply unacceptable. I have been there one week and the cleaners never came. I actually wonder if the room was ever cleaned before at all.

It's a budget motel. Has everything, it's just a bit shabby.

Needs a upgrade but it's expected with the amount the room costed.
