Bware: never stay at this motel. For the price and location I wasn't expecting anything flash and was happy with basic, wasn't expecting something that feels like it needs to be condemned. Thankfully I was only staying one night, I looked for somewhere else to stay but being school holidays nothing else available. The issues: * When I checked in there was a lady (appeared drunk) sitting on the lounge near reception talking to herself. I realise the facility has little control over this, the following morning the same lady was working behind the desk so appears to be an employee. *Despite prebooking/paying through lastminute facility hadn't allocated me a room and 'weren't sure if they had any rooms available'. Reception stated 'don't worry we will have a bed for you'. I must have given her a funny look because she then said 'we will try our hardest to make it a room with no one else in it' Ended up with four singlebeds instead of a double, but didn't care it was my own room. * Room hadn't been cleaned at all after last guest, there was dirty towels on the floor in the main room, foot towel in bathroom covered in pubic hair and urine/toilet paper in toilet and on toilet seat. * Reception refused to give me a new room * Housekeeping (im presuming that who they were because neither of them introduced themselves) entered my room using the master key without knocking or gaining permission. Travelling as a single female I felt very unsafe, so pushed single bed against door to prevent anyone else from entering. * I got stuck in the bathroom because the door wouldn't open. * Floor was so filthy, I wasn't game to take my shoes off * Multiple holes punched in the walls. * A lovely penis draw on the back of the door. * Roof was falling down. * Faeces on bottom of one of the mattresses. * Windows didn't close properly so (night) construction noise came straight into room. * Reception laughed about noise and said ' oh go and buy some ear plugs, the chemist sell them' * The shower curtain was a $5 Kmart job that was covered in mould. * Television didn't work. When I was checking out there was another couple telling reception they wouldn't be back for next two nights they had booked, I spoke to them after and they said 'there shower didn't work, so they were escorted into the room next door to use that shower. That room had people in it' I actually am not sure how this facility is still running. If I could give less than one star I would have. There is NOTHING positive about this motel.
