V hotel & tours

The hotel is new and mostly very well built, but is not kept at it potential. The service while not being bad is confusionary, I think with a bit better management this would be a great experience.

The hotel seemed fine at first, but soon major issues appeared. Poor cleanliness (restrooms not cleaned, dirty sheets, no regular housekeeping), amenities only provided after insistence, and very rude staff who even shouted at complaints. Smoking inside the premises was common, even by the manager. The location is also far from the city. Definitely not recommended.

Want to stay there and in the last minute my friend told me his story with them. They cancelled his daughter and wife reservation 2 hours before to arrive. If was available rooms sure they dont do that the plane was little late. But they are liars. The reason is we made reservation 3 months before and payment at the hotel. They had customer who can pay more and they took him. When I made reservation in the contract was. Not refund if cancel. They are very greedy and please read all comments before to stay with this funking family. They are greedy and Stillers.

I had a confirmed reservation, but the hotel unilaterally cancelled it without any explanation. Neither I nor Booking. Com support could reach them — we called and messaged multiple times, and they simply ignored all communication.
Later, they claimed they couldn’t charge my card — but this is just an excuse. There was no payment attempt at all. My card was active and had sufficient funds — I double-checked with my bank. Clearly, they just used that as a cover to resell the room at triple the price due to the Jennifer Lopez concert in the city.
This is disgraceful behavior. These people have zero respect for guests and clearly don’t understand what real hospitality means.
👎🏻Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t risk your trip with such greedy and dishonest hosts.

We had a dreadful experience. I booked two rooms for the family for a week. Both rooms were dirty, smelly and missing pillows and covers. The reception staff blamed the ‘Egyptian cleaning boy’. Unacceptable excuse because they did not have proper supervision. We arrived at 2AM and unfortunately had to leave and check in Holiday Inn.
We lost all the money paid for the week (No refund policy). This hotel is a scam, authorities in Yerevan should audit it and fine the owner. Bad image for the country.

The hot tube was dirty and the room was close to the Main Street, very loud!
For the price, I wouldn’t recommend.

Even though I had booked the rooms in advance, the hotel administrator told us upon arrival, they had no available apartments and the reservation had been canceled. The staff was very unfriendly and nervous. They didn't even offer us any alternative.

Not near the address they use. Not even close to the city center. Don't book online if you want to be in the city center. Booking online. Com lied.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days, the staff is very very kind and very involved with the guests, whatever they need.

My friend was refused stay in a booked room. They say it was overbooked. Seriously? The hotel that is overbooked?
Scam. Do not book anything here in next several years.

Great friendly and accommodating staff and lovely rooms. A little far from Republic Square.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is lovely and the location is convenient. However, there was a slight language barrier as some of the staff didn't speak English fluently. It was disappointing that they didn't respond when greeted with a good morning. Overall, a nice hotel with room for improvement in communication.

Hotel quite far from the center of the city, more than a hour walking, in an aerea not so nice at all. Internet in the room often not avaible. Staff friendly. Restaurant not special and price not convenient. Quite clean.

My friends. This story is simply fantastic. I took a luxury room for a day. When I paid, I was tired and forgot my bank card at the reception. The administrator helpfully brought it to me. A couple of days after this, 14 thousand rubles are successfully debited from my card. It turned out that a certain Arine Avetisyan bought an air ticket for Min. Voda — Yerevan with choice of seat and luggage) I decided to take my shoes off a little. But this rat apparently wasn’t thinking about anything at that moment. As for the hotel, it’s not bad, but, as it turns out, you can expect anything from the staff. Thank you for your attention!

Booked on Booking. Com but was unable to enter Armenia due to visa issues. Contacted hotel had to cancel but they ignored and went ahead to charge my 11 days booking and refused to respond all my pleas.

Great value for the price, this is around 2km away from the center square which is really good and you don't get stuck to the traffic. Calm and quite place.
Walk down the lane and you can find small supermarkets and coffee shops.
