Great value for the money! The place was clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen and a washing machine. The bedsheets and towels were fresh, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The location is also convenient — close to Komitas Avenue, with shops, groceries, and everything you might need nearby. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable stay in Yerevan!

I was taken in by the low price and the very high reviews on Booking. Com. Everyone gave it 10 stars and commented on how clean the rooms were.
I can't leave a review on Booking. Com because they insisted we pay in cash.
The rooms are very tired and in dire need of renovation. But that's not the point. People wrote in the reviews that they were very clean. Well, I've never seen such filth. If you lift the toilet brush, you'll see a dirty, slushy film underneath. The bathroom is very dirty.
And everything else, too. Bad mattress. Very dirty windows. Cheap renovations, and they were done a long time ago.
Pros: Polite staff. Inexpensive.
No cockroaches.
Cons: Very dirty. Outdated hotel. They ask you to pay in cash, and then you can't leave a review on Booking. Where all the rave reviews come from is a mystery. These guys are sneaky.

Rooms were clean, but on the walls there were still cables waiting for lights or other appliances to be installed. During our visit there was a weird noise of a fan blowing or something which was a bit annoying.

Excellent hotel. I stay here not for the first time, all room categories are good. Very polite and hospitable staff. The room has everything, very comfortable and cozy. If I come to Yerevan again, I will definitely stay here. Moreover, the price is not inflated, as in many other hotels in the city, and the living conditions are excellent.

Awful hotel, starting with the location, if you plan to walk, this is definitely not the place for you. The room itself was just tiny. When I checked in, I immediately noticed that you could hear people talking in the neighboring rooms, as I understood, this was just a residential building where rooms were rented out. But I decided that it was just day and night, this would not happen, but how wrong I was. In the evening, after a walk around the city, I returned to this gorgeous place and the conversations continued. Then I decided to go to bed and discovered that the mattress on my bed was just springs, some kind of trash, so that you could somehow lie on it, I spread a blanket under myself, the bed linen was all in dark pellets, which also did not inspire confidence, and the cherry on the cake was the monotonously dripping air conditioner. The noise and conversations continued until late at night, constantly slamming doors and chatter. In general, if you do not want to ruin your vacation, this is definitely not the place for you. I moved out the next morning.

No TV, although according to the description it should have been. When I asked, they said it burned out. I hinted at a discount on this matter — they did not react at all. The water pressure in the taps is minimal. There are absolutely no shelves for personal belongings. One small mirror above the sink, the lighting is weak, shaving is problematic. A girl in front of such a mirror will be extremely uncomfortable. And well, it is very cramped in the room. Especially cramped in the toilet with a shower, and this is despite the fact that we are quite slim, and in the absence of hooks and shelves there — this is a weighty argument not to move in here again. The declared 20 sq. M. Was clearly not there.

I really liked this hotel. Cozy, calm. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. The owner was always in touch if anything was needed. The price is good. I will definitely stay here again.

The location is really good. Nearby you have the city center and therefore good shopping possibilities. In addition to that the staff is very helpful. The apartment has everything you need, it is comfortable and clean.
