The room was excellent and clean, and the location was convenient. Although there were some minor issues, it was still excellent value for the money.
The grounds are currently undergoing renovations. The Wi-Fi was intermittent, but there were several hotspots. The door locks are a bit flaky, but they still open.

A quiet, peaceful place! There's a market nearby, delicious shawarma. Wonderful hosts, truly true People with a capital P! The food is delicious (you can even order shashlik; they'll go to the market and make it). The best experience. A very unusual cafeteria! I was transported back to my childhood. Whenever I'm in Yerevan, I'll only go there! I won't consider any other options. Ashot, if you see my review, know that you're the best! For those reading my review, I'd like to add that the place is run by a whole family, and they truly care for their guests. I emphasize that they're not treated as customers, but as invited guests. Ashot, the owner, also loves crafting, so you can buy interesting handmade items from him, like obsidian beads.
I didn't like that it was time to go home. I really wanted to stay a couple more days.

Wonderful hotel! My husband and I traveled here, and he loved it too. Everything was clean, neat, and tidy, and even had a unique style. You can order breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and everything is prepared with love. The staff was helpful. There's a market nearby where you can buy everything you need. Conveniently located. The courtyard is very green. We had the best experience! I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you!
