Regard Hotel Yerevan

My husband and I booked a room for two — we really liked the hotel. Everything is new, fresh, the room is very clean and constantly cleaned. Even the plumbing fixtures are all polished, the towels and bed sheets are white. Very nice staff at the reception, friendly atmosphere. The center and restaurants are within walking distance. We had a room with a balcony — it was great to relax on it in the evening, with a view of the city at night and a beautiful temple. Thank you) ) )

Everything was amazing! The friendly staff won me over) They gave me a better room, a double room, I really liked it. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The windows overlook the courtyard; the nearest attractions are a 10-minute walk away. There are shops and pharmacies nearby. Everything in the room was super comfortable, I was finally able to get a good night's sleep. Next time I will definitely come here.

I came to my Armenia from Russia and and found the Regard Hotel while walking at the Yervand Kochar street, it is the center of our beautiful Yerevan. I walked in and made my reservation directly with the hotel. Very nice and clean hotel, very suitable for even long stays. Comfortable bed, clean towels, bedsheets, every day cleanings. Highly recommended, well done.

The staff, the room, the location are just great. Polite, comfortable. Next time only to you, my dears. It is very important that the hotel is in the city center and close to the airport about 30 minutes. There is a transfer service of very high quality.

Everything is great! The room is beautiful, cozy, looks stylish, large beautiful window. There is everything you need (towels, slippers, shower gel and shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer, air conditioning, table, refrigerator) The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and pleasant, the shower is excellent, the water is hot. The location is very convenient, almost the very center, five minutes away there is a SAS supermarket, where there is a currency exchange, and a little closer there is a wonderful bakery. The staff is friendly and polite, they helped with everything. Stayed for one day, very pleased with the stay, I would gladly stay here again if possible.

Unfortunately not the best experience.
General: Room was quite noisy and the bathroom offers almost no privacy — milky glassdoor, right next to the bed, with a huge gap between door and wall.
Service: At one point they had taken away the cover blanket what we discovered when coming home in the evening. As it was not very warm, I went to ask for a replacement or an extra blanket. At first they said they could not provide me one as houskeeping was not there anymore, I should have come in the morning (Well the Cover blanket had still been there in the morning…) and that she also is unable to turn up the heating in my room. No other solution was offered.
As I emphasised that that leaves me to go sleeping feeling cold, she finally offered me to give me a blanket from a vacant room, but it would take half an hour. Was fine for me, I went back to my room.
After more than OVER an hour, it was already a quarter to 11pm, they still had not brought the extra blanket. So I had to change from my Pyjamas to normal clothes again and go down to the reception and ask for the blanket AGAIN.
Btw. In the beginning there were only towels and so on for one person in the room, even though we had booked for two.

Regard hotel is an amazing not so big hotel, located in central part of Yerevan city but in the calm street very close to pig green park starting where you can wail up to Cascade, full of cafeterias and eating points. In hotel the atmosphere of minimalism, created with natural materials, emphasizes the uniqueness of each guest. The feeling of coming to your old friends, warm attention and care, allowed us to relax. I'd like to add also the cleanliness, comfort, cosines and a special approach to guests are what set this hotel. Thanks!

We booked this hotel on Booking, where it is called EVN Boutique Hotel. In fact, this is the Regard Hotel. They have different house numbers, although the building is the same. Because of this, upon arrival it is not clear whether you even got there. Upon check-in, they said that the room was reserved for one person, but then they called somewhere to find out something, and in the end they confirmed that the room was for two. Like, what's the difference between a single and a double bed, only there are fewer squares. Then they ask you to cancel your booking, offering a discount for this. Okay, let's move on. You go up to the 2nd floor, enter the room, and find yourself in the basement, one small window under the ceiling overlooks the parking lot of a residential building. You look at the exhaust pipe of a car, at night they leave and come. The headlights are shining. The room is small, the air conditioning system is noisy, even when it is turned off, it is still noisy. The door to the toilet is a completely different story. The door looks like a shower door. Translucent, non-closing, with slits at the top and bottom. Small shower room, after visiting it everything becomes wet. On the positive side, the hotel is located near the center.

I chose the Regard hotel by Booking and never regret. Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly. Prices reasonable. Boutique hotel has 3 stars, but in the room you have all you need for a pleasant stay, even toothpaste and a brush in the bathroom. If I come again to Yerevan, I'll be there.

The service was perfect. I stayed here for 3 nights. I was welcomed by a very kind person named Zara. She made sure my room was set. She also helped make sure I was comfortable and was kind enough to make sure to show me where the nearest restaurants were that suited my taste.

Nice room with excellent air conditioning, comfortable bed, and bathroom in open concept. Very friendly staff who greet guests with a smile and really want to help. We were able to check in a bit earlier which was free of charge, a huge favour after a long journey. On the last day, after checking out, we were also able to store our luggage at the hotel. The hotel is in walking distance from the attractions but still very quiet and extremely safe. Highly recommended for solo female travellers.

The hotel is situated in a good transport accessibility area but slightly aside from a busy roadway which makes it a comfortable place to have rest. The street itself looks quite authentic and fascinating. It takes 5 minutes to get to a far-flung park and Saint Gregory Cathedral, besides, it's 2 minutes away from a popular mall, a market, and a metro station.
The room was clean and well maintained. Just what I needed after a long day. There is an air conditioner and a TV. My view was not the most picturesque one (a yard), however, I could get enough daylight and open the window if required. There is also an excellent lighting system I appreciated a lot.
The staff was sincerely polite and helpful just like the vast majority of the residents of the country.

Very friendly staff and clean room. At reception desc we printed our pack of document even otvwas more then 30 pages for free of charge and had several phone with our business partners. Thanks a lot. Everyone can expect an enjoyable stay here.
The hotel is located in the city center and this is easy to walk to the vernisage market, museums, supermarkets, monuments etc.

Regard Hotel was exactly what we wanted. The rooms are clean and the water is always hot. There is no sign outside which makes it hard to find but once you are inside you will find a cosy hotel with good Wi-Fi. The location is amazing as it is in walking distance to all the great sights in Yerevan but away from the main hustle and bustle.

Regard is a simple, unassuming hotel with low, convenient fares. It provides all the necessary essentials : a very clean, tasteful room, a comfortable bed, satellite television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. It is centrally located, with taxis passing not too far, and it has shops (including supermarkets) very close.
I found the management kind and most helpful in addressing the booking changes that I needed to make — more than once.
If you’re not looking for very fancy place, I can certainly recommend it.
