Very nice place with a small room. With its own internal parking lot, delicious breakfast. Special thanks that the room was heated in advance.

If I could rate this hotel lower than one star, I would. The room had bedbugs, torn towels, and a dirty bed, with stained and damaged walls. We had to ask them to change the bedding because of bedbugs and they changed our room 3 times, and on the first day, we saw them washing sheets and mattresses in the yard after we found bedbugs. Despite this, they denied the problem when we confronted them. The breakfast was stale, repetitive, and there was no option for online payment. There were no proper slippers for the bathroom, just disposable slippers intended for carpets. The cooler's wire was even exposed, which felt unsafe. Overall, an incredibly disappointing experience.
Update: Sorry for hotel’s reply. Instead of trying to improve your hotel, write these lies. We didn't have any animals and we found bed bugs in the room on the first day and we showed it to the office and they quickly killed it by hand and strangely said that this usually happens.

We booked this hotel at the beginning for 2 nights but we were so happy with everything we decided to come back again, rooms, service, price, everything is just 10/10 and it’s run by this local family who are extremely nice and helpfull, definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite outdated.
The rooms are small, our door was jerking all night due to a draft, although it was locked, so every draft makes a sound in the room. + You can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. It is impossible to sleep without earplugs!
The shower is small and there is no cubicle/tray; the entire bathroom floor is wet after taking a shower. There is no table to put things on. It's terribly uncomfortable. + There is only cold water in the tap; to brush your teeth, you need to turn on the shower head or be content with cold water.
Otherwise, everything is fine: good internet, warm blanket, 2 towels, disposable shampoo, breakfast (not ideal, but normal), very friendly staff, on the second floor there is a cooler and sofas/table, you can relax. No problems with hot water in the shower.
We arrived at night and checked in without any problems, but we need to notify you about this in advance, the hotel is not a 24-hour hotel, as I understand it.

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay at Marnar Hotel, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The hotel's prime location, just a 20-minute walk from the city center and a convenient 10-minute walk from the US Embassy, made it the perfect base for exploring Yerevan.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The entire team, especially Mrs. Hasmik, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home.
The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The pristine condition of the hotel's towels and sheets meant we didn't even touch our personal ones. We particularly enjoyed the cozy little garden, which provided a tranquil setting for relaxing evenings.
The daily breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a delicious variety of fresh, local ingredients and foods. The breakfast staff were incredibly accommodating, and we were especially grateful for the daily special order of cold milk for our daughter.
One particularly thoughtful gesture was when we had to leave hotel early; the hotel had thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us the night before. Additionally, when I realized I had forgotten my hair dryer, Mrs. Hasmik kindly lent me hers. This attention to detail truly demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The hotel has a family atmosphere, everything is very clean, with homemade breakfast included and a shared garden.
It is not central, but well connected. Kilikian Marshuta Station is in front of the property. Nearby there are bakeries, mobile card stores and some basic necessities.

I really like the hospitality of owners, they were very kind and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage there whilst we went on tour before oir departure. The big plus is breakfast, all is fresh & homemade prepared. However, our room was too small. In the bathroom, there is no courtain to divide shower from a toilet so the floor was a bit slippery. For a night or two, the hotel offers you all you need. The location is 20minutes by feet from the city center, right across the bus station. I’d call it a suburb area, with a small shop nearby and pharmacy & market a bit further.

Convenient location, a bus stop and the central bus station are 2-3 minutes away, the city center can be reached in 25-30 minutes by walking, there is a pharmacy next to the bus stop. The room had air conditioning and a fan, both of which worked great, and there was also a refrigerator, TV and electric kettle. Good beds with soft mattresses, from the window there is a view of the neighboring hotel. Staff will clean your room upon request. The water in the bathroom could sometimes spontaneously change pressure, the drain did not always work well, but, in general, these are unimportant points. I would like to express my special gratitude to the hostess Hasmik, a very sweet, sympathetic and kind girl! She helped me with any questions, always met halfway, thank you very much! Quiet, peaceful place and not far from the center. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
