The location is excellent, and the staff are fantastic—a special shout-out to Ahmed, Yousef and Francis.

Had a wonderful stay in their 3 bed room with balcony. On the 9th floor it had a pretty good view over the building tops of the city, especially at sunrise.

We had an absolutely wonderful 5 day stay here last month. Let me just begin with the dessert in the Club Lounge, wow they were all incredible works of art and tasted amazing!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless. It had a full range of amenities with quality toiletries in the bathroom.

We stayed at this hotel in Cairo with a group of 20 people and the experience was absolutely amazing — nobody had a single complaint.

The room was like on the pictures in this quite calm area of Cairo. We felt safe also during our evening walk. There are some nice restaurants and caffee shops nearby.

Great stay, spotless clean room, away from main street, more quiet.
The only downside it's breakfast only start by 8am, it's way too late, as most Cairo tours or museum have to start early…

Good, basic and very clean hotel. Value for money is 5/5. Paid €40 per night, which is great. Nice and friendly staff, both frontdesk and in the breakfastroom. Great freshly made omelets.

This is a fabulous hotel and as an older traveller room 701 single was perfect for my 5 day stay!. All the staff were very very friendly and so helpful!

Great stay at Sama hotel. Very good and convenient location in Downtown Cairo close to many restaurants and stores. Not far from the pyramids and other tourist attractions in Cairo.

Hidden gem, after the hectic walk through the bazaar, this was our saving grace of calmness. Drinks on the rooftop just what was needed!

I stayed here about 20 years ago, and once again recently. This place has not changed one bit — which is amazing! A classic, budget hotel with charm and friendly people. Simple breakfast.

Came here last minute after booking a scam hotel (classic move seems to be “plumbing problems” upon arrival and they offer to take you to another location), but it was great at Philo.

The hotel is in a great location, especially within walking distance to the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar. If you can’t find an Uber or taxi due to traffic—like in our case—you can easily walk there.

Stayed in the hotel for two nights and liked it very much. The hotel may appears bit old from outside but inside its clean and comfortable.

The staffs in the hostel are amazing and friendly. They will help you with anything you need. I highly recommend this hostel.

Great location and great staff. I stayed there with my wife and we absolutely loved the place. It's close to a lot of restaurants and subway as well. The museum is walking distance.

I really enjoyed my time at this Hotel / Hostel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

So the hotel is serviced by an elevator. Walkable to everything. Breakfast ok. The cooking area and kitchen needs a revamp just like the rooms. A freshen up. Nice rooftop.

Very good. Apart from very loud lift alarm, it was a very pleasant stay. Remember to turn on hot water if you have a private and it's okay to bargain price!.

My room is on the pool directly … excellent view. The food is very yummy. Many varieties… Excellent staff and excellent animation group me and my kids are extremely happy. I hate only flies.

I was a bit overwhelmed when I first arrived on the street, but after getting to the third floor and the reception realized it was nicer than the rest of the area.

Castle Hotel is well managed by pleasant and efficient staff.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Absolutely no grievances. They have thought of every little comfort that makes a guest happy.

Castle hostel is very good value for money and is on a good location for buses/trains.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Cairo! Just steps away from the Egyptian Museum with clean and stylish rooms, super comfy beds and a warm welcoming vibe.

The location is perfect, right by the old Egyptian museum. A short walk to Tahir square all the shops and restaurants. The staff were all super friendly and young.

We spend two nights at Regency Inn and it was definitively a good choice.
Room was very spacious and spotless clean.
