Cairo Hotels near Coptic Museum

We had an absolutely wonderful 5 day stay here last month. Let me just begin with the dessert in the Club Lounge, wow they were all incredible works of art and tasted amazing!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless. It had a full range of amenities with quality toiletries in the bathroom.

Good food and services. Friendly staff.

Expensive, but great ambiance. Wait staff is fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Steigenberger Hotel Cairo and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience.

The hotel services are great in all aspects. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, all of them. I needed couple of things to be done at my room, they responded very nicely and quickly.

We had a lovely stay at the Carlton. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooftop view is terrific and the Egyptian breakfast was on point.

Nice hotel, central location (near Nasser metro station). Dated but clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Provided with complementary bottled water and coffee/tea facilities.

The location is excellent, and the staff are fantastic—a special shout-out to Ahmed, Yousef and Francis.

Had a wonderful stay in their 3 bed room with balcony. On the 9th floor it had a pretty good view over the building tops of the city, especially at sunrise.

If I could give an extra 1000 stars for the service here I would.

Our stay at The St. Regis Cairo was nothing short of exceptional and truly unforgettable.

First night and time in cairo and left with very good experience. We arrived at 12 pm but they have 24h open reception. Very friendly people always open to help.

Good, basic and very clean hotel. Value for money is 5/5. Paid €40 per night, which is great. Nice and friendly staff, both frontdesk and in the breakfastroom. Great freshly made omelets.

I had a nice stay at Hotel El Farida.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Location in Downtown, really in the centre.

The place is amazing and so unique! Our food was very tasty and the portions were huge. Sorah was very lovely and took great care of us. Much recommended when in Cairo!

Genuinely the best meal in Egypt I’ve had, already booked in again to try breakfast tomorrow. So so tasty and moreish, had to unzip the fly.

Wonderful small hotel in the heart of Cairo. The neighborhood is safe, walkable and vibrant! Museums, the Nile, restaurants and tons of shops within a few minutes walk.

We stayed at the Ramses Hotel in Cairo for one night and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is of a very high standard, with excellent service and a great overall atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramesis Hotel and truly enjoyed my time there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The place is incredibly cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away.

My rooms were both clean and have balconies with nice views of the city. The hostel is in a great location. Although the elevator sometimes malfunctioned it was remedied as soon as possible.

So glad we chose this hostel to stay at. A peaceful place in the middle of the busy downtown Cairo. The service was amazing, the staff was very helpful with anything you need.

Stayed here with my family on a triple family room twice during our Egypt tour 1st from 7/2/26 to 9/2 and again from 15/2 to 18/2/26.

I recently stayed at Brassbell Downtown Tahrir Hannaux, and had a wonderful experience across multiple rooms.

I am so glad that I chose Brassbell Hanaux for our stay in Cairo.
The property is as it is on the pictures, you are walking distance to most restaurants, bars, and shopping center.

Hidden gem, after the hectic walk through the bazaar, this was our saving grace of calmness. Drinks on the rooftop just what was needed!

The staff are terrific and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The hostel is in an old building, but it adds character to the stay.

The friendliest staff you can find! They are so attentive and caring, always up for a chat and some about the area.

I love the hospitality that the hotel provided. Even though we didn't have basic amenities like a kettle and the Wi-Fi wasn't that good, but it was made up with the warmth of the everyone there.

Very nice small place for a solo trip, I enjoyed staying there :clean, confortable and near everything and just so you know pay cash egyptian money or you will have fees.

I stayed here for 7 days. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to downtown Cairo which makes it easy to get around.

Came here last minute after booking a scam hotel (classic move seems to be “plumbing problems” upon arrival and they offer to take you to another location), but it was great at Philo.
