We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect and we were very satisfied with all the services. The staff was amazing especially the reception team, who helped us a lot with organizing tours, and the breakfast staff, who were also excellent. The location is great, and overall the whole experience was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Hotel was super clean, everyday they gave us new towels and water. Rooms are spacious and you get hygienic products, fridge, even microwave. Staff is very nice, friendly, always smiling and not pushy — which is rare in Egypt. We booked other tours thru them and everything was as agreed upon. They also recommended us some local restaurants and we highly enjoyed them. Food served in hotel was high quality and fresh, and you gonna be amazed with view from hotel restaurant. Location is perfect, everything you need is close and since you are in centre it is supersafe. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've had! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Their service was truly amazing — they made me feel like family, and I even built a real friendship with them during my stay.
The room was super clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was always hot water in the bathroom, which I really appresiated. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and fast, so I could easily stay connected.
Breakfast every morning was delicious — lots of options and everything fresh. You can really tell they care about their guests and pay attention to every detail.
Overall, my stay was wonderful from start to finish. I'm so happy I chose this hotel, and I'll definitely come back next time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and friendly people!

We had an amazing 6-day tour with Alex and his team! From the unforgettable Pyramids day tour with an exciting quad bike adventure and camel ride, one day exploring Cairo’s highlights and enjoying a fantastic Red Sea yacht trip, everything was perfectly organized. The entire experience was smooth, fun, and truly memorable. We highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Egypt.

Holy Sheet this place is amazing! Perfect location, excellent AC level (much needed), comfortable and beautiful room, and super friendly staff! The breakfast was perfection too! The staff went out of their way to accompany us up and down the elevators, and even gave us lots of recommendations on tasty food nearby. They made our final night in Cairo so much fun with an impromptu Felucca dance party on the Nile River! I hope to come back to Egypt and stay here again one day 🤩!

The hotel's location is very close to the Tahrir museum. The service was really amazing. Jen and infact every staff member there was quite pleasant, kind, and helpful. This hotel is situated on the 10th floor of the building, and the lift is only till the 9th floor, but the team took care of the luggage. The place was clean and neat, and they take care to maintain it that way always. Overall we had a pleasant stay and were extremely delighted with the room upgrade we received. Even the Bell Boys, I must say, were really helpful. Super happy about the overall service here and I must say the best we have received amongst our stays in Cairo.

What a great hotel! Who'd have thought a hotel could be on the 9th floor of a building in the middle of busy Cairo! It's clean, modern, there's aircon, toiletries, fridge, water provided, and the staff are incredibly helpful and nice. Rooms have everything you need. Breakfast selection is huge and excellent. So glad we stayed here and would definitely yet recommend.
Helpful note… You get dropped off on the main road and the driver points you down a side street and it's signed on the ground floor, use the lift to 9th floor. They'll sort your bags for you when you get out of the lift, just use the stairs to reception.

This is being written on the day we check out. We have loved our stay at the Holy Sheet Plus. It is centrally located with easy reach to the Nile, Museum, shops and cafes. The hotel is super clean and the beds very comfortable. The toiletries, kettle, fridge, hairdryer and safe were appreciated. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant area and bought our own beer from Drinkies. The team are friendly, helpful and professional. The food in the restaurant is authentic and delicious. Breakfast is also delicious and varied. Don’t stay at the big corporate impersonal hotels, stay here and support small Egyptian business! It is great vale for money snd the best hotel we have stayed in during both our trips to Cairo!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Cairo, yet because it is on the 9th floor, it offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, away from the city's noise. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches—like the packed breakfast they prepared for us on our last day, as we had an early departure.
It was an amazing experience, and we can’t wait to return! A huge thank you to Alex and the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality!

Our stay with Holy Sheet Plus Hotel was awesome.
Alex and Ahmed at reception were both super attentive and helpful. We had a few tours booked online, and Alex helped us fill in some extra time we had. Francis also made our stay special by showing us around the hotel the first day and greeting us whenever we saw him.
Breakfast was great, with lots of variety, and we had dinner there too which was fab with local Egyptian cuisine. Rooms have everything you need and clean.
We arrived early morning to Cairo airport, and the pickup service was on time and made everything smooth. We had to check out at 4am and head to the airport, and the front desk was able to help organize a car and was on time, and they fixed up a breakfast box for us to take with us as we would miss breakfast that day.
Every staff there were very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to stay here during your stay in Cairo!

This is the first review of 2 because I stayed 2 separate nights with separate bookings. The first night we arrived SUPER late and the service here is incredible. Friendly guy to get you to the right floor. Check in was OK as they asked me to pay but we prepaid with Expedia even though it was there for them to see, they just asked. The main issue was the shower. No hot water midway through the first shower due to some hot water tank thing. I had to take a cold shower because it was so late. We brought it up the front desk. Also the window did not fully close so cold air was slowly coming in. Unfortunately we did not stay for breakfast but the offerings DID look good. Such a shame we could not partake. Location was excellent and this place is incredible value. The second night was basically flawless although the shower is a bit odd where water can splash around. Service was consistently as first night and I wished we stayed longer.

I extremely recommend this Hotel, Food, service, cleaning, everything is in high level and it makes this Hotel one of the best in Cairo. Apart from all these all Reception guys are so helpful and caring. I have got scammed with one of the souvenir shop and the reception guy (JAN) half of the day tried and got my money back from that shop, I didn't see any hotel staff do it for guest. I give you 10 stars guys and I will be back soon.

This hotel is well organised, comfortable and resonable (*price) as well. And it is good location to visit attractions and restaurants.
Moreover, the manager and staffs such as Sudan friends are higly kind and resilient, making our family and myself feel safe and happy ^^
Therefore, if you come visit at Cario, this hotel is absolutely one of the best option compared to unreasonable hotel around this area.

Since the hotel is located in a narrow alley, it would be beneficial to install two bright-colored signs along the path to clearly indicate the hotel's location. Currently, there is only one small sign, so upgrading to larger signs would be a great improvement.

This hotel was the perfect base for our trip to Cairo. The area is quite walkable with restaurants and stores around. We stayed for 3 nights and went on two amazing trips organized by the hotel. We appreciated the tips and advice from Ahmed and Alex very much, they were so kind and helpful to us. The rest of the staff was super nice as well. We would definitely come back and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel is situated in the back of a building, from the Main Street you have to enter an alley and then take a right. There are signs which indicate the entrance of the hotel — it’s inside a building on the 10th floor and the elevator goes to the 9th floor only, so then there’s an extra stairs to do with the luggages. The staff is young, friendly and helpful, willing to help with any information of request. I really liked the location which is Cairo downtown close to stores and restaurants and only 10 minutes walking distance from the Egyptian museum. The restaurant has a lovely terrace with city view. The facilities and the room are clean and new. We requested a breakfast box since we would have left very early in the morning, which was good and contained two hard-boiled eggs, pancakes, jam, Nutella and juice. Overall, I won’t come back because of my totally personal taste, which is again extremely subjective. I dont like this style with the entrance inside a building and it has hostel vibes but I really liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. Room was very quiet too which is a plus in a very central area of the city.
