Beautiful, christen so helpful and friendly.

The staff at the front office are harassers, no managers to complain to whatsoever, worst experience I’ve had at a hotel in my entire life. The incompetence is shocking really!

Not recommended, Today 10th of Meach 2022, My wife's wallet was stolen from the VIP metting room, No one from the management cared, the managers didn't take any action Very bad experience, They Refrain from checking the cameras.

I had a lovely experience at the hotel! A big thanks to the front office Manager, Wessam for his hospitality and his empathy. I also want to give a big shoutout to Mokhtar, that guy definitely understands what it means to be hospitable to your guests and he always has the brightest smile on his face! He deserves a big raise in my opinion. Will definitely come back and stay here again!

Steigenberger al Tahrir really one of the best hotel in Egypt with a high standard, and amazing view, which located to city center, I have a very positive feedback and sure will be back,

Last Friday we had a business event there, the worst experience ever in handling customers’ hospitality, unprofessional waiters and impolite and not well trained staff in communicating with customers. Totally disappointed with the quality of food and the way of serving it.

First time it was amazing, second time unprofessional people they told by phone I can check in at 8 o’clock but when I arrived they let me wait 1 hr, actually I will never visit this hotel anymore.

The worst experience I had ever when I decided to make my engagement party at Steignenberger ElTahrir. The wedding planners who where reocmmended by the Hotel were horrible, unorganized, had poor quality decoration sets, unprofessional service, terrible photographers and a lot more bad experience to mention before and after the party. The photo session was catastrophic and very bad positions were taken. The photos were not edited at all and I had to pick up good ones (if any) myself. The lighting was very poor. The photos were not even cleared from the background with waiters and people moving around. The photograher was an amateur. They really ruined my engagement party. They ruined one of the most wonderful memories I will have in my life. I really dont recommend dealing with the decoration or activation planners from the hotel. Sofa brought to the oarty dirty and old. Center pieces were not clean and flowers were old. Both owners of the decoration and activation event planning companies are named Islam. Takecare.

This is a fantastic hotel! Security is amazing, food is great, all the people who work here are friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and very clean and cleaning staff are so nice and do a great job. Swimming area is nice and bar and oxygen bar staff are incredible. This is my first trip from Canada and I would definitely stay here again!

My egyption very good dear friend like my sister and I have had a very great stay into your hotel we have really enjoyed it. The breakfirst has been very varied. We've also enjoyed the sports area as well as the Pool.
Furthermore the staff has been very kind.
In addition the room has been clean and comfortable (the swane has been very beautyfull thanks alot for that, we have put some cookies for you for eid as a thank you)
Moreover we have felt very safe.
Just the building site hasn't been so nice as a view. I also appriciate so much that there has been a fridge at the room to cool my medicin.
Neverless we have really liked the hotel very much and enjoyed staying into it.

Very nice hotel, relatively new with great location that has access to great nearby attractions, local restaurants and fast food restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean. Wifi is good and free for hotel residents. The staff are very polite and friendly, I had to pay on spot for room service as I couldn't add it to room bill, not sure why. Great overall.

This hotel and the quality of service and the amenities caused us to choose Comfort hotels for the rest of our trip. The staff were friendly and the food at the breakfast was terrific. The room was beautiful and well-equipped. When I forgot my card-key and needed to ask for my room number at the desk, the front desk clerk asked me some security questions before giving me a new key card for my room. This was a great hotel at a great price also the check in and out was very fast.

First thing about the place — service is excellent. One of the best I have seen. Maybe even better than many hotels in "posh and fabulous" Middle East … the Gulf I mean. Second, the breakfast is superb: well planned, fresh, delicious and above all healthy and nutritious: how many places offer an array of fresh veggies and "home made" style artisan style fresh breads.? Honey with black seeds… it's there… detox water… it's there… fresh LOCAL fruits?. It's there… fresh cottage cheese. Yes there. Finally its clean and well maintained. Great place. Lovely staff. Good location. One of the best all-in-all. Two thumbs up!

A lovely and beautiful hotel to stay while in Cairo Egypt. The room is clean and modern. I enjoyed the room services and all the staffs. Very respectful and friendly. My review was 5 stars until I ate at the restaurant on my last day. Unfortunately the restaurant is bad with service. 50 minutes after ordering and no food. Spoke to restaurant manager 3 times about my food. He said will check but no success. Guess they forgot to put in the order even though I was the only person there. After 50 minutes, asked for the bill, without my entee, as I was so hungry and wanted to go somewhere else. After stating multiple times I am leaving and asking for the check, food finally came out. I repeated I am leaving, and will only pay for the water and the VERY SALTY soup, which came 40 minutes after I ordered. Guess what?! They included the entree on the check. That's not right and inappropriate of the hotel. Paid for the water and salty soup. Didn't wait for my change and quickly left for another nearby restaurant. I do not recommend the food or the service at the restaurant. A process is broken here. Upper management should take a look. I don't think this is a reflect of the Egyptian people as other restaurants in Cairo were great in service. I was very lucky and happy to meet so many people in Egypt who are so friendly and loveable.

Went in for a quick bite and a drink at lobby bar. Was totally ignored by staff. Signalled waiter for a menu, which he brought over and ignored us for a further ten minutes. Waiters were happily servicing tables of men but ignoring me and my mother. Pretty rubbish service and limited facilities. The Ritz-Carlton across the way is much better value for money and the service is excellent! Plus it has a gorgeous view of the Nile.

Firstly, Small swimming pool, it's length 120 cm. Secondly, I did the checkout in the morning and left my bags at their custody to take it later after a meeting so after I came later, I found the bags outside the hotel in the hot air which affected on the stuff at the bags, if you don't have a space say it and I'll take it with me _:_. A great location right in the middle of downtown Cairo, overlooking Tahrir Sq. On a main road. The property itself is beautiful and new, with large rooms that feature comfortable beds, pristine bathrooms (that include pleasant details like the touch-activated light on the mirror & a bathrobe and slippers), a big-screen TV with many international channels, and free Wi-Fi. The property boasts a pool terrace with a bar that screened World Cup games and a mini nightclub. The staff are professional and friendly, and make an effort to develop a rapport. They are very helpful and were full of recommendations and directions. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and I look forward to staying here on my next visit.

I love this hotel so much! the people are so sweet and respectful. The location is such a plus and the rooms are phenomenal. The only thing I would change is how expensive everything was… it made me go out and buy food from outside more often than I wanted. However, overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

Clean and very modern. Smaller rooms, but no complaints. Good service though the breakfast buffet is way overpriced (if not included in your room cost) — it is a very good buffet though. Workout room is small, but they have one. Outdoor pool. Hated the double security check every time you enter, but it is Cairo. No complaints, would recommend.

I would give even more stars if I could… AMAZING hotel staff and hotel overall. Everyone is pleasant and willing to help with literally anything you need. The rooms are so clean and updated. The massage was excellent and the masseuse was lovely. Pool is always clean and relaxing. 24 hour bar downstairs and late night menu available. I got really sick on our trip, but they helped get a doctor come to the room and administer shots and give me medication (95 EP~$5.50) and then called after to make sure I was feeling better and had what I needed. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Staff very friendly and welcoming. I admit that I was not expecting this level of professionalism, cleanliness, and luxury in Cairo. And at a steal, at that. The room was well laid out, the bed comfortable and linens superb. In 2018, it's shocking that the vast majority of hotels, upmarket or not, have not figured out that it's critical to have power adapters accessible on both sides of the bed. This hotel goes one up and provides one UK and one EU adapter! The touch lights in the toilet and at bedside are a lovely touch as well. The breakfast, which was included in our lower-than-it-should-have-been rate, was above-par as well. Although offering some standard, boring items (chicken sausage, uninspiring), there is a huge variety. Some more fresh fruit would have been ideal. A great choice in central Cairo. Absolutely no need to do Nile Ritz-Carlton etc. You'll get luxury here.
