Really the only negative thing I have to say about this place is the actual building it is in. It is located on the second floor of a very non-descript building, with no clear markings identifying it. The taxi dropped us from the airport and we had no idea where to go. Then we noticed a small LED sign and after a few minutes the name of the hotel finally popped up. We ordered food a few times while we were there, and the delivery drivers also had trouble finding the place. There IS an old, cage style elevator that you can take to the second floor lobby — it is to the right of stairs, though I don't know if you need a key fob to get to the lobby or not. The whole set up seems pretty sketchy and left us worried about what we had just booked — hahaha. But once we checked in, everything was great.
Staff spoke very limited English, but did their absolute best to assist us — super friendly, and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The room and common areas were all very well decorated, clean and comfortable. Our room had no view, but the room itself was great and came with it's own water dispenser. Wi-fi and shower both worked well, and the bed was comfy. Room was average size in comparison to rooms in the West, much larger than typical of Asian hotels. One weird thing about it was that the toilet was surrounded by a completely transparent glass wall, so you are watching your partner use the bathroom?

(People) The owner of the hotel was there, and he was very friendly. He taught me a lot about the neighborhood. Except him, the hotel staff didn’t seem to be fluent in English. However, they were very sweet and tried to help me as much as they could.
(Place) It took me about 30-40 mins from the airport by Uber. It was not easy to find this hotel when I arrived there from the airport because there’s no prominent sign outside. Moreover, I’m a solo female traveler from Japan, but I could walk outside at night. The road is not clean and the traffic is chaos, but it’s safe to walk.
(Room) I generally spent a good time in my room. The shower water turned hot soon. I just noticed that the clock on the wall was stopped, and didn’t figure out how to turn on the Television.
(Building) The hotel room itself is clean and looks nice, however, the building which the hotel is in is very very very old. You use an old elevator (which is quite scary at first, but you’ll get used to it later) to the second floor to check in. Rooms are on the third floor.
