This hotel is a disaster! The rooms are worn out and dirty. These rooms for rent is outrageous. We left the hotel after one night. The conditions were unbearable. The positive reviews probably refer to rooms on the 5th floor. These and parts of the 4th floor have already been renovated. The rest mocks any description.

Well, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good, but it doesn't take me off my stool. The rooms or our room would have needed a repair. But if you see all this a little bit, then it's great. You want to sleep "just".

The hotel is in a great area, near the subway, supermarkets, cafes, reataurants, etc, and near hyde park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was nice, even though it was quite small — but it was enough for just one night, I thought it was cozy. The walls needed to be painted, though. The bathroom was really good, remodeled, the shower worked perfectly. It was possible to make tea and coffee in the bedroom, which was really nice. The bedroom was near a service door, so I would hear it sometimes when people used it (it would make a bit of a loud noise) — but at night I had ear plugs so I don't know if that would have been a problem or not. The corridors were a bit strange and need remodeling.

Clean hotel with a good breakfast, but the rooms are cramped and in desparate need of refurbishing, our room had small holes in the Walls, iron Burns in the carpet and the walls are very thin as just the next room you can here the doors opening and closing clearly. Staff were good but they wanted photo ID even though we had booked through a third party and no mention of any ID. We didn't have any photo ID as we only traveled from Wales. A little disappointing.

You can not give more… The star is the proximity to the metro and the neighborhood full of very nice little shops. The insiders are rude. The rooms look like small room x smurfs on holiday! Breakfast is a tip! And the bathroom if you're over weight is very small. In the shower. If you're not careful how you turn around. You could lower the faucet and you'd get cold or boiling water! A a I forgot there is no toilet cleaner! To Never again!

Not recommendable, overpriced, disastrous customer service and a dirty old used towel was deposited in our room during our absence.

This hotel is decent. Typical of London prices. Close to the underground and plenty of shops and places to eat. Rooms small but clean. The hotel is being refurbished but this causes no issues. More noise from other people in their room. TV remote didn't work and after several attempts to fix it they swapped my room (although it was on a different floor from my companion). This turned out to be better as a smartphone was provided for me to use throughout my stay (2 nights), which meant while out and about I was able to save my data. A really good idea! This is not available in all rooms though. Breakfast is good. Although I would like more vegetarian options and a wider selection of fruit. I would stay again and recommend it to others.

Fantastic hotel, very surprising. The internet and Booking does not do this hotel justice. I am planning to stay there every time I will visit London. Absolutely recommended! Great staff, great rooms, amazing location. Very nice indeed.

Having read some negative reviews of this place, we braced ourselves for a poor experience. We stayed in room 5, a twin room, that was very spacious. Yes, the corridor smelt of cigarette smoke (I think room 4 has staff in there, and they were the source), some of the staff were grumpy (but smile at them and they smile back), the heating in the room didn't work (reception was happy to provide a heater though). Small niggles include a cramped bathroom, a shower cubicle so small that my buttocks turned the tap cold whenever I turned around, a broken window, overcooked bacon and very cheap sausages at the breakfast bar But the room was clean and well kept, the bathroom was clean too, breakfast was good and the location excellent. However we travelled there with another couple, and their double room was the opposite to ours — grim carpets, tiny room, mattress on the double bed as old as the Queen!

Hotel from the interior quite outdated but it is in a very good location, close to 2 metro stations.

I went there for 2 days but I was supposed to stay at weeks but the condition of the rooms was so bad and the staff unpleasant, so I'm leaving with my family and my baby who had an allergic reaction… otherwise the location was perfect and the environment nice, not far from the City Park which is beautiful. I do not advise you n y I do not advise you but I think it is the bad luck that has been fierce on us. I was able to speak with other guests who were very happy with their stay! prices are good, there is way to good value for money if you have a good Carma! take the risk and if you took it, I wish you a good stay in New Zealand that is; According to me, one of the most beautiful country in the world to see more beautiful. If you esiréa between the South Island and the North Island, the island on is endowed with many more large spaces, and the North Island of cities. Personally I prefer the South Island in which I had the chance to stay 2 months. On the other hand for Invercargill 1 week is sufficient. Then there's Queenstown, milgord sound, bluff, Dunedin. That's it! good stay!

Very bad attention. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place the old and sloppy. Breakfast was very nice. WI FI payment and expensive. I would not stay there again.

I stayed in Queens Park Hotel for 4 nights in the month of Januray. The main aspects I would like to highlight are as follows: — The room was clean and it had been recently refurbished. — The hotel is very well located (Queensway London Underground Station is just 4 minutes away walk from the hotel). — The service during Breakfast was good (I would like to thank specially Michaela for her help on keeping the lactose free milk which I had bought in the fridge and serving it for me in the morning :) ). — Service in the reception could be improved, but it was acceptable overall. To conclude, I would like to thank the “Queens Park Hotel” team members for their contribution on making my stay in London successful. Hopefully I will see you soon again! 

This hotel needs to be completely refurbished, the fifth floor is finished and the fourth is refurbished, unfortunately the guests must continue to use the other floors. The rooms are well-appointed and partly damaged. As far as it goes, however, everything is clean, just no longer beautiful. The breakfast room is reminiscent of a youth hostel in the 1960s. The food is nothing special, early to be there is important…

It's not bad, it's all right. Clean and simple rooms. TV a little small. Breakfast a bit poor on choices but good. Very well located, right next to the park.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It is in Bayswater, a beautiful residential neighborhood, very close to Notting Hill, Paddington, Kensington and Hyde Park. At the touch of Oxford St and very well connected with the rest of London. But as for the hotel services itself, bad.

Great hotel, easy access to the underground, polite staff. The hotel was getting refurbished but the noise was to a minimum the hotel is a bit like a maze getting to your room but I like that. The location is good there is a street nearby with places to eat & it is a hub of activity. I saw the fireworks on New Years Eve. I came back to the hotel to find people dancing in front of reception & the staff wishing people a Happy New Year. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good staff to listen!

For the location and the price great. The rooms are well-kept, but the bathroom was very clean and looked newer. The breakfast was also good. Super also the "mobile phone" in the room, a free mobile phone with information about London, Städtplänen, Subway plans, etc and data volume that you could take with you and use. The staff was very friendly and could always help with any questions. I can't understand these sometimes very bad reviews. We are satisfied!

The worst hotel in my life! They take advantage of third-party low-cost companies to get your money out. Don't go are the worst.

Dirty rooms. Noisy. Door slamming most of the night and day. Builders on site drilling first thing. Smashed tiles in the bathroom and a faulty light which was flickering all day and night. Fridge freezer in the room which didn't work and smelt. Cheap rooms which was a plus. If you don't expect to spend much time in the room its a good place to stay if you just want to get your head down. The staff were all great. Friendly and couldn't fault them at all. The hotel just needs alot spending on it.

We spent three nights at this hotel. The room was clean but with 11 sqm for a double room very small sized. It was often necessary to manage.
The breakfast was fine and offered a good selection. Unfortunately, almost exclusively finished products were used.
The Daily room service worked Beanstandungslos and all the staff were friendly. The hotel has a very good connection to the centre by the Queensway Metro station (Central line). The station is within 5 minutes walking distance.
For a shorter stay in London, the hotel is also good value for money.

The only great thing about the hotel is the location. Bayswater is a great neighborhood. At the touch of Notting Hill, across from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.

The rooms do not correspond in any way to the pictures on the Internet. First we were accommodated in the basement, where we could not even open the window. The booked double room consisted of a 7 sqm room and a 1.20 meter bed. The walls were so noisy that you had to hear if the neighbor's teeth were cleaning or in the loo. The breakfast was varied, but cheap ready food for baking or out of the tin. In large and whole a purest and not recommended.

Have stayed there a number of occasions and it has always been a good experience. It is as friendly and as comfortable as you'd expect. The location is convenient and if you want to be in the heart of things then it's great!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the rooms were very good. We were spinning around X the whole hotel 2 hours x night to give us a decent room, we came to offer one where someone had slept just like that without changing sheets. The first day at breakfast with the toast on the toaster they withdrew all of the breakfast xq It was 10 o'clock we were left with nothing to eat breakfast, very strong. If you get to less room they remove you to the toast Q you're eating what we said nothing advisable, do not take the hair with the photos, there are residences and pensions much more dignified than this hotel.

Stayed in this room, as part of a Groupon deal. Overall, I liked it. The room was a bit small, by U. S. Standards, however I didn't mind. It was big enough for us to rest, in between adventures. We stayed on the 5th floor and everything seemed newly renovated. I enjoyed the hot breakfast. Nothing extraordinary, but still a nice warm meal to start the day. I do agree that the walls were a bit thin, as we could hear our neighbors. The doors are somewhat heavy and slam behind you, if you're not careful. The customer service was wonderful. The guy with the glasses at the front desk was a life saver. We had an overnight flight and didn't sleep much. He saw our struggle, and gave us our room key a full hour and a half early and we were able to go in and nap. It was amazing! I would stay here again.

Nice pleasant budget hotel. Receptionist on arrival was pleasant and helpful. The room is on the small size but it has been renovated, so its very nice, new doors clean bathroom etc, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is self service — bacon, sausages, scrambled egg, plum tomatoes, beans & mushrooms — cereals & cont breakfast.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is quite varied. The only downside is Q wearing there two nights we wanted to expand one more night the stay and I came out half the price do it online on their own page Q do it from the front desk. Spanish almost no worker spoke.

Super Central and therefore short distances to the centre of London, subway station, Notting Hill, Harrods and Hyde Park are within a short walking distance. The staff was very helpful. The room was cramped and not clean. There was a big gap between the door and the floor. Rather a 2 star hotel than 3 stars. Breakfast was good enough.

About the hotel:-The staff is not very friendly-the elevators were not working (attention to disabled people) — the very rudimentary rooms and the sals and damaged walls requiring an emergency renovation.
-old chassis so very poor insulation and the heater was not working.
Even after making several requests to the staff to turn on the heating nothing was done-the lunch is extremely poor. The choice is more than limited and of poor quality (if you have the possibility do not take lunch there is a strarbucks and other just next door) — The sound insulation is deplorable. You can hear everything. The French F1 have a better sound insulation means.
-Wi-Fi does not work.

The location is great. It is close to the park and the underground. However, the hotel is in rough shape. The walls are all dinged and scuffed up. The carpet looks like it has not be cleaned in years. Also our bed linen was not clean. We had a pillow case that had stains all over it. We will not be staying here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but we did not manage to get a good night's sleep due to the really thin matteress and the room being too hot even with the window open. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food on offer.

Well, let's say this: For a maximum of 2 nights, it's just the same.
Extremely noisy, on the doors you can see through, cleaning ladies arrive at 3pm in the room and hunt a formally out so that they can rinse the coffee cups in the bathroom (how about new) The breakfast is underground, you can do a maximum of once.
The mattresses are simply loose on a bed frame, turn too fast and one is suddenly 20cm away from the wall.
I would not visit again!

Good location where you can quickly access the center and keep the costs of your stay.

A very old hotel, but very clean and very well catered for.

Small rooms with thin walls. You even hear when in other rooms who shower. That an extremely small window, if you can call it that, cannot be completely closed so that always a gap of about 1/2 cm remains open. The hair dryer in the bathroom was glued to a two places with tank tape and should be exchanged better. Breakfast is typical English. I would not book this hotel for a future stay.

Value for money is fine for London. The hotel has a good and quiet location. One is in 5min in Hyde Park, by subway or bus stop and Oxford Street can be reached in 20min on foot.
The hotel is neat at first sight but not 100%. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was only accessible in few steps and through a long narrow corridor, but quietly located. The room itself was also very small, but it was all there. The bathroom was partly renovated and was adequately sized compared to the room. Everything was cleaned good grace every day.
The breakfast buffet was mostly typical English, but still satisfactory for non-English. Various rolls and toasts, juices, cheeses, sausages, jams, honey, butter, pickled fruits, scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms from the can, tomatoes.
In summary a typical hotel for London in this price category.

Small rooms very very just everything, breakfast good but a lot of people and could not move, we missed looking for the room and had to go through the Minilavanderia. They did not try very hard to indicate the room.

The room was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location.

Customer service was rubbish — no bedside manners. The breakfast was also poor. You're best opting for a Mcdonalds. However, room was to a clean standard, the rate of the room was cheap for two people. I guess you get what you pay for. Handy location to travel across London as you have the Underground at Bayswater, which is 2 minutes away. I would still visit again purely based on the price and convenience of location.

Large Hotel with enough people staying. Good attention and everything good in general. Great variety at breakfast, I think the best thing about the hotel.

A bit doggy standard of room in dungeon with no window. Beds mowing on the wheels. Afraid to sit on them. Painted long time ago. Lucky I stay only one night.

Good location, close to many food and souvenir shops. Hotel staff is incredibly polite, professional and helpful. Air conditioning is only available in certain rooms as an upgrade. Breakfast is nice, but very crowded. The hotel itself is in major need of an overhaul. The floors are uneven and creaky, you can hear AND feel every single bedspring, and the faucet handles are loud, with the water spray very unpredictable and gets everywhere if you don't open the faucet slowly. The faucet also leaks onto the floor, the shower drains incredibly slowly, and the toilet flush button is broken. The fire alarms also went off three times in the past 12 hours, once at 2am, but no fire.

I wanted to book a nice room for me and my boyfriend for our one year. Couldn't afford alot the room looked nice on the Internet but when we got there, the room they gave us was small, looked like a dungeon, it was boiling hot, then later when we was getting ready, the toilet seat was broken, no plug hole in the sink and couldnt even see anything out the window, had to look at the horrible stair case. So my boyfriend complained and got us another room which was bigger, air con in the room, better view outside and a decent bathroom! Kind of ruined my plan of booking a nice room for us both but not going to stay there again ever!

Clean enough, you get why you pay for. A clean bed and decent breakfast. In a very central location just over the road from kensington palace/gardens. Great location for tourists wanting the sights close by.

Good location. Tiny room. Bathroom good and new. Mattress to forget with destroyed springs and double bed created with transversally arranged singles on a high sloping floor towards the back. A disaster in the room. Nice staff Average price but minimum service not guaranteed…

I arrived at the hotel with a renal colic going on, we asked if we could get the room first and they responded spades… we asked for the use of the computer in order to book the airline tickets to go back… given my physical conditions and they answered spades… they did not even try to find a doctor given the difficulties with the language that one can have… Nada de nada… of a unique ignorance… all because the Wi-Fi over that is payment… a pound an hour… even works… The bathrooms are very small and scomodissimi not to mention the bed… very small a square and a half… very low ceilings with the heat that you crack… cmq to face them I was able to make my holidays… but if you can avoid it… ah I forgot you also pay the Luggage storage.

Renovated rooms but in the floor — 1. They give you a device that you can carry out and you can navigate. Wi-Fi for a fee.

Good Hotel, great location 5 minutes from Metro good value for money, on cleanliness we didn't (to improve), good breakfast. Helpful staff. Small rooms but at the bottom acceptable so much in London in the hotel you are little.

Better than expected based on some other reviews. The room was small but quite nice and perfect for 2 people. Corridors and rooms in other parts of the hotel looked more dated but still fine. We were only disturbed once from other guests closing their door loudly, we didn't hear anyone in other rooms. 5 minute walk to Queensway tube station and just a few stops from all of the attractions. Quite a few bars, restaurants and tourist shops near the tube station. A few minutes walk from Hyde Park. Breakfast was quite basic and the restaurant was quite busy.

Helpful staff and pleasant reception area. Bedroom very small but it is nevertheless functional. However, the main criticisms lie with the bed which was atrocitiously uncomfortable, a horrid pillow and only a shower (no bath). Didn't have time to have breakie but in passing it seems decent, with hot and cold options and plenty of coffee! Location seemed decent, being two streets away from the local restaurants hotspot. Not terrible, but not great by any means.

The principle is a cheap (€194, 3 nights accommodation in double room + breakfast) possibility to stay in a clean room at Hyde Park.
BUT (May 20 and 22 apply to maybe only space) :
2 X not signposted of the 0 room on the fourth floor
1 mattress an insult (you can feel with mere covered hand the metal grating above the springs. My rib bruise it so hurt that I woke up it, previously almost painlessly)
2. TV over digital cable had dropouts every 5 seconds. The cable was too long so from the distribution or to bad.
3. The towels smell after burnt electronics
4. Shower head holder loose
5. Room service is the clean the window on the evening then found that faulty radiator. Oil filled radiator came 90 minutes after the call.
6 space in the bathroom meant that was in the bathroom with the sink in conflict.
7 bath faucet was stuck, if the Einarmen mixer going to go broke, you had everything on pants and shirt
8 little things that would not stop me from from 5 stars:
Full of holes, shower tray with silicone makeshift curtain patched at all on all silicone was lubricated it simply, technically I would be ashamed as a layman for it
9. How seemingly normal: no toilet brush. No defect for me.

The Queens Park hotel is a fine hotel if you are going on a citytrip to London. There are two tube stations nearby and you are almost in the. Middle of the city, close to kensington palace. Our room was great if you look at the price we paid for it, it was clean and the showe was perfect. Only the floors make some noise and it was a quite warm room but when you open the window it will be fine. Breakfast was enough but not very orginal and it was the same every day. Wifi is very expensiv and doesnt wirk at your room and when you make a complain about it there is nothing they will do about and with it. Also staff seems a little bit bored quite a lot of the time, it doesnt give you a welcomed feeling. But all together is this hotel great for a citytrip bit do not expect a lot of it.

Not sure why so many people complain about this place. Was value for money, compared to similar hotels in the west end. The room was small but adequate and shower facilities better than many I've stayed at. Quiet nights sleep on fourth floor and decent breakfast. The only rudeness I came across were some of the guests at breakfast. I'd go back.

Just a comment: the bed had bed bugs.

Good location, otherwise, even for London standards poor price-performance ratio. Rooms small and in need of renovation, however, it is relatively clean. Service is sufficient. No Restaurant/Bar, the lobby looks cool and not exactly inviting, especially at the meager Breakfast buffet bother. Here, you will feel all the charm of a cafeteria reminded.

Had a single room for 4 nights and it was ridiculously small, not worth your money, staff are rude and you have to pay for Wi-Fi. Do not recommend!

1 hour Wi-Fi costs 2 pounds! It works in 20 minutes to not at all! Too small! holes in the floor and carpet. Breakfast only cheese no cold cuts and the same every day no variety!

Hotel very well situated. Quiet area. Room clean but small. Modern bathroom. No one bothered to four days in say a damn word in Spanish. At check out, when you're not already a customer, charge you for to keep the luggage (never did in similar hotels in the area).

The hotel is not what I was expecting at all! We reserved a double room which when we arrived the double bed was pushed up against the wall and a single bed had also been put in the room which restricted us from even opening the door. The walls where chipped, scratched and had paint missing and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and old with springs visible. All of the chair was ripped and the floor was covered in stains. No a happy customer.

Pros: rooms and bathrooms were clean, complimentary breakfast was good Cons: if you have a room on the basement floor you have to navigate a labyrinth to get there, despite it being 2015 they do not have free Wi-Fi, if you have a room on the bottom floor facing the street it is noisy, the beds move precariously if you shift slightly, the street that the hotel is located on is frequented by some sketchy characters that just hangout on the street in the evenings, if you arrive early and have to leave your luggage in their "luggage room" you will spend the day wondering if you will get your luggage back at all.

Triple room was tiny and the water in sink was drain slowly. The hotel carpet really dirty. The staff and service very bad, the breakfast buffet same every single day. Won't come again.

We're doing a tour in Europe and so far is the worst place we stayed.
Despite the check out at noon we were repeatedly woken by the maid from 9:00 onwards: he wanted to go out to clean the room.
Uncomfortable bed, the window from tomb (room 222).
Arrived at the reception, we also discover that to keep the bags until the evening we will have to pay (which in the other hotels we had never asked). Ridiculous: we were only charged the bags but also the bags (we had shopped).
I mean, usually the charity becomes the homeless, not to hotels.
Icing on the cake, they didn't have space in the luggage and paid to leave the bags in the hole of the hotel, at the mercy of anyone.
Choose another place to spend quality time: Here you would waste.

Bad rooms, really small, horrible breakfast, avoid at all costs! Also really unprofessional staff who don't care about you. We found a COCKROACH in our room the last night, when I told the management and asked what their policy was, they dismissed it and said it could happen anywhere and they didn't know what to do. When I kept insisting that something had to be done, I was promised a 10% discount. The day after I asked about the discount while we were checking out, and all they had to say was that they don't just give discounts like that and the manager would be in the next day (when we would be gone). When I told them I didn't believe them they were very rude and clearly didn't care about us at all. In summary, DON'T GO HERE WHATEVER YOU DO! Unless you want to be treated like a piece of shit of course.

Expensive and small, but clean and good location.

Twin Room is tiny. Mattress of the bed was absolutely worn out. Interior was not maintained well. The walls are very thin and rooms quiet noisy. Breakfast hall is similar to school cafeteria. I got charged for leaving my baggage in the hotel for 3 hours after checking out. Staff was friendly, I did not have any problems here but they seemed unorganized. Bathroom was ok.

I had a double room with a private bathroom, costing £45. The hotel is 5-8 minute walk to Queensway tube station. The hotel staff were polite enough, though seemed quite sloppy. The hotel was not very clean. The breakfast was average — 5/10. There was a spill in the bedroom (milk/sick?! ) so the room smelt quite bad. I was not impressed with this, hence the poor rating.

Please don't wast your money. This places should be closed down for heath and safety. Dirty and disgusting you will be shocked plus don't park anywhere unless look careful yourself don't ask any advise to the staff if you make same mistake we did.

For a weekend in London, we stayed 2 nights at the Queens Park Hotel, the rooms are tiny and very poorly arranged. I don't know of our friends who have got a slot room dark and well on windowless ground.
Staff very rude and contemptuous to a few exceptions. About correct household, we found a bottle of wine at the head of our bed, between the cracks of the household. Only positive breakfast. Hotel to avoid.

It is not good value for money, in my country the same category of hotel, it surpasses it. Excellent location, from there get to anywhere in London.

I had a great time there! The staff are kind, and the room was very clean. I highly recommend it.

You must be aware that hotel "colonial" use every square. We will be housed there the third time in April 2014. And with conviction. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are just small, but clean and comfortable! The breakfast can not compare in this price category! Who here complaining for a short trip, knows no other London hotels! Again and again and always welcome! The connection to the tube and the bus is great. We think all that fits.

The place was good and I had a good time.

We paid £63 for the night, and it was definitely NOT worth the money. We went to the hotel early to drop some bags off, but when we arrived later that evening to check-in, they couldn't find the bags! The woman on the front desk just didn't care and didn't even get out of her seat, instead pointed in a vague direction to where they might be. We were so confused we ended up walking around the entire hotel to try and find them (very narrow corridors and shabby carpets too), only to come back to ask where they were. She asked another man at reception who took us to an unlocked, unattended storage room next to the dining area. They weren't there. Then he took us to a utility closet and looked behind the hoovers to see if they'd been left there. Nope. The woman then came out and said she found them. God knows where they'd left them! We got into the smallest lift you've ever seen, inside which was crude graffiti and peeling paint. The whole hotel was ridiculously hot and stuffy (aside from the front foyer) and when we arrived at our room (which the woman on the front desk didn't give us correct directions to) we were greeted with a small but generally ok room. There were lots of scuff marks on the walls and the tiles in the bathroom had grouting all over them. Possibly the worst part of the room was the fact that the old wooden window wouldn't stay open, so we were boiling hot with no air all night.

I couldn't believe it when I arrived at this hotel on the 28/04/13. The reception area was ok and the staff were helpful/friendly. The guy led us to our room because they apparently were having work done that weekend, personally I think it was an ongoing thing. So he tells us the lift only goes to level 3. After that we had to take the stairs to level 5. We finally got to our room to find it was ridiculously tiny and the bathroom well. I've seen bigger shoe boxes. 8 was not impressed with the room in tue the slightest and we had a cupboard at the side of the bed I opened it to find a sink and a cooker what next to a bed? Really?! The room was kind of modern but looked like a terrible builder had put it together. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I won't be staying here again. The location was the only decent thing.

The room just so go budget for London low.

It is honestly a bad option in Central London. My experience was bad in that hotel. I stayed only one night. I asked for a single room and arriving I was told that the reserve was made with a double room. Mr. Amol Patil, in charge of the reserves, refused to give back me the money and as if it were just told me "that they already had booked me a double room and which could not alter it. That if I was not interested in taking the service could retire"had to accept. Despite show him proof that he had, which ensured that it was a single room for one night, they told me they could do nothing. That it had already prepared for me a double room. The mistake was of them, and they did nothing to amend it.
The room was small and the bathroom also.
There are two lifts, of which one of them can accommodate a person. I do not recommend this hotel. The reception staff is unkind, and offer no cooperation to orders from guests. The price/service relationship is dreadful.
I suggest other alternatives in London, I know there are better hotels.
What happened to me and the scam that was victim, lead me to not recommend this HOTEL.

We have spent just four days in the hotel and are very satisfied. Location is top — just a stone's throw to the Hyde Park and the tube. Also, there are many restaurants and shops nearby.
The rooms are simply furnished and very clean. The staff was very friendly and were always an open ear for questions.
Only the breakfast could have been more lush.
We would book this hotel again and recommend it.

This hotel looks OK from the outside, but seriously shabby upkeep. Lobby is a mess — watch that first step — checkin process was uncomfortable. We booked a triple: Was a total joke: Subground room with basement window, three single "cots" on wheels (slide around, sinking in the middle). Toilet seat falling off, drain clogged, walls scuffed and plaster leaving white chalk residue on luggage. This place sucks.
