Amazing place, amazing view 😍🌹👌❤️

Nice place to visit with beautiful gardens and tree and we are free feeding the birds and freah air at there.

I think this is one of my favorite parks. Just such a lovely park full of character and love.

Fresh air great location, beautiful trees, great tracks for running and walk.

— rooms very small, little space for clothes,
— carpets do not invite you to take off your shoes
— double bed means 140cm wide with 1 cover for 2 people
— in the bath you could only stay alone and turn around, no toilet brush,
+ breakfast ok, 3 müsli, fruit, jams, 1 variety cheese, 2 varieties toast, beans, ham, stir-fry and canned champignons
— breakfast room optical lyrised and temperature cold, loveless, partially broken, the fabric cover of all chairs dirty and dirty.
— safe did not go 2 days…
+ booking of visits via hotel totally smooth
— flatscreen available — only without German programs!
— we have paid absolutely too much!
Conclusion: the pictures of the website promise more than you can find!

The rooms are simple and maybe a little old, but it was basically clean and quiet at night.
The service was really very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast wasn't quite our case — english breakfast you have to like — but you get fed up.
However, the hotel is really good in terms of value for money, because the location is simply great. Right next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park in a beautiful residential area and 2 minutes from the nearest subway.

Love Hyde Park. Go down to visit a couple of times a year to party in the park at the well organised events that they hold in the park.

The receptionists were always keep their poker face, they were so rude, even I tried to say hello and goodbye with them, they just ignore me! What’s the attitude? Only the young front desk lady is friendly. This is a very old hotel, even they renovated the hotel, but the wall is so thin, you can hearing from other rooms, and the room lack of windows, so a little bit smelly. I’m not recommend this hotel, there are lots of choices in Paddington. This hotel is overrated and overpriced.

Great location, rooms clean and tidy. Ideal for night out in London, great cafe opposite.

Double occupancy rooms run small, water pressure was decent. The breakfast was skippable, thankfully a bakery was across the street.

Rooms are small and noisy but clean. Breakfast is really good and the hotel's location is excellent; near Hyde Park and the tube station.

Good connection to the Ubahnnetz, clean room, it is just like the hotel itself describes for example, quiet location, however, breakfast is not so great choice. Still, I would go back there.

Comfortable Hotel x The metro and the park but dirty rooms and the proprietor is the only one during our stay in London to have nn come meeting with English.

Surprisingly lovely hotel. Close to the central line and right off hyde park. The rooms are a fair size and have great showers and aircon. I expected a hotel this central would coat a lot more, especially close to Christmas, but the cost was surprisingly low.

After staying here last year we thought we would come back. Big mistake never again. The room was very small you couldnt move. The sink had no plug and toilet was facing it. So you couldnt move legs as you would bump yourself on sink cupboard. The room we had last year was done out nice. But this one was a mess. Needs up grading carpets, bathroom everything. Even went to helpdesk for more milk told kitchen closed … not evening worth a one.

Really excellent price (paid €50 per night) location excellent cleanliness poor, the room gave off a strange smell and the carpet made me a little ' disgust, but at least we were changing towels every day and the bathroom was provided with all the soaps.
The room was small but not too much, and was provided with a free safe, a comfortable and nice wide bed, TV, but lacked the mini fridge, the sink was tiny I swear, shower stall nice capacent.
Polite and polite staff, after checking out we were allowed to leave their suitcases to allow us to take a last lap, pity that you have to leave them in the middle of a common room controlled only by a camera.
At the end of the day if they added the Minifridge and if I found it at that price I would go back without problems.

Clean, friendly and sweet. Just a little bit too small. But it is near hyde park and you have the best connection to every important places.

My review is based on 7 days staying at this hotel. I'm from the USA, so my perspective may be different than some reading this. Doesn't look like much from the street view but it's really a nice little hotel, near bus and train public transit, but away frpm main roads and quiet, no road noise and also minimum noise from people in the hallway. We experienced 0 noise through the walls from adjacent rooms. Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, tea, beans and mushrooms. The room is small but adequate and has great AC as well as an openable window. The bed is great, except the blankets have 0 overhang, the cloth on top is all you got so if you plan to sleep with somebody you should probably expect to fight over the blankets in your sleep. Tv is adequate, not huge but not tiny. Shower is great, heated towel rack. Wifi works well 99% of the time. Room includes safe, hair dryer and electric tea kettle. Only given one room key given but didn't try to ask for more. Staff (especially breakfast staff) are friendly. The only complaints are aforementioned blankets and that the light switch for the restroom is on the OUTSIDE of the restroom, on the hinged side of the door, so you have to shut the door, walk 2 paces, flip switch, 2 paces back, open door, enter, repeat when done, (or waste electricity leaving the light on)

Comfy bed, round the corner from Hyde Park, reasonable price and not a minimum two night stay. Air conditioning a bit lack luster and the rooms are dated. Breakfast was included and acceptable.

The smallest room ever, single bed with about 3 foot at the end for a half wardrobe and a bit of a surface for sitting at. Tiny toilet with shower only, but this is probably for the best as it takes up as much if not more space in the room than the bed. There is a division between the wc and the bed room but really the whole thing is a converted cupboard. Sheet had some mark on then and aren't changed during my stay, and the tea bags were not topped up.

Compared to what is around in London everything seems to reveal a decent cleanliness. The hot room and collection still has the carpet on the ground. For us Italians would be a 2 star.

Nice hotel with a good value for money: it offers a free Wi-Fi as well as breakfast. Recommended for families.

Looks dodgy but it's clean. The staff and services are OK. Location is a big +.

Room is ok but Wifi is slowest I have ever experienced. Can barely open a single page. Fast Wifi is so cheap these days. Why do hotels offer such appalling speeds? Don't they realise some people travel for work? Frustrating.

I stayed here about 6 months ago, does the job, lots to eat and drink in the area (Great pub opposite and one round the corner opposite Hyde Park) but I'd stay elsewhere unless there's nowhere else.

Very friendly and helpful when ever you are lost.

Three of us stayed several days here in August 2012. The rooms needed a bit of upgrading of decor, however they rate at three star so we were very clean and comfortable. The ensuite was smart and clean and the elevator (lift) modern and reliable. The included breakfast was nicely done with a good choice, a lovely breakfast room and friendly staff. Dilip at reception was friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. This hotel is well located, close to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate underground. We easily walked to a concert at Royal Albert Hall. Around in Craven Road, a wonderful choice of restaurants awaited us. We hope to stay there again soon.

Great location, very friendly staff. Bathroom was TINY, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable (I think we were sleeping on a box spring, not a matress).
