절대 가지마세욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 제가 예약해서 언니한테 엄청 사과중입니닼ㅋㅋㅋ 싼거 예약했는데도 불구하고 가성비 매우 안좋음^. ^* 모든 디테일이 모두 다 똥망이에요. 적은 화장실 욕실, 화장지는 아침부터 없어서 투숙객이 직접 휴지 받으러 가야하고^. ^ 천장은 높은데도 침대는 너무 낮아서 1층 쓰시는 분들은 앉지도 못합니다. 수용소인줄 ㅜㅜ. 세상에 방에 그렇게 많은데 대체 어떻게 욕실은 딱 세개일 수가 있죠? 돈 너무 아꼈나봄. 샤워실 물건 둘 수 있는곳 하나도 없어서 바닥에 물건 다 놓아야 되고 바닥은 당연히 더러워요. 그리고 대체 샤워기 물조절하고 키고 끄는 버튼이 왜 샤워 커튼 밖에 있는 거냐고요 ㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 씻으면서 커튼밖으로 팔꺼내서 조절해야되고 조절도 내 맘대로 안돼서 몸 몇번이나 화상입을뻔 했습니다. 유스호스텔 많이 다녀봤는데 세상에 이렇게 개구리인거 처음봤어요. 1점도 너무 아까움.

Great location, hopefully after construction is more quiet and you'll finally have more toilets. Fun staff, except for the receptionist lady.

It seemed like there were 3 bedrooms for at least 19 rooms. And the breakfast was nothing like the advert. The bread was cheap supermarket sliced pan with choices of jam or peanut butter. The room was tiny teeeeny. With bunk beds n absolutely nowhere to hang your clothes. The only positive Was The staff were very friendly.

Don't book here. Awful experience, the receptionists do nothing to help you if you have a problem during your stay. The hostel had no lockers for luggage so I got my stuff stolen directly from my suitcase, everyday I returned from sightseeing, my bed was unmade as if someone was looking for something and didn't even bother to make it again, and I got my food in the fridge (properly labelled with my name) eaten by someone… the staff's response? "this is a public space, so that stuff happens all the time" they even told me I could call the police but it wouldn't make any difference. The bathrooms were full of mold and my sister and I even saw a rat in the kitchen. Just don't book here, it was an absolute nightmare.

I have never seen a more terrible hostel. Don't trust the pictures. It might be well located, but the beds are nothing but springs, the bathrooms are full of mold, half the showers don't work properly, the rooms are not well isolated, there are no curtains at the windows, the building is not clean, half the plugs didn't work, the breakfast was toasts and cornflakes and nothing else… My experience was simply a nightmare. Avoid this place.

Staff was 5+ but that’s all. The room was very dirty and absolutely different from the picture.

All your basic needs are met — but nothing beyond. A lot of colorful youngsters stay there, so it is by far not a quiet place. No place to put your stuff in the room… just on the floor. And — mice (or who? ) ate everything edible I had — as this too was on the floor at night…

The luxury double room does not equal the price for which it is charged (almost 80 euros per night), where I booked (booking) spoke of a room 30m2.
In the bathroom, in the sink, I could not even make my needs sitting normally (I had to put myself slightly diagonally so that my legs cabieran (I'm not giant, Mido 1 ' 74), the TV useless, without channels. I informed the girl at the front desk, she said she would look… Neither was resolved nor was there any explanation. The bed, being double, narrow, and the two Nordics together barely made one.
But the least I understood and I annoyed, in addition to the deterioration of the room, was that the curtains of the windows did not even get to cover the windows… I never found anything like this. I would like to know because the room is called luxury? And is charged at almost 80 euros a night?
Breakfast is very limited, milk and hot water (neither juice nor water at room temperature), and toasts and cereals.
The location is good both by the nearby Metro lines as well as the surrounding establishments.
I think it is a place to spend the night in a humble way, surely in shared rooms if worth it, as the prices go from 13 to 18 euros approximately and paying that as it is a hostel you can't ask for more than it is, but in a two night stay, costing 155 euros, frankly it's embarrassing.

A crappy Hostel, I would have preferred to pay a little more for better service. First you put a building in the photos as it is modern and NOT. It is an old building, practically all carpeted, the bathrooms were DISGUSTING, I think that has not been cleaned in your life. There's a lot of stairs. No elevator. Breakfast is Cutrísimo, some milk, bread and jam. There are NO alternatives if you are intolerant/allergic to lactose/milk, or if you are diabetic. If you look under the beds there is a lot of dust, the kitchen is also very dirty and the staff is quite unfriendly. The only good thing is that there is kitchen and you can cook.
My recommendation: Spend a little more money and go to a higher quality Hostel even if it is a little farther.

Everything was good. The heater was good. The Wi-Fi connection was good. I felt safe which was my priority and the shower was good. Beside that their breakfast is awesome for a hostel and the staff was very nice & helpful.

That the website is miss leading the photos dose not much the place. The staff was rude and didn’t help us feel safe or happy there. The room TV didn’t have any channel it was just a black screen. The bed was so low you can tell that it was cheap and half broken. No towels in the bedroom or anything that it says online no tea or coffee. Then breakfast time was a joke a box room with 4-5 garden table inside the place and not a lot of food for anyone to get. People knocking on your door in the night running around the hallway drunk adult. The hole trip was a big JOKE no way I will stay again.

The place is situated very near the tube station; which made it really easy for us to access central London and its environs. The staff were delightful and reassuring. Although we were only there for 1 night, I couldn't shake the feeling I got each time I had to use the shared toilets. They weren't being used right. Anyway, for that price, Gallery Hyde Park is clearly above the rest.

It was better than I was expecting, but nothing surprisingly. It looks small at first sight but is kind of big, reasonably comfortable beds and ok breakfast. The good thing is that they have a shared kitchen, the bad thing is that the kitchen is not 24hrs, that probably won't be a problem for you but sometimes you're hungry or can't sleep and want to make a coffee, anyway, nothing that would prevent you from booking it. The staff are great, really kind and always smiling, and after I checked out, they let me use their luggage store until afternoon when I needed to take the tube, that was really helpful. To sum up, I recommend.

The bed was comfortable, the bedding could have been better quality, Softer/warmer, the whole place needs a "lift" renovation, the price is right and helpful for people on low income. I thank you for being there, it would not take much money to improve on the visual of the Gallery, The personnel were professional, friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

Fairly basic hostel with good en-suite facilities in their 4 bed-share room (mixed). Convenient and close to the tube station and across the road from Hyde Park. I would stay there again.

The card machine was broken which meant we had to pay in cash which we were not told. The bathrooms were bad. But the duvet covers were lovely, the positioning was great and the breakfast was fine.

STEER CLEAR of this hostel. Have you ever lived in a freshman college dorm room? This is worse. A few, tiny bathrooms for a huge amount of people. They're absolutely disgusting. Plenty of other good hostels in London. Go there.

We booked a double room 5x more expensive than a place in a dormitory for exactly the same comfort (room on the top floor, not enough bathrooms, beds, bunk instead of a double bed indicated on the advertisement, size of the room similar to a closet) but The staff is very friendly and nice. It is a shame.

The staff and the location are superb. There is especially one really friendly receptionist (big, tall, dark hair — unfortunately I didn't catch his name) who really helped me out. Thank you again if you are reading this :) The breakfast was overall good as well. On the other hand, the smell in the room was unbearable — the window (room 101) was definitely too small for a room of 10 people, so the scent was utterly disgusting. The same smell was also at the reception and in the hallways. Also, you could have more toilets and showers — it would be much easier :)

Super location (close to two subway stations on foot 2 min), but very dilapidated room. Damaged beds, broken bathroom windows.

Easy to find the place and very close to Tube station (Queensway Station). It close to the Hyde Park where I can walk around in the morning. The process of checking in and checking out are very easy and people are very nice. They also have luggage storage for those who arrive before check in time as well and it's free^^.

I thought they dealt with security issues (like dangerous/strange guests) very effectively and I was glad to see that guests have easy access to a fridge and cooking facilities and that there is a nice big bathroom and a TV room. Reception was always willing to help. There was one issue with the key cards which demagnetize fast — but it's not the worst I have seen and reception was always fast to fix it. On the first day they told me if any guy bothers me they will throw him out no questions asked (I had a bad experience at my previous hostel) and I feel that they took the time to make every guest feel welcome. They also had quite low laundry rates — lower then a laundrette. Free washing product, 3 pounds for a machine, 1.5 for the dryer (if I remember correctly). I do feel the place could benefit from more lockers and a security camera facing those as well as a fire alarm system that detects what room the smoke came from so that the smokers who woke everyone up can be found. Overall very very homey atmosphere, good place to make friends but also quiet enough to study. Pretty good Wi-Fi at least where I was. Helpful friendly receptionists. Definitely the hostel I would go back to.

This is a strange one. I was travelling on business and booked the wrong hotel but I loved it. Staff great and fantastic sense of humour. In my youth there was nothing like this. My sons are in that time of travelling and we all worry where they are, whether China, Africa, India etc. I would be very comfortable about their safety and fun in this place. Great place and tempted to revisit my youth again just for the experience. Great restuarants nearby.

The hotel was farily okay. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, but it is definitely not a place to stay for older people. My aunt and uncle struggled getting up to the 4th floor. Also, we could only get 2 not 3 towels, and when we got them they were still moist. If you're a travelling person in you're 20s, it's a good place to stay in London, not otherwise. On the side not though, one of the Australian receptionists was very friendly.

The property is very Central, all transport means are good to reach. The Rest you can forget, but confidently. Unfortunately, the pictures are on the website of the new opening — must be years ago. A toilet per floor is a no-go, since the shower was in it and, therefore, long waiting times emerged. Without hearing protection to sleep in the basement at all possible, street spaces directly in front of the window, staying where it was also at Night very busy next door. No secure storage for Luggage, etc. And only a few Mini-Safes for valuables. Thus, the empty beds will be used as a shelf, and a bed is free and self-refer — that other Hostels can be better! Breakfast I could not use, eight was too late for me. I don't know why the Toast and Butter and not seven put — is can but the same staff of eight. Very clean is also, supplies in the bathroom were Refilled. This was the second Bankruptcy of a Hostel in London. Look around in other cities — Manchester or Edinburgh I can only recommend, which are also cheaper.

Pros: Great location, the breakfast is free and enough for some hours, the staff is so friendly. To improve: There is not enough security at the entrance. Leave the kitchen at 10 even if you have not finished your breakfast is not so comfortable, I understand it's because the staff should clean. The bed is too old and you can feel the springs.

I had a fantastic time at the Gallery Hyde Park hostel, the facilities were clean and a fan was provided to the room I stayed in on those few hot days. I'd just like to mention that the friendly staff member, Ashur, was an absolute highlight. He was warm and friendly in the breakfast sessions and he really brightened up my stay. I would recommend for friends to stay in this hostel mostly because of him and the positive vibe he brought to the hostel.

I never leave bad reviews. But this is by far the worst Hostel I have stay in. And I been to several in several different countries. There was a Rat in the kitchen at night! The place should be shout down, its not clean at all. Carpets are full of dirty, the bathrooms are smelly and don't have ventilation system. The rooms don't have a fan and windows open for just a bit. And don't get me start on the mattress, rather sleep on the street that on that again. Really noisy place and not security, anyone can enter and take your bag and they wouldn't notice. Trust me the location doesn't worth you staying there.

The location is perfect but the hostel is the worst I have ever been to, the mattress if you can call it so they are basically springs that you pin while you try to sleep. Carpets dirty, not clean, don't put toilet paper in the bathroom, have no ventilation and have a foul smell. There is not even a fan and the windows do not open up up everything. And if there was something more mice in the kitchen! A disaster! Do not go to this place because it is a scam.

I have not been to a hostel in London before so for my first time I think was a good one to go to. I stayed for 5 nights in total and it was very good value. Free tea, cereal and toast every morning which was lovely with a wide selection of spreads for the toast. Disappointed with the lack of working showers/bathrooms as one shower was cold and one didn't work at all! I had to wait a while to use one and that was at 130am! Staff were kind as they were fine about me checking out a bit late. Reasonably clean although bathroom floors were a bit wet/dirty and sometimes no loo roll in toilets. Would give 3.5/5 but no option on here to do so. Very good location though and not far from attractions, city centre etc. And Tesco/Sainsbury nearby for essentials.

As I entered the hostel (the entrance of which is not obvious, with no sign pointing to reception etc), a guest trying to get into the luggage store pulled the handle of the door — which stayed off the two days I was there. That set the tone for my stay really. I checked in and there was no guidance as to where different things were in the hostel, facilities available etc. I found my room and a bed. There were no curtains on the windows. The room was stuffy because only window opened. There were no leaflets, promotions about staying in London — no offers on bus tours etc, that I have seen at almost every other hostel I stayed at. The showers were all broken and there were not enough for the number of people staying at the hostel — no toilet in the toilets. There are mice in the kitchen. I mentioned it to one of the staff who obviously new about — just saying they were 'persistent bastards. The local of the hostel is great. But so much more could be made of it by having friendly staff (the ones I saw where more interested in having parties and good times themselves rather than running the hostel), and repairing things like shower heads etc.

The hostel is in a convenient location. It is next to a subway station and many bus routes. Good for travelling all over London. If you like walking then it's not too far away from main attractions like Big Ben or London Tower. There's a grocery store near by ideal when you want to save on food by avoiding restaurants. The hostel has a kitchen, equiped with 2 ovens, microwave etc for your cooking needs. I stayed in an 8 dorm room. It was clean, almost each bed had their own outlets with usb attachments. Mattresses were mostly comfortable, not too well padded. The hostel had lockers to store valuables. Staff were friendly. The bathrooms were a little cramped. Through my stay I didn't have to wait to use one. Though that might be different if there were more occupants. Good spot for a budget. Would stay again.

Very good location, close to Hyde Park, away from the center but very good connection with public transport.

The room smelled bad, had no ventilation or natural light.

Recently stayed here from California. Gallery Hyde park has a great location, 5 minutes from the underground and minutes walk to Hyde park. The staff is very helpful and friendly, probs to Larissa and Leon (new receptionist), both welcome us with open arms. There is no age restriction to staying here so adults are welcomed haha. The overall vibe is cool, liked how reception is open 24 hrs. Definitely would recommend this place! ✌️

Location is excellent. Close by to 2 metros, 2 grocery stores and many restaurants. Walking distance to several areas.

Cute place, expectedly small for the price but it's a nice location so it's worth it.

The atmosphere is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really promote inaction between people. The building is a bit old but in general it was great to be there.

The location of the Hostel is excellent, close to Bayswater and Queensway underground stations, geting you access to Central, District and Circle lines. It is also close to the Kensington Park, a nice place to walk in the morning. There are various takeaways and supermarkets nearby. Room access w/ card, luggage room and lockers. Mattress and pillow were OK, but the bed did quite a lot of noise when you moved, which is kind of a problem in a 10bed room. Shower w/ mouldy curtains, not so clean.

Great place, very well connected with the district and central lines both within 5 mins walking distance. Hyde Park is 2 mins away too. Free breakfast service every morning! life saver! The best part though is that all the staff are super friendly and always happy to help, even giving me an extra duvet when I asked. My one gripe is that the Wi-Fi is patchy and slow. I was told that it is soon being replaced though so happy days. Looking forward to staying here again :)

The hostel was located very strategically between Queensway and Bayswater station. The toilet and rooms were quite clean with sufficient hangers in the toilet. In terms of the room itself though, we felt that the floors creaked too much from people's footsteps above. The beds also squeaked a lot every time someone turned their body. We also had to climb up many flights of stairs to reach our room which was quite tiring so please request for the lower floors if need be. Breakfast was good with a variety of cereals and toasts for us to choose from. Lastly, the staffs were all very kind and helped out where needed.
