Nice hotel, close to beach, very nice staff, nice pool, not so nice restaurant, and the airco in the room was so-so.

Hotel and very friendly environment. Very clean hotel. I would put a 10/10 to the staff very available and always smiling (it's natural and not forced) room service servers and animators. Thank you to them for this much appreciated holiday week at The River Palace.

Today I made the cardiological visit, I was satisfied, I noticed the professionalism and sensitivity of the staff of Policlinico Agostino Gemelli… everything OK.

We are two boys of twenty years, not being used to leave negative reviews to the contrary. Unfortunately, in this case not to do so would have been an offense to all the other hotels that are crucified for minimum care. We wanted to stay for the night, we arrived, and we have laid the suitcases there was immediately commanded to pay, we believe howit usually do, to pay, on the day after we asked if it would be a problem, there was said no, we left the same evening, and went dancing, we went back at 4 in the morning, upon entering the hotel, we were forced to pay again, we having been thought to have resolved the situation before quitting, as has been said, we didn't know how to pay because the money we would have taken the day after, we are literally hunted is forced given the time and the place, to return to Rome, alticci and unprepared. After that the hotel does not reflect the surreal image that they wish to give on the photos shown, in our room we found used toilet paper in the bathroom and in the mini frizzer completely empty, a small bottle of water in the middle. A real crap hotel, clean but especially the staff! And it speaks to a girl owner of a hotel in Sardinia a 5-star, and that little something it understands.

A nice hotel, a clean room and with decent airconditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was excellent, only a few dishes, but the once we tried where outstanding! would have given the restaurant five stars!

Awful place I ever see. No free internet. No water in shower. Small room.

Very nice hotel. Rooms a bit dated… great breakfast… quiet place. Decent staff. Nice pool and garden with games corner.

Food is really good, but Wi-Fi costs €5 per day. What's more, it's available on the ground floor only. Really nice otherwise, however the remote location means a short stay or commuting via rental car.

Nice place, very quiet and informal. Staff very friendly and trained, food great to start from breakfast, stay definitely to repeat.

The hotel is really top notch. We had a great week the staff are lovely attentive and pleasant I would say even more friendly and friendly. The cuisine offered by the chef is minute and delicious. At the river palace hotel the words fare niente and dolce vita make perfect sense.

318 room shabby I dare say, with noises that you won't know where to prevent … I asked reception the changing room but I was granted despite there were free rooms … not recommended.

Prices too high for the location; half board included, Sin had not specified that the drinks were not included! I wasn't very happy, but the staff was friendly, except a waitress who, during dinner, broke out laughing and we wanted to explain why.

We stayed there last summer and I have to say we had a good time. Simple but very clean and well taken care of. Very professional staff in all areas. About 100 meters from the beach and with large free parking. Larger than average rooms and shower rooms, new and very clean. There is also a large swimming pool. A bit far from the Center. But you can enjoy a fantastic summer chaos city isolating themselves from tranquility.

The overall score is hostel has no right of stars. Absolutely not suitable for families with children.
Staff — careless and forgetful. Especially warm and Julia. Tried to avoid contact with her.

Restaurant, Bar — only used Breakfast cereal with milk, bread, cheese, salami, yoghurt, pastries, coffee machines-tea. All. Every day.

We had booked for three days but we had to get away for rubbish that was there. We are ruimasti a night. Go figure: dirty sheets and towels, hot outrageous (I had a shower with slippers) on the Pillow I put my towel (glad I brought).
