Worst hotel I have ever seen and I've been in India! The shower drain was clogged and it flooded the room we were stepping in water and the administration didn't care they didn't change room or gave us any discount they told us not to use the shower in our room and use a public one downstairs. It was a horible experience.

I put a star because no choice but it's worth zero!
Room tiny, dirty (rest of hair, poorly cleaned toilets, crumbs on the carpet) we could not even shower so disgusted!
€120 night we must not mess! It's a scandal!
I recommend it to anyone! Really do not.

Great hotel for this price. Previous reviews probably forgotten how much cost are their room. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

Got charged twice and they told it will take 7-30 days to get the money back Nowhere near a tube and staff have no idea about local area Breakfast was a joke do not go here if you can help it.

Checked in to day and had to pay again we thought we had paid when booked. Chap on receptiin very hostile and was more interesred in playing on his mobile phone. We were wet and needed to dry out but no heating on and another residant was complaining about the same. We asked if heating could be sorted out and we were told 10 minutes but 1 hour later it was the same so we went out to get worm and dry out. We arived back at 7pm a differant chap on reception we gave him our complaints and with in 30 min we were sorted he was a good ambasider and a credut for this hotel.

Got change of room and showers either cold or too hot. This hotel was very bad. Service was very poor right from the start. Although they gave us the highest price for a double room, the room was very basic, I can't imagine a more basic one. I had to ask for receipt and breakfast consisted of toast and cereals. Not recommended at all.

Got transferred from another nearbye hotel that was too full and this place was awful we were put into a basment room which was just a hole bascially which outside has an open drain which stunk, we booked a twin room with ensuite and we got a double with a shard bathroom with 3 other rooms, staff didnt give us a receipt and breakfast was minimal and staff didnt speak english, got little sleep. Wouldnt recommend it.
