Very well located between Paddington and Hyde Park, very well visit London. Small apartment with kitchen. Tasteful. A small bed (1.90-1.40) and a convertible (for my part comfort average mattress).

Really nice apartment just what we wanted. Beds so comfy and staff amazing.

Don't do it rooms are so small and run down. The shower door was broken and the shower thermastat was broken ans eaa so hot I had to get my husband to adjust it as it was almost impossiblr to mivd. Itooked clean but smelled like a damp kitchen cloth urrgh!

Down stair apartment for 5 persons was not so good.

Great accomodation for a good price, nice neighbourhood too.

There was a mistake in the reservation and we touched the basement room, it looked like you were going to the cellar of the house. You would hear all the noises from the neighbors and the Wi-Fi reception was very bad. The view, a dividing wall and a small staircase. Very small bathroom and the "housekeeping" left a lot to be desired. Yes.

I stayed for 4 nights. I am coming often to London and especially I choose neighbourhoods near to the center. This accommodation is the best! Clean rooms — warm and quite. I love it. Thanks for everything. I recommended. See u soon.

Unsanitary Housing!

Did not stay at these apartments but this serves as the reception for other properties that this company owns — notably the Paddington Apartments at 9, Talbot Square. Very pleasant receptionist (will not mention name publicly) and they offer a free taxi service for the number of passengers checked in at the hotel (although I did not require this service it may appeal to many others)

My family came to London for a 24hr stop over before heading to Croatia. The rooms are nothing as described. Dirty with ratty furniture. Not to mention the staff which could care less to help with any enquiry. We promptly checked out and got great value at the Novotel up the road. Did even offer a refund. If I could give zero stars l would. Avoid like the plague at all costs. There are much better for the same money.

Absolutely disgusting! Rude staff. We were in apartment 3 on the lower level as soon as you entered stairwell there was a disgusting smell when we opened the door to our apartment it had a foul smell and it was disgusting inside. We checked out a few hours later as the smell was unbearable. The hotel denied us a refund because we checked in although we were only there for a couple of hours we did not sleep there. They are pathetic we were treated very poorly, I would never recommend this to anyone. Stay Away!

Excellent value for money base when visiting London. Two bedroom apartments come with balcony. Minutes from the park.

Although I couldn't find my room as it was very out of the way, my stay here was great. Small room but had everything I needed.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the bad reviews on this place. We have had great service from the staff. The apartment is well equipped and anything we have needed the staff has provided. The bed was not real comfortable, I mentioned it to the staff, we flipped the mattress, put two duvets on it and have slept great ever since. The location is exceptional being right across the street from Hyde Park, so close to two underground stations, and the next street over has wonderful restaurants and grocery stores.

This is the worst and most disappointing place ever ruined my surprise for my daughters 10th service awful they had no clue I sent a package of decorations signed for but nothing there! I ordered food for room for our arrival nothing there up graded to top suite it was so dirty we didn't even stay in a lovely hotel now.

Our room was perfect for our needs, somewhere to kip after a long day walking round London, slept like a log. Not sure that executive is an accurate description, the room was a bit tatty and we did have to request another pillow each and a second mug for the room… which we got but overall it was a good bolthole in London, good location and would stay again.

The staff were really rude and the 'free internet' only exists in the lobby. The television only gets 2 channels, and there were dents and cracks all over the walls and doors. This is not worth the money. You do not get any amenities. The location is fine.

The room was small and cheaply decorated. The free Wi-Fi advertised only exists in the lobby. The staff were frìendly enough and the location and proximity to Kensington Gardens was fine as was the small but adequate en-suite. The TV only had 2 channels (don't ask me what they were) and the general amenities were substandard. Would not reccommend as not worth £100 a night. Half that would have been good value.

The appartments on the website are not the appartments you are going to.

I found myself very well. Studio without carpet! very clean and bright. Great price for what I got.

Just for 1 night hotel disgusting smells in hotel room and very noisy by other room. Only for room was not bad but smell and noise makes me very uncomfortable.

The images on the Web site are counties away from reality. We were allocated a small room with a less than adequate bed, a view of bricks from the window and a rather dilapidated room. Perfectly adequate but far from executive.

To be quite honest I am usually a very generous critic, but I am sorry to say our brief encounter with this hotel was appalling. Upon arriving very late at 11pm, the receptionist suspiciously told us "if you would already like to switch rooms tomorrow morning, it is not a problem". As we made our way to the room we soon found out why this comment was made, the condition of the room was in such a bad state that we insisted to be moved (there was mud on the floors, a hole in the wall, boot prints on the bed, and the toilet was broken). After a discussion the hotel agreed to move us to another room, however this would be in their sister hotel as there was no other space in this hotel. A taxi was called to pick us up, only for the taxi to bring us to the wrong address given to him by the hotel. Will most certainly not be booking again, stay away.

The best thing is its cleanliness and proximity to the circular line of the metro. Staff decent.

Great location, decent rooms, half-decent cleanliness. However, we were extremely disappointed by this place. Our assigned room, a smallish studio, did not correspond at all with the "Medium Luxury Suite" that we had reserved five months earlier. We were assigned a rather dark room with no wall posters/photos, no chairs and no cut flowers, as opposed to the website presentation. There were also surprisingly much noise from slamming doors in the hallways. When we asked about this at the arrival, we were told by the manager that they actually had no suites at all and that all rooms were studios. And he confirmed that we had been assigned the correct room. All in all this reservation turned out to be a huge disappointment, since we had been looking forward to a bit of comfort and luxury during our five day stay in London. The price of the room would actually be close to okay if we had known what we would get. A very mediocre hotel, and we regard the website a scam.

You are missing more carefully, just for sleeping and bathing is not to be in the hotel, it is what you pay for the price, in general this well.

Nice to have a kitchen. Got the real British taste from the trip.

At first glance, this hotel makes a good impression. Very well from the subway to reach close to a good Pub. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby looks also pretty neat. Then we had to fight until us through a maze of corridors to get to our room which was in the cellar. From other rooms you had insight on our Chamber at any time, luckily there was a curtain. Cutlery, kettle and microwave there also. The bed of crisp 1, 20 m wide (if at all), hard as stone and a pillow which go through as a cupboard could be. Back to the lobby we walk the path in the blind, because the signs missing via elevator, which has its best days behind itself. All in all not be money value.
PS: Wi-Fi wasn't in there.

I'm not normally one to complain about poor quality service, often put it down to the staff just having a bad day. But I have never in my life witnessed the likes of this. I booked this accommodation through a booking site online, but for personal reasons had to cancel it. So I rang the accommodation directly to do so. I was told by the lady on the phone that she would cancel it for me and that there would be no charge. I rang the next day to confirm this and was told again that there would be no charge. The hotel have since charged my card for a no show fee. I rang them to query this, and they said I should have cancelled through the booking agent, when I told them that I cancelled with themselves, they denied this and said any one of their staff would have told me to cancel with the agent. In the two times I spoke to them prior to this nobody mentioned this to me. They said they would investigate this and if they could find out who said they would cancel it then they would refund me. Having heard nothing back from them, I rang and neither of them would speak to me, they told me to email their manager. His response was this ; "Dear Mr Griffin, Thank you for contacting Hyde Park Executive Apartments regarding your recent reservation with us. I have spoken with the two front office agents that were working here on Tuesday 1st July, and I am afraid none of them recalls speaking with you on that date. Do you recall by any chance who did you speak with?

Good location but if you are taller than 180 cm you will likely sleep with your feet outside of the bead and showering will be like standing in the rain :) The booking show that you will get a big discount but really the price is to high for the standard that you get. It's a two star apartment hotel with internet access in the lobby.

These apartments are perfectly ok for a short stay in London. They are clean, the location is good and well priced. They are advertised as 4 star but I would say really 2 star. The bed was comfortable there is a modern shower room and there is a TV and small wardrobe and kitchenette. Only drawback was pillows are very hard and it is very warm. The location is great and staff were very helpful.

Terrible internet! I paid extra to have a room where internet would be available in the room. I stayed for 1 week and the internet never worked. I had to use the lobby internet which only worked 3 of the days that I stayed. I was told to go to the hostel nearby to use the internet. I stayed in the newly renovated section of the apartments, so it was clean. It was VERY small and there is no air conditioning. Windows will have to be left up. There is no fan provided. There are no extras.

Living here for work in the past 5 months — it's a perfect location: 2 minutes walk from the 2 most useful tubes (queensway for the central line and bayswater for circle\district) one station away from Paddington, plenty of restaurants, starbucks, a mall, cinema, 4 launderettes, various shops, major banks and 4 supermarkets — all within a 5 minutes walk. 200 meters away from Hyde park (! ) The front desk team is very nice and helpful, maintenance is very responsive. My only complaints would be that the bed is really too small for two adults, and a bit more apartment furnishing options would be very nice.
