Excellent hotel! It is close to two underground stations plus many bus routes. It is tucked away from the busy areas so it is nice and quiet but a quick walk to all the shops and eateries near by. The breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed first thing in the morning; if you are expecting a full English breakfast, there are plenty of pubs in the area for it. The room was fabulous, very clean and modern, including the bathroom. We've stayed in many hotels in London over the years and I am happy to have finally found one that we can return to again and again.

Was in London for carnival hotel great location small clean room with bathroom excellent breakfast and friendly staff. And good price. All I needed on my 4 night stay. Have recommended to many of my international friends coming for carnival 2019. Lots of other carnival people in the house so lovely atmosphere and vibe. Top marks fro me. Will be back next year c u then.

Great location, quiet, very clean, but a tiny single bed room with separate bathroom. Admittedly, I ordered a single bed room but didn't expect to go down the stairs. But the price of £55 (room only) is fair enough. It's near Bayswater (District and Circle line) and Queensway (Central line) tube stations. I'd certainly come back here.

Nice staff. Small rooms. The sound insulation wasn't good. I can hear people from other rooms.

Had a 2 night stay in July for my daughters graduation the hotel is in a great location central for all the sights, set in a lovely street. The hotel room was lovely very modern, clean and ample space with tea and coffee available. Breakfast was nice choice of cereal, toast and fruit and plenty of tea and coffee. Staff were welcoming helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great location-close to 2 UBahnstationen, freshly refurbished, good service & cleanliness. Unbeatable price! Breakfast not bad. Were the second time there and come back.

Spacious modern and clean room. Spacious bathroom. They cleaned our room every day and they provided clean towels every day. One disadvantage was the breakfast because there was no variety and the room was small. But I wouldn expect more for this price.

The location of the hotel is super. The hotel is nice as well as the staff. Breakfast is included in the price and is simple but good, imo. I requested a single room. The size of the room was perfect for me, it was equipped with basic but functional accessories and furnishings. I didn't enjoy two things. First, my room was downstairs on the corridor to the breakfast room. This meant no chance to sleep starting from 7:30. Second, the bathroom was basically a cabin very tiny, not proper for a 180-cm-woman. Very difficult to move, no plug for hairdryer, rusty toilet paper holder… to name a few cons. The overall experience has been ok but not completely satisfying.

A very good value for money. Buffet breakfast is simple and sufficient. Well located near a main street of the neighborhood, 5 min from Bayswater metro station. As a paste would say that the concierges who touched us in our stay quite "dry" to put it mildly, one that used to be at night especially super nice and familiar with guests who spoke their language (and it was not English) and others did not give us the good Days (I literally did not answer the Good Morning). Also at dawn of the first night I found a spot under the pillow that was obviously already there, which communicated at reception and took 2 days to change the sheets (to the second notice) …

Small hotel in nothing Hill, make sure you have rooms on the upper floors, breakfast just enough l, rooms not too small, good value for money.

Small but cozy rooms, windows overlook the inner courtyard. Some rooms have a private bathroom outside the floor. The breakfast was very good. But the Bayswater Metro station and bus stops are within walking distance. Near the street with a lot of restaurants for every taste and souvenir shops.

Great location. We were able to walk to most places in London. And it's fairly close to the station. They prohibit people from taking breakfast outside their dining room, which I thought was a bit too strict. We got our room for pretty cheap. But it was also the tiniest room we've stayed in. It worked for us because we barely stayed in the room, but just a caption to those who want to do what we did. The bathroom door was tricky to open because it almost touched the bed, and would also block the "hallway".

Looks brilliant after its refurbishment. A great base to explore London. A few little points, TV didn't work on check in and no rooms to swap into that wouldn't mean swapping again, rooms were boiling, this was mid February and we had to have our sash window literally all the way open all night. The staff were lovely throughout with the exception of the older man who checked us out, he was rude, ignored me when I spoke to him and wouldn't even look at me. We would stay again.

That's right. The bathroom in our room a little small but cozy in general. It is well connected and a street of shops and restaurants.

You get more than you pay for it is clean, and we'll managed. If you opt in for the breakfast it is in a well renovated quite beautiful common room with a well put out continental breakfast. My room was completely up to date and modern. Very small but I booked a single room for one and at their prices I could hardly complain.

The hotel itself is really nice, typically English but the reception has somewhat chilled… We had disturbed Sir visibly… Fortunately the morning reception was much more cheerful and friendly. The reception at breakfast was also quite cold, lack of smile and breakfast in itself is sketchy, just the necessary.

The location is good. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Located near Kensington Park and Hyde Park, it is a 30-minute walk from Buckingham Palace and 45 min from the British Museum. The rooms are small but sufficient for two people. The beds are comfortable but small. The bathroom is nice but very little pressure in the shower the breakfast is ok. It is a small buffet composed of bread, eggs, cereals, yoghurts, apple juice and orange juice and coffee or tea. The staff were pleasant and unpleasant; It all depends on who is your interlocutor…

For its price it was ok, in the room under the stairs and it got a bit too warm. Clean enough and formwhat we needed it was fine.

Nice room, good location and quiet.

Even though the room was spacious, our sheets had stains and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The receptionist didn't believe us when we confronted him but he finally agreed to give us new sheets that we had to change ourselves. The receptionist was very disrespectful and arrogant and the rooms reeked of chlorine.

Very good place to sleep, relatively cheap and very close to a metro station. The breakfast was very good.

Great hotel! Clean rooms, excellent staff, and fantastic location (just a 5 minute walk from the Bayswater Tube station) make this a great option in central London. The staff are also very helpful and were happy to answer questions I had about nearby restaurants. The price, however, seals the deal. Will absolutely be booking here next time I'm in the Capital.

Hotel with a good location procje the Metro. Good reception But I was disappointed not to have English breakfast at the hotel as well as the European breakfast that I found at the height of a hotel Ibis budget 2 stars where there was really not much.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff.

Pretty basic and small hotel room but generally clean and on a nice garden square. Room temperature control so that made me happy. Didn't try the breakfast as I fast daily until 12pm. Would probably stay again if the price was right.

Very charming, quiet place. Lovely reception area with coffee, hot chocolate, tea on tap.

Pretty bad experience at this hotel, very old, unfashionable and unpleasant staff. Tiny rooms, do not suitable for sleep. Notting Hill is such a lovely place, you can go to many beautiful and cool hotels in the area, do avoid this one.

Nice and clean. Reasonably priced with free continental breakfast. Only complaint is the lack of parking. In which I meen no parking.

Toilets broke. No air con or even a fan. Breakfast consisted of hot bread — rationed to 2 slices per person — and cheap cereal. Workmen working early in morning with no prior warning. Lift broke.

Hotel was in a good location. 5 minute walk from the underground station. Walking distances to dozens of restaurants. Staff was very friendly. They serve free tea and coffee in the lobby. We arrived early and our rooms were ready so they held on to our bags for a few hours. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a good hotel, at a very reasonable price, Metro stop a 3 minute walk, in a lively area with many little restaurants and little shops.

A cute hotel in full English style, low prices and very kind staff. A Stone's throw from Bayswater subway and many great places for dinner or lunch.

Cozy London hotel in historic building with a few steps: Two underground lines, variety of ethnic and fast food restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, supermarkets, small shops and bike rental. Room and bathroom a little small but central London is almost always so. I'm definitely coming back.

This is a great place to stay, okay rooms, a bit small bathrooms, but you are not staying in there so that doesnt matter. Really Nice staff, fine breakfeast, nok bacon and eggs but the same Stuff you would have at home + they are so kind and serv the freasly toasted bread, thea, coffey and hot cocoa at the table — We would stay here anytime

Bathrooms could be bigger other than that I'm happy with my room.

If there were no stars thats what they would get. Room was below ground broom closet. No help from staff. I left.

Very nice staff, Dmall room but clean, and a comfortable bed. Basic and good continental breakfast. Love the location.
