It's above average if you look at hotels with similar prices, but it's deficient like all hotels in London, unless you want to pay 300 euros per night. The dryer that cannot be removed from the cabinet is uncomfortable. The bed could be more comfortable.

Clean room. Clean bathroom. Fluffy white towels. Nice breakfast included. The thing holding me giving 5 star is the small elevator.

We paid £180 for one night and found an unpleasant smell in the room. It's good that we were tired and we went to sleep quickly, because it would be a hard night.

Excellent hotel. Really clean and updated bathroom (small though), room was pretty sizable for London, bed was comfortable, 24 staff at lobby, about 6 min walk to the underground, they give you water on check in and check out is at noon which is nice. The area has some good food a few blocks away. Would go there again.

Excellent: Breakfast has hot food, room clean, daily cleaning, near the subway, in London, the CP value is high, check out the luggage without money: small rooms, Wi-Fi slow.

Stay away! In my check in on july 27 I informed the reception there was no a/c remote control in my room. The girl told me to press the button on the equipment. I was doing like this for 4 days. Every day they were cleaning my room and in my check out nobody told me anything. When I left UK they deducted money from my card. Even worse: 100 pounds for a 10 pounds remote control!

What a fantastic weekend spot to stay at. Great hotel lovely presented rooms. Plenty of food for Continental breakfast. Close to Queensway tube station on the Central Line and Bayswater tube station on ťhe the District and Circle line. Wil definitely be booking here again…

Nice place. Clean, close to two tube station, nice staff (expecially Roxana). Large bathroom and shower, not so common in London…

Comfortable and conveniently located.

Enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is in a great location. Close to two tube stations in zone 1 so nice and cheap to travel to. Cosy modern and clean. Very impressed with the breakfast too, staff constantly checking to make sure it's all fresh and always refilling.

A nice small hotel, clean and nice rooms, good beds and the breakfast is good for what you pay for. Helpful staff! So I do recommend this hotel! And the location is fine, close to stations Queensway, Bayswater & Paddington.

Clean and close to Metro.

Good price and very good position, near 2 subways and Hyde Park. Room is small, clean, no frigobar, no tube and a bit noisy since you can hear almost everything. They gave a room in the basement near the breakfast room, which is a bit noisy in the morning.

Basic but comfortable. Breakfast room rather crowded but bedrooms good. Good location for Hyde Park. Room windows sealed shut so have to rely on air con.

Two steps from Hyde Park, clean rooms although a little 'small, great breakfast!

I wouldn't write this review but they threw away my stuff which are left behind without noticing me and honestly had a fun over my complain over the phone. 500ml (£18) Molton Brown went to bin as they explained because it's bathroom accessories. As a customer service they done on "half star" — just saying sorry is not what you expect to hear in this situation. And during check in they try to let me in to the room with fresh smell of decoration done. On my opinion if it's a budget hotel it doesn't give them right to ignore responsibility and customers service.

Excellent location near 2 underground stations, and just above hyde park easily in walking distance of quite afew places for sightseeing. Room space was a bit lacking and the facilities mediocre though.

To go as a couple to see London and be able to relax in the evenings, as well as see a movie in the great bed. The excellent location and great furniture. We were surprised that up to the vessels were from IKEA. Very good cleaning service and also very good mattress. We had the room of the basement facing the courtyard, it was good to get out at 8 in the morning to see how it was the day. We had plenty of light and a large store to be able to sleep requetebien :).

I got viciously bitten by bed bugs for the past two nights. They take the money up front. But they responded quickly moved me to another room, that was infested by cockroaches. Now they have moved me next door. Even though they are trying to deal with this I suspect the whole building is infested. This is a shame because otherwise this could be quite a nice place. Right now, wait until they've dealt with this before booking here. I'm still in pain from the bites.

Hotel renovated in 2010 with IKEA furniture. The one clean and tidy. Employees without serious and respectful. Breakfast although it is poor is nutritious. The Wi-Fi nothing works well at 39 suites, you have to go to hotel 43 where there is good coverage of Internet. You repeat without thinking twice.

Excellent location, quite pleasant hotel. Very clean, but tiny rooms and bathrooms (great shower though). Breakfast is good, but with little variation. One major setback: the neighbouring hotel is a backpackers place, and extremely noisy.
