What an amazing stay we had last week! The staff are what makes this hotel, they are so nice & helpful & nothing is a problem. Check in was so smooth, a glass of Champagne on arrival and what was so nice is they message prior to arrival to ask your eta so there are no strict check in times etc which is perfect. We stayed in an Executive King Room which was a great size for two. The bed was SO comfortable, in fact we didn’t want to get out of it! We had canapés in the evening and next time we come we aren’t going to bother going out we will just sit in the Lounge, drink cocktails, eat canapés and talk to Stephen! The turn down service with the chocolates were extra special, you feel like royalty from the minute you step into this hotel. They will call taxis for you and book tables in restaurants. Plunder pantry is perfect for those who don’t want to eat after the theatre & the ice cream was lovely. After sleeping so well we went for breakfast, again what’s nice is nothing is rushed it’s served till late. A great choice on the menu & food was perfect. The smell in the hotel is amazing and you can purchase the fragrance which I did. We can’t wait to come again, this time it will be for two nights. Best hotel ever!

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, the added extra sparkle for each guest is above and beyond and creates memories you cannot forget. Would recommend all to stay here as the whole stay from entering the door to finally checking out was second to none. 5* experience all round. Would love to return for my next birthday Dec 2020, they make it so special.

Had an amazing stay with my family to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday, great location and very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us, lots of little touches made this a very special occasion.

We had a wonderful time here this weekend. The atmosphere was great with it being the first day back open following the relaxation of lockdown. The service is wonderful — warm smiling immaculately presented staff offering a really imaginative and thoughtful experience. Each of the staff we met was brimming with enthusiasm and genuinely seemed to just love the hotel. It is easy to see why as it is quirky, unique and delightful — its sheer consistency of style is just a joy. As is the constant complimentary food — we played Plunder the Pantry and everything I ate was just exceptional (I have never been more excited by a green salad! ) We stayed in the Conservatory Suite — the option to flood your room with daylight and the cute mezzanine layout were amazing but we particularly enjoyed sipping their excellent champagne in the jacuzzi bath! We will go back some time to see the stars. on covid safety: the hotel has taken a number of innovative steps to change its offering around to protect social distancing (for example the buffet is now made to order). All areas are residents only. Items like pens and remote controls were specifically labelled as being disinfected so you had a bit of comfort that you weren't the 5th person handling the item. The staff were wearing perspex shields and you could still see and hear them just fine.

This is only my 1st night out of 3 and I have been amazed at the excellent experience. It was pouring rain on arrival from a delayed flight from the U. S. Our room was ready early, the service and attention from the staff was beyond welcoming, and the attention to detail was exceptional. This hotel has raised my standards to a point that I believe will never be beat. Orshi and Enric as well as the other staff are a wonderful asset to this establishment!

Fab hotel luxurious but without pretentiousness.

My partner brought me here for 28th birthday, 2 months after we met. It was magical. We are now back for my 32nd birthday, it is still as wonderful as we remember! It truly is our very special place. The staff are very friendly, kind and obliging. The hotel itself is luxurious but not intimidating, I’m sure everyone would fee as welcome as we do.

I have traveled extensively and I can say, without a doubt, this was the most pleasant and accommodating hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was beyond anything I could have anticipated. The building itself is lovely and looks exactly like what an American tourist expects London to look like. Our stay was delightful in every way. Every time we come to London, we intend to stay here.

The fabulous roof top bar over looking Buckingham Palace Mews. Very friendly helpful staff could not do enough. Food excellent, loved the all day buffet very handy to get a quick bite to to eat.

The staff are professional, funny, sweet and REAL. The employees will do anything to make a guest's experience pleasant and memorable. The little bits that the staff share of themselves reaffirm that the world is still a good place. Don't come here if you dislike great food, great service and a comfortable bed. The snack buffet is amazing and varied with healthy options. The managers are top-notch and graciously offered to put the World Cup on for the sports lovers. It was great fun gathering around and cheering for England in this typically hushed library setting. Doorman Max from San Francisco was a special favorite. Hotel 41, don't change a thing.

We LOVED dining and stopping by the executive lounge for breakfast or tea on our way out. By far the best part of our stay was the staff and the service. It felt like we always had our own private help whenever we needed it, and they went above and beyond with thoughtful gifts, directions, and arrangements for our trip to London. My wife and I left feeling like we were saying goodbye to family. Absolutely recommend them.

We had a lovely stay here for our wedding anniversary. As it was a special occasion they upgraded our room and surprised us with a cake. The level of customer service is excellent and the rooms very tastefully furnished. The refreshments on offer in the lounge area are very good quality and it was a very nice place to chill out after a busy day in London.

Amazing hotel, we stayed in the Conservatory Suite, where in top floor of the room we had glass ceiling to see the stars before we sleep :D and the lower floor of the room our own fire place. Our friends visited us few times during our stay, and staff were very helpful & friendly, we enjoyed talking with them.

What a wonderful hotel and a wonderful experience! The service at this hotel is outstanding, even exemplary! I have never been treated so well and been made to feel like a valued guest in any hotel anywhere. I was most surprised that the staff actually gets to know you and how well they anticipate your needs. I was also surprised that each day we came back to our room after turn down we were delighted by some simple but brilliant touches. The complimentary pantry is fantastic for a late night bite and a night cap. This beautiful hotel is located near Victoria Station. It has excellent transit access, and is within walking distance of a few prominent London attractions. I read a few negative reviews on another site and my sense is that these reviews were made by people who haven't experienced this type and level of service (which isn't for everyone). This is an old hotel and it has the quirks of one. You can't expect perfection in the surroundings because of its age but if you appreciate beautiful old buildings you'll find it wonderful. It's extremely well kept up. Service here is uncompromising and personal — which some may feel is intrusive especially compared to the lack of attention afforded in most American hotels. If you prefer to be an anonymous guest, the staff is very respectful but you'll never be treated like a number here. This place is old school (in the very best way).

Hotel 41 was incredible! We chose it for its authenticity and location to Buckingham palace (very close). We fell in love with the exceptional service, food and professionalism the staff exuded. They exceed all expectations of a hotel. It truly was a home away from home, but better!

We stayed here in the Monarch suite for an anniversary and had a wonderful night. All the staff were very attentive and the hotel is in a great location. Very tasty room service and a nice evening buffet supplied by the hotel. Highly recommended if you want to stay in London.

Amazing service but also friendly. We felt very much at home here which you don't always feel at a hotel. Nothing was any trouble or too much to ask. Rooms are very comfortable, especially the bed, but also very beautiful. Could not ask for a better location either. I will never stay anywhere else in London after staying here.

Stayed 3 night. Concierge v polite, helpful, executive lounge — v good. Corridor very narrow on 5 floor. Enormous non stop noice from walking people in corridor. Wasn't quite relaxing. Extimely Busy road. Good location.

Com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around… Exceptional service and exceptional care and exceptional food. I would rather give them 6 stars, immensely enjoyed my stay at Hotel 41. If I will visit London again, I will only stay at Hotel 41.

I would seriously question any of the reviews on here's that are less than 5 stars and I'd simply ignore any that were 3 star or below. Hotel 41, without a doubt, offers the most amazing hotel experience you'll ever find. The level of service and attention to detail from all the staff (who were excellent) was incredible. From the moment you walk in the foyer to the moment you leave and the door closes behind you, you're made to feel special by each and every member of staff. …Quite literally, nothing is too much trouble and they do everything they can to make your stay memorable. As my wife's birthday falls on 5th November I thought I'd ask in advance of our stay, if we could have a 'Guy Fawkes' themed afternoon tea. The chef duly obliged and created an edible bonfire with cake, chocolate and coloured sugar to represent flames. It was topped a Guy Fawkes made of icing! There was champagne and chocolates in the room (which was beautiful) when we arrived and the chef also made a cake specially for Kerry's 40th and this was in the room after we'd returned after trying to walk off the afternoon tea. When we returned after seeing a show, the bed had been turned down with candles lit, lavender pillow spray had been provided to help you sleep and a commemorative show poster signed by the lead actresses was waiting for us. Truly an incredible level of detail.

My boyfriend took me here for a surprise night away! The hotel blew me away it was amazing! All the facilities were fantastic and the free champagne and canapés! The rooms were unreal with heated slippers and rose petals in the bath! Lots of hidden extras for the guests! I loved the chocolate treat:) The staff were so polite and friendly! You feel like your in a different world inside this hotel! Then when you step outside you have the whole of London in arms reach! I would love to stay here again!

If you like indian food please Try The Taj Restaurant in 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 5.30pm to 11.00pm.

I'm regularly in London and I stayed at 41 as often as possible!
I have the right to my glass of Champagne Rose during my check in before I'm asking and Monika is me prepared, always one of its better rooms. The price is little high but with our rate preferred for my company and everything that is included, it is a very good value for money!

I am a business traveler from the states and i'm often in London for conferences and tradeshows. I've stayed at Hotel 41 three times and I must say this hotel is exceptional. The service is excellent and the accommodations are lavish. Although the rooms are on the small side compared to the states the lounge and dining areas are spacious and the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend if you are staying in London and can splurge a little.

The No. 1 hotel in London on trip advisor and quite rightly so. Expensive but worth every penny and more. If you have the cash book book book! you will not regret it.
