Not recommendable if you need just the slightest bit of comfort. The bed was terrible. Way to soft and wobbly. It was very noisy (to much noise from the other rooms and the street. In the shower the water was either to cold or to hot. The breakfast was ok but with very little to choose from. The staff was friendly though.

Staying for 1 week. Hotel staff are very obliging and helpful. Single room is small but adequate & clean. Would have liked tea/coffee facility in the room but could order in reception bar any time. Good experience so far.

We booked about 5 days at this hotel via booking, very cheap price compared to other hotels.
It is located in Paddington, very nice area and served of any kind of shop and restaurant.
Very comfortable and very close to the buses, the station, and also the national express bus stop for those who should arrive or go to the airport.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very nice guy in reception who also spoke a bit of Italian, so we were immediately able to understand each other. Going up to the rooms, we noticed that they were a bit small, but at the same time cozy and very clean, only negative note, was the window located above the bed from which they passed spiffs and the night was a bit annoying.
Good breakfast, toast was served with various jams, tea, milk, cereals, and even eggs, bread and ham.
They are provided with free baggage storage.
My experience was positive and I would go back!

The room was fine and of course very livable, but otherwise rough around the edges. We struggled a bit with the heat of the basement and lack of fan or temperature control. The bathrooms were small and very dated, as could be said for the rest of the accommodations as well. That would all be completely fine given the prime location of the hotel, but we discovered that there were comparable hotels in the area with competitive prices.

Very good location and great value for money.

Convenient to the location, very close to the Paddington Metro station, for the rest small and cramped rooms, microscopic baths.

Grymt prisvärt hotell I ett väldigt centralt läge I London. Paddington station var 5min från hotellet och där tar man sig till centrala London på ca 15min. Dekoren var lite gammal men services var bra. Rummet var stort och sängarna fullt dugliga. Frukosten är som en vanlig kontinental frukost I London, rostbröd och en massa socker till det. Men det fanns mycket och för priset är det ett under att en duglig frukost ens ingår. Helt klart värt pengarna.

Rooms are essential but clean, position is ok and near to an underground station. Breakfast is a bit poor, with Only toasted bread, ham, cheese and jam.

Clean but basic accommodation. Great location with good bus and underground. Cafes, restaurants of various sorts within 5 minutes walk. Friendly helpful staff.

The location and the location was very bad. Hotel ever again! Double room With bed French 1, 40 Mt x 1, 90 Mt terrifying… nights in white…

Good quality Hotel Price The hotel is well located, 2 mn from Paddington and 18 mn walk to Oxford Circus There are plenty of shops nearby and the area is lively all night.

Room is a bit small. But quite cosy. Staff is also quite friendly.

I stayed for 4 nights with the family The facility is warm and friendly the staff friendly and helpful… the room however a little small and the breakfast to improve… nice neighborhood… convenient to the services…

I stayed only 3 days with family and I found it to be fine, just pretty poor breakfast…

+ The location was really good + staff nice — breakfast could be better (toast, jam, salted butter, questionable ham and strange cheese, as well as cereal and instant orange juice — the eggs were good) — really very dirty and unkempt (both bath and Betwäsch e) — Very very small rooms (over the bed climbing was easier than 1x walking around) p when we first arrived, our room door was open. Also, it is questionable whether the bathroom was ever cleaned, there was water in the toothbrush, mold, lime and mud in the shower. But a hygienic seal on the toilet seat.

Comfortable and cozy, clean and in a beautiful location close to Metro and bus to airports.
Breakfast to improve.

Well located and Value for money. Small but adiquate rooms. I would be happy to return.

Ordinary Hotel for England. Comparable to a few Italian scarce stars. Easy to get to central London.

Its a great place close to the center. Friendly staff… will recommend to others.

Little Room.

Clean, comfortable, good location very polite staff.

Looking at the pictures our double room wasnt at all like that. We had a box room with a double bed a chair and small dresser with mirror plus a joined small shower room. On the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful.

I was two nights with a ' flight hotel ' reservation and I can say that in this hotel… never again! The room dirty, freezing, pillows with pillowcases smelly that we could not use. The only good thing is the location of the hotel which is close to the means.

Nice location. Staff are friendly. Breakfast on included in the price but I will hardly call it breakfast, pretty basic. Rooms are standard size but with no refreshments. Friends or guests are not allowed.

I didn't stay there. I just went to pick up some friends who stayed there. They really liked it. They said it was clean and peaceful.

A good and cost friendly hotel, very well located at Paddington. Volveremos!

Our tiny room was in the attic, hot and cramped, noisy and not that clean, place is run down, breakfast not that good either. Good points, close to Paddington train station, restaurants, has private internet, but it's too slow to stream or download much.

Unpretentious hotel. Receptionist was kind and helpful Breakfast included.

Very poor experience all round. We booked in advance and were assured on two separate occasions that the rooms were booked only to find out on arrival that one room had been double booked and we were asked to share one room. No empathy. No offer of a solution worth listening to. Long wait only to be told that we didn't have a room. Bedrooms are fair at best but sound proofing is poor between rooms. Bathroom was small and needed some attention. Breakfast cold ham and cheese and bread or toast with cereal option. Orange in the drinks dispenser wasn't fresh but orange cordial. Overall very basic breakfast for the money. Don't think I'll be back.

It was very small and the room was very clean. To finish when you get your suitcases you have them put in another hotel before you check in at 2pm.

Rooms are clean. Our bathroom was tiny. Breakfast consists of bread with choice of 3 spreads, thin sliced ham, boiled eggs, 2 cereals. Rooms rather stuffy for airflow. Good if you just need a place to lay your head at night.

Efficient service. Room was basic but comfortable. Similarly free breakfast didn't have wide choice but was reasonable. Given the price was very good deal.

Very small rooms. Pretty average.

The only thing good that we have found in this hotel was the receptionist Spanish, otherwise… Buuuuff
Breakfast? The worst I've seen in my life, was disgusting and they call this English breakfast?
A bucket of yellow color with a few slices of naranja (agua con colorante y azúcar) undrinkable water are going

The truth is that not advised anyone, there are many hotels with the same price and better quality next to it.

Hotel was clean, staff were ok, I seen better. No tea or coffe in rooms, for a 4 star dissapointing. Rooms so small, bathroom so small could hardly move to clean yourself. Breakfast if you can call it that, choice of Bread brown or white with butter and a egg that has been in its schell for over 30 mins plus. tea or coffe. I think you get a better breakfast at a B+B.
