Nice employee, near Subway and Paddington station.

Nice hotel and good advice. However, anticipate earplugs if you are not accustomed to the noise of a large street.

Convenient location to the 3 metro lines and Paddington station where you can find nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance of Hyde Park. We stayed in January quiet hotel room in the norm hot clean bathroom a little small only thing the breakfast does not wax fresh bread but toast X the rest wax hard boiled eggs cheese "salami" cereals packaged snacks etc… If you don't have too many needs I'd say it's perfect.

Good room even if a bit small. In a very center place, so if the hotel is not in the first of your priorties might be a great option. The breakfest is very small and poor.

Very friendly staff. Wifi is extra. Rooms quite small. Breakfast is very minimal. Good hotel if you want a clean, comfortable and relatively quiet room for sleeping in.

Clean room, good service only breakfast needs to be slightly better.

My room is a twin bed room. Quite small understandable but it has everything in it. Central location, well kept and clean, good priced, nice housekeepers and cleaning ladies, and reasonably good breakfast too. I give it 5 stars!

We were greeted by a grumpy lady, who barely spoke to us. Our room was quite small, but very clean and tidy. It's close to the road, so there is a constant sound of traffic. The Wi-Fi wasn't free as suggested. They explained that the free Wi-Fi was only at the reception. The breakfast is nothing special and your ordered to sit next to others, even if the rest of the room is still empty. I found it too expensive for the service you get, but I guess that's London…

Very friendly housekeeping lady. The front desk man was also very nice. The room was cleaned very well. I had never seen the weird bed covers they put on the beds before.

A very good quality price ratio! Near to Paddington Underground Station and a lot of bus stations. 800m to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. A lot of decent restaurants, pubs and bars around. Also 800m far to Waitrose Supermarket.

Good choice quality-price. Attached to Hyde Park and very well connected by Metro and bus. The area is very quiet. The attention is not super close, but good, correct.

Fairly priced and very close to Paddington station and Hyde park. Room was comfortable and clean, continental breakfast satisfying. Ours was a short but very pleasant stay.

Very close to Paddington station, the hotel is essential. We were in a quadruple room, not huge, bathroom really small. Breakfast was basic, but satisfactory. Staff in the reception were kind. Free Wi-Fi only in the reception. All in all, the accommodation was to our liking. We would stay again.

We got an OK room, a bit cramped but big enough for 2 people and 2 kids for a short stay. Bathroom really cramped: we had to orchestrate getting in and out. However the room was below the level of the road, windows staring at a wall, no cell phone reception and Wi-Fi was overpriced. Breakfast buffet quite sad and the boiled eggs were properly cooked only half of the times.

The receptionist was awesome and pretty awesome the reception was absolutelly clean but unfortunatelly my plans changed at the last minute so I had to leave.

The hotel locates 10 min from the underground and 15 min from oxford street. The staff was friendly and helpful However, I'd not recommend this hotel for small family or even for singles. The rooms (at least the one I was in) are really tight and the air condition (cooling system) is controlled by the reception. The air condition thermostat is fixed and set to 18'. So I wasn't able to increase it and the window is locked for security/safety reasons. Although the weather was amazing outside but the room was hot, which is not comfortable for sleeping. Wi-Fi isn't free in the rooms but its just available in the reception. Personally I got a data plan from one of the carriers for 10 GBP (2G for a week)

I staed there for 5 days, very clean, no services. Poor brakfast.

Love it, the hotel that great for a long holiday, not expensive and well made like a 5 stars hotels. Go for it.

This hotel is really rather poor. The rooms were very small, bathrooms are tiny. Initially as I booked through hotwire thet tried to give me a single room — more the fault of hotwire — but that room was very small — almost uninhabitable after paying for a double room noticed that this room — while just about passable was also very small, bed was not comfortable, scratchy blankers. Customer service was pretty terrible. Avoid this place!

I was very nervous about staying here after reading the reviews but was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful and the basement room we had was spacious and very clean. It was close to the station, shops and pubs. We enjoyed our stay very much and would no hesitation in staying there again.
