Very good value for money. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. A quiet and pleasant area. Pubs and restaurants nearby as well as many shops. I recommend! My fourth stay.

Hotel in Chelsea area, very close to Holland Park, small rooms, but clean and bright. Breakfast Service included and possibility of access to the gym. Very close to Earl's Court metro station!

Rooms are very small but clean and perfectly formed. Sound insulation is a real let down, if people are talking in the next room it sounds like they're sat on your bed. Acceptable for business travel, not for fun. Breakfast is good but identical every single day, so if you're here more than two nights it gets very boring.

Hotel was located very conveniently to the tube station. We were able to store our luggage since we arrived early, and had a pleasant check in when we returned later that afternoon. Our room was located in the basement and was modern and spacious. Everything was clean and updated. Only complaint was that the breakfast room was very tiny for the size of the hotel, we practically had to fight for a table. Breakfast itself was okay, but staying in England you would hope for the possibility of an English breakfast, though the continental breakfast wasn't bad. Overall a pleasant overnight stay.

About 5 minute walk from earls court tube station. Good pubs & restaurants close by. Small rooms with large comfy bed. A bit of issue with storage space for your case & getting in & out of bed but once settled it's got everything you need. Decent continental breakfast too. Loved the museum & Albert hall themes throughout reception & bedrooms.

Not the greatest of experiences checking in. Room allocation is so odd. E. G room 225 is located on the 1st floor?. Even reception weren't sure how to get to it. Room was tiny. Only positive is hotel located 3 minutes walk from Earls court underground station.

Very small room with small bathroom. Sink was clogged, windows were not close properly, 2 days there was no hot water, bed linen was not changed within 4 days and no Wi-Fi!

Looks new but so many things don't work. AC, soap dispenser, heater all out of service. Second room, all pipes go through it, shower and paper holders broken. Personnel in breakfast area excellent. Location very good.

We booked 2 rooms at a cost of 500 euros for only 2 days. Due to force majeure, our flight was canceled and we did not go to London. 0 refund and did not give us the opportunity to move the dates. A real robbery. Look for other hotels with more valid people in the direction.

Just as tiny bathroom with hand basin and shower + WC (we had a double with a view on the front side (street) and a single room with milk glass windows without a view, on the back Glegen. ) However, excellent location for sightseeing tours, only three minutes walk from Earls Court subway station. Also positive was the quality of the bed or The mattress. Seldom in a hotel so well located. Breakfast is OK.

Perfect, Metro stop 1 minute walk, good breakfast, very quiet and nice area, accommodations clean, well worth it I recommend.

Firstly, I've NEVER given a 1 star rating to any place on Google Maps before, but this place is the pits. Being an Accor Gold member, I live in hotels and this is the worse I've stayed in for years. Firstly, I got given a room right next to the lift (where my pillow is ~2m away from the gathering point and lift beeper), I was worried about this, so asked for a different room. In summary, I was shown 5x rooms, 2 of which had plumbing issues and the other 2x were so small, the door pretty much hit the bed when one tried to get in the room; basically they weren't big enough for a suitcase. I opted for the room by the lift in the end, which also turned out to have plumbing issues. It's hard to express all the things wrong with this place but here's a few: — the walls for the room were paper thin, so in the morning, I was woken up by people/groups/staff going up and down in the lift and gathering in the corridors. — house keeping came knocking wanting to service the room at 9am! (seriously?! ) Then later on, walked in around 10.30am without knocking at all! Not cool. — using this lift during check-in time (2-3pm) was next to impossible due to the house staff monopolising the single lift for house keeping duties; not really fair when you have suitcase and you're the paying guest after all. — the toilet was so close to the wall, you couldn't actually get your whole butt on the seat.

Stayed for 3 nights end of feb. Absoulutely loved the place rooms clean hotel and staff excellent very warm welcome. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Easy access to station and tube. Excellent.

It's a basic hotel, somewhere to rest your head. Room was ok couldn't get room to warm-up and wouldn't supply another pillow and sink leaked from underneath. Breakfast reasonable, staff ok, 2min walk from earls court station. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Clean hotel and room. A little small ok for 1-2 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location for tube, shops etc. Our only complaint was the awful smell in the ensuitenot sure what it was or where it was coming from. We only stayed one night more than that I would of asked to switch rooms.

Hotel services were really good, but several smaller things were off. The TV remote didn't work, the kettle wouldn't turn off after boiling and the fan in the bathroom was noisy. However it's situated in a fantastic location and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had breakfast the next morning and the selection was really great, full continental.

Super staff, great location but the room is microscopic, I expect something else from an ibis style, one is not at the level of the franchise.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was well kept, if not a bit small, but the bathroom was very good, with a great shower. The main issue I found with the room was that you could hear whenever the rooms above were using their bathroom, as well as the noises that seemed to randomly come from our own one. The Wi-Fi was not fast at all, but for the price we paid, the overall stay was very good, especially for the location, which was incredibly convenient, being a minute or two away from the tube station, yet at the same time very calm and quiet.

Very nice, practical and clean. Well connected and ideal to spend a few days in London. You don't need any more. Good breakfast.

Location is awesome. Breakfast pretty good. Bathroom is small. Room just the right size for a couple.

Room was clean and the bed comfy. Bathroom was of reasonable size. Location was very convinent with a very short walk to Earls Court underground station. Beyond that a short 15-20 min walk gets you to the Royal Albert hall and other museums in the area. The bar area (quite small) in reception was o. K, not a huge amount of beers and ciders on offer compared to other IBIS hotels. Breakfast was reasonable but crockery and cutlery were quickly out of stock which was a little inconvenient. Other than these 2 small disadvantages the location and reasonable room made for a great stay.

Hotel is located in Earls Court Station is very convenient from the city and Heath Road Airport, but the hotel is only the general small hotel room small can not open two pieces of luggage at the same time, breakfast choice is also less. Overall, it is cost-effective but only in general.

While you've been in an ibis hotel, it doesn't deserve the name. Mold in the bathroom, beds that look like they've been used before. The worst was the penetrated sewer's bar in the bathroom. Surprised, I realized that an English breakfast doesn't include eggs or bacon after all. There was only food from the pack or tin here. I was rarely so happy to be able to leave a hotel again.

Staff correct and friendly. Cleanliness in order. The rooms should be renovated, no longer the latest equipment and unfortunately very small. Perfect Wi-Fi, extremely fast. The building outside is beautifully renovated and the location is perfect for the Londontrip. Short distances to Earls Court Underground. The breakfast room is more in line with the class of a youth hostel. Very small and simply furnished. Breakfast is not sumptuous but fresh and adequate. For a night or two ok!

Was back after 1, 5 years: In the room, especially the bathroom, there is a need for renovation. The window would have to be renewed — single glazing, it pulls violently. Breakfast is, not excessive. Top as always the location: Quiet side street but now 5 min, footpath to Underground Earl's Court.

Its perfect for city trip. The breakfast is really good for that standard and price and the hotel is only two minutes from the Underground Station "Earl's Court". But there is no safe in the room and the cleannes would get 2 stars from 5.

True that it is convenient to the media, but it looks like a Smurfs hotel X. Ok they are only, but between room and bathroom will be 8 sqm… And luckily that's a Style…

My parents were there last weekend and they spent 4 nights in this hotel. Everything was perfect! The hotel is very close to the underground so it is very easy to move from there. If I had to say something wrong, maybe the room was a bit small. Special thanks to Andrea who with their cheerfulness kept them company!

Amazing location, pretty close from Earls Court subway station and main lines, also direct trains to most stations with trains to all the airports. Really nice area, nice coffee shops and pubs around. A lovely walk round Chelsea, to Harrods… The double room is not so big but it's good enough, when you're sightseeing you don't need anything else! Is very clean and the interior design is very cool, breakfast is absolutely perfect… lots of things to have a complete one for a tourist day. For me the most important thing was the very helpful staff that worked in the reception point during my stay, I don't know the name of the girl and boy who were there when I did my checkout but they were amazing people, they helped us so much even if the issue was personal and nothing to do with them, I don't know their names but thank you very very much, you're amazing people and very good workers, hope you both get an appraisal and promotion, you truly deserve it guys! My checkout was on the 20th of August around 14.00 PM just in case this helps to find them both! I will definitely come back!

A small hotel but very nice and comfortable a few steps from the Metro staff available to your every need I highly recommend a special thanks to Andrea and Julian who gave us great advice to visit the best city.

Two days ago, on our stay at Ibis Styles Kensington London, my newlywed wife and I were appalled by the lack of staff competence and the standard of the rooms offered. Upon arrival, we requested the assistance of the reception staff for directions around London for the main attractions. However, it seemed the gentleman we were liaising with had extremely poor English skills and poorly navigated us. We instead visited the local Mariott hotel where the staff were polite, helpful, assisted us with all our queries and booked or reservations and provided us with maps. Following that, we checked into our room to find the room to be extremely small – not even fitting our luggage. With further inspection, the bathroom looked to be aged and unclean. The shower basin was dark and dirty with sealant coming of the glass panels. Last time I checked, Ibis Styles was not a hostel. After our second night, we feared that the roof immediately outside our room was going to cave in at any time when the air conditioner began to heavily drain through the ceiling, drenching the surroundings. I could not upload the videos of this via your email form, however if you provide me with an email, I am happy to send them through. The roof was soft and obviously not maintained. We immediately rushed to reception to advise them of the issue and they did not seem phased by the issue. Fearing for our safety, we requested a refund so that we could stay at a more accommodating and safer hotel.

Located within a short walk of Earls court station. So convenient for onward travel. Short walk to the Natural History museum. It's a budget hotel in central London, so the rooms are small and can feel very cramped, you need to decide whether you want to save money and have less space. Decent shower. I thought it was great for the price but be aware of how small the rooms are.

The location is perfect, less than five minutes walk from the metro station, die Earl's court, directly connected to the Heathrow airport. The staff is very courteous. The breakfast is plentiful with a fair choice. Only downsides are the size of the rooms, which are really small, the bathroom with a sink, tiny in which it is difficult to wash. However, for the standard of the hotels in london in the same category is not evil. The price/quality ratio for London is good.

The double room with sofa bed is perfect for a short stay of a couple with a baby. The room is quiet and offers a comfortable bed, a 26 inches wall mounted flat TV, a small table with a chair, coffee and tea set, free Wi-Fi. No closet, and a small bathroom with a bathtub. Continental buffet breakfast is fine, but you you have to pay an extra for a plate with eggs, sausages, bacon and beans. It's worth the price, expecially because the surroundings are really nice and you just need a two minutes walk to reach Earl's Court tube station.

Cozy, warm, welcoming, clean, delicious, cheap! And a million more reasons to choose Ibis Styles Kensington!

Hotel not recommended. To difference of the pleasant experience that always have had with them hotels ibis, this disappoints: rooms with serious damage, the personal not is friendly, there are noises during all the night, not there is form of access to the room (it 114) if not is by a staircase winding and the price not is so beyond.
If possible, book a hotel in which there are opposite.

It's tight, but you get what you pay for. Super clean, great staff, breakfast is pretty good. Gets the job done.

Good location within short walking distance to Earls Court tube station. Hotel is decorated in usual ibis styles quirky decor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very small but were OK for the one night stay. Few minor things in room let it down like none of the two bedside reading lights worked. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast but again breakfast room is quite small so can get very busy and chaotic. Free Wi-Fi but passcode wasn't given on check in.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. I had a 'double bed in a small room' it was actually a double bed in a single room, not that big a deal as I was only there for 1 night. It's 10 or 15 minute walk to Kensington high street.

Bedroom was very small. Shower ceiling was about 6" high (I am 6'3"). Plug was down in sink when we got in, with no way to lift it in order to drain water, so had to brush teeth using shower head.

Central location, rooms are small yet comfortable. Great cost effective stay.

Months living here, prior to arrival we watched the comments on room sizes, feel very worried. But when we got to the room, we were very surprised. Our room is big enough (on the first floor). We are enjoying here. Great location, Metro and is very convenient to Heathrow Airport.

Stayed in a single room, it was tiny like a cupboard. Room was freezing cold as the window was broken and one of the curtains was hanging off its track. Safe to say you get what you pay for. Shower pressure was good, breakfast was basic but included in the price. Well located near Earl's court tube station.
