Some troubles at the check in because the agency didn't left the credit card number. I had a single room, quite big for London Standard, acceptable hygiene level. 10/10 breakfast. Only big cons: the reception and the breakfast hall are not in the same building (they are 20 metres from each other)

Lovely staff covering for a badly maintained hotel with broken air conditioning, tiny bedrooms, smelly drains, dirty carpets and the slowest elevator in the world. No bar, no restaurant, you have to walk to another hotel down the street for breakfast. We heard so many complaints about the rooms… smelly, too small, right on the railway lines (seriously), broken aircon, suffocatingly warm rooms, literally inches of space around your bed and no staff that spoke good English. We booked 3 rooms. Mine was reasonable, a colleague's literally had trains passing a matter of feet from his window and another colleague was 200 metres away, down the street in a random block of rooms (not a hotel) The lady on reception was fabulous but obviously worn down by the complaints. All for only around £200 a night. Seriously folks, find somewhere else!
