We are simply not satisfied by the service received and, frankly, feel a bit cheated. The website advertised large and luminous rooms with big windows and a great view, and for sure some of them are as beautiful as the pictures. Unfortunately, our room (number 3) wasn't among them. First of all it was in the basement, with all the problems related to it: walls stained by the humidity, a general unpleasant smell and no natural light. Furthermore, the bathroom stank of sewers and the sanitaryware was very tiny. Definitely doesn't deserve its 4 stars.

Good location, but bathrooms are not well and no wi fi connection at first floor.

Watch out for the flexible apartments. Lack of light and damp.

Comfy bed, lots of room for it being so close to everything The shower is a bit weird for me, but works just fine. Lots of stairs to the one I was staying in, but personally I didn't mind it.

Simple but comfortable small apartments at a reasonable price in a fantastic location. Slightly worn but clean. I would have rated more highly if more attention had been paid to detail. The sound proofing is poor and noise carries from neighbouring flats. Lampshades over the bare hanging bulbs from the ceiling would improve the feel at virtually no cost and a picture or two in the flats and corridors to break up the bare white walls would help.

Small but very comfortable apartment and in an excellent location. It would be difficult to sleep on the sofa bed for anyone taller than 5ft. Room has a fairly functional kitchen too.

Veeeeery Bad. Apartments have heat problem. No a/c. The apt is hot even when is COLD outside.

Poor customer service, avoid. We arrived at 7pm and no one was on site to let us in, we had to stay somewhere else. Avoid.

The location is brilliant. High Street Kensington station, bus stops, shops to shop and Hyde Park is very close. We did all the food we needed from the M & S Food market. Also the price is affordable. Our balcony was very beautiful. The room was formless, neglected and small. The furnishings were old and the pillows, duvets, bed linen were not very clean. Did not even have soap in bathroom.

ENGLISH BELOW**The next day of getting appeared a heavy smell, as of piping damaged or dead animal, in the apartment. To transmit the complaint, the solution we proposed was an air freshener. Insisti with the complaint, but did nothing more than accuse my children of having caused the smell. The day that we were going out, an employee came to say goodbye and was not able to enter the apartment of the smell that was inside. Instead of assuming that there was a sudden issue and offer a solution, just trying to culpabilizarnos to us. But of course, they already had collected your money. The day after we arrived, appeared an unbearable smell, maybe from a broken pipe or a dead animal in the apartment. I transmited the complaint, and the only solution we received was an air freshener. I insisted with the complaint, but they did nothing but accuse my kids of having caused the smell. The day we were leaving, an employee came to say goodbye and was not able to enter the apartment because of the smell. Instead of assuming that there was a sudden problem and offer a solution, just tried to make us guilty of go. But of course, they had already taken their money!.

Very disgusting experience. Something is bad on the drain or in the pipes in our apartament and the bad smell is unbearable. The staff didn't solve the problem and they didn't move us to another apartment. A very bad experience. A very unpleasant experience. Very well located, although much smaller than expected, and if you tocs on the fourth floor, it is very uphill the lack of elevator.
