Very clean, superbly attended and super friendly and gentle. Very good service.

We have been on vacation for three years in this hotel and next year we will return, with that I say everything, the unbeatable hotel, the wonderful employees, thanks one more year to everyone. Sanlucar " our paradise "

We stayed at the Hotel with Meeting Room, the room the best of the reservation although with poor light, the noisy room overlooked under the entrance and I could not rest in the two days staying. Soft bed pillow and few. Normal room with no drink or attention in the disconnected fridge or a complimentary bottle of water. We wanted to change it and they wouldn't listen to me.

The receptionists nice but not resolute when I arrived late the first night having even made the transfer of the reservation 2 days and lasagna meetings I had to pay by card until I returned the double payment of the reservation, they could have consulted me and not charged me twice the reservation.
Wonderful Sanlúcar de Barrameda. To my mind it does not deserve the Hotel 4 *. I don't want to be tough but it's what I thought about my stay at the Hotel.

The pool is extremely small and looks nothing like the pictures that advertise the hotel. It is not worthy of a 4 star hotel. They should publish real photos. The locker room is very small. As a positive aspect, I would like to highlight the friendliness of the receptionist who greeted us and the location of the hotel.

Very good hotel. Care and new, and the price/quality ratio is great. The only catch is, q can only give you breakfast.

Hotel very quiet, with very pleasant staff. The bedroom closet is small. You can eat very well and well priced. The pool is small.

The service is very friendly, the pool is ideal as it is virtually empty and without noise, and in addition is economical. For me, the only downside is the small size of the closet and lack of drawers … Where to keep the clothes you bring on vacation?

They put it in their description as modern, but not by a hint. It is a hotel of the old 4 stars, and it has yes, because it has everything but not for being new. It shows that they have reformed what used to be the old hotel.
The rooms are sober and outdated with the role of the eighties that have been thrown on a cheap platform, those horrible carpets from the hallways to the rooms… Bathrooms are correct but you notice that they have use already. Another of so many brushless water for quéée if they are cheap? Poor soundproofing between rooms, the walls look like paper you hear everything.
Rest of the hotel right, spacious though sober.
Breakfast buffet but scarce and poor. A buffet in Andalusia that does not put Ham at breakfast being next to Huelva?
If it is not high season there is parking in the vicinity. It is about 10 min from the center and 5 minutes from the beach of the mouth of the Guadalquivir. There are bars and restaurants in the nearby area.

A comfortable beach hotel with a staff at reception of 10. I requested room change for the views and was taken care of immediately and with a kindness out of the ordinary. Thank you Lorena. The Wi-Fi is the only thing that is sometimes lost, but only on the PC. Phones and tablets well though slow.

A fantastic hotel with exceptional service.

Great hotel and great service on the part of the staff. A little bit away from the center. If I had to put a snag is that, to my liking, the mattress is very hard and the pillows are excessively low. Good breakfast buffet.

Good care, good housekeeping. The breakfast buffet is fine. Well located near the beach and ten minutes from downtown walking. Easy to park.

Its location. The hotel is more of a three star than four, with an excellent staff.

I went to pick up some guests for a tour. I spoke very well of the hotel, at reception they were nice and to check that the hotel is very well located a few minutes from the center on foot.

We had a weekend in June, the hotel is not bad in general, although I think you could improve some things. Overall all OK.

Ideal, especially in autumn for the tranquility. Its proximity to the beach and the low of Guia, allow you to see a magnificent sunsets.

Good hotel on the banks of the mouth of the river Guadalquivir has very close bars and restaurants of very high quality specifically in low of guide.
It also has very close to sports facilities and the promenade of the city that is worth a tour.

4 star Hotel But that would actually be 3. The staff at the front desk and cafeteria are very friendly. Maybe it's the bathrooms that are a little outdated. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds and you have a small fridge in your room in case you wear something, baby food type. In relation quality price low season is fine. 80 Euros per night approximately. Breakfast perhaps little varied but at the end of the day at the house of each one it is less.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are very helpful and professional. Only serves breakfast but its very good quality and varied. Small negative, hotel allows guests to put towels on limited sunbeds and then not using them until later in the day.

Lovely hotel, great views, rooms and breakfast excellent, will definitely rebook if down this way again, very friendly and attentive staff.

A very quiet hotel.

The rooms are very old, about throughout the room, bathroom and a small TV to see it from the bed, it's where you can see. What I least like is to see the bath gel and shampoo, open, without seal, so have not seen ever, so fill it, better not think about it.
The best, the situation near the mouth of the river and glued to restaurant lower guide area.

The location of the hotel. Restaurant front desk staff cleaning and maintenance friendly. Good deal in general staff especially in restaurant — failures. Cieran bar super early just we could enjoy a drink there. The tarjeta-luz system also failed. The air conditioning in the room didn't work also. We spent much of calo. A lot. As regards quality price adjust.

Very good hotel to enjoy Sanlúcar, chamomile, its gastronomy and its people.

The best of the Hotel, the team human. A 10 for human resources. If all those hotels had a team so, funcionarian best. Clean, good location, good facilities and great restaurant. Totally recommended. Satour.

The hotel very good and the meals well also. The beach on which they saw the worst by far is a bathtub and punta piedras, do not forget the flip-flops of rio if you want to swim down to the knees.

Beside the beach. Relationship quality price very proper and very well located.
