Good space here for a party in one of the event rooms. Good space clean including toilets and friendly staff on the day in August 2018 I visited. There are are also bars open till late for those who prefer seeing the morning blurry.
Location is good. Its near underground tube service and bus stops. People at the reception are fine, but I can't say the same for the housekeeping. They do not necessarily respond to your request as promised. As Accor member, I was allowed to check in early. That was kind of them. It is however a distance to the shopping or high street of Hammersmith, namely King's Street.
Amazing stay and lovely staff. Rooms always perfectly cleaned. Excellent breakfasts included. Perfect location to visit London. We stayed3 nights in an executive room and absolutely no problem, except the lifts : 2 of them were out of order… A bit long to go up to the 9th floor. Thanks to Novotel for the service, we'll come back!
