Clean, friendly staff, good location.
It was a small room, small bathroom, clean, nice but small. But for us was good, we just used it for sleeping. Close to many places, restaurants, pubs and the underground Paddington station. They give you Nestle coffee, sugar and milk. No extras that you normally get on the girls here in the States. No ice machine. No iron on the room, you need to go to the basement to use it, there's one for all the guests.
Small hotel with small rooms. But I knew where I was going. For the price it was perfect. The room was clean, also the bathroom. I had everything I needed, specially air conditioner. They clean the rooms daily. That was a plus. The location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to three subway (underground) lines and near a train station as well. There are several restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
